No staff present. They have a "virtual reception" and you have to call them for any issues. Rooms are okay, no mini fridge which we didn't realise. That was a bummer when we wanted to hang out in the balcony and have some beers

What a fantastic stay we had. As many reviews have said, you are treated like family. Luis and family bend over backwards to help without being intrusive. Request a room with balcony which have either views of quaint street, the castle and upto the turret or views down into town. We loved our stay so much and were touch at Papa's gift to us on leaving.

Spacious room, only 2 of us but we got the like a 3pax room, 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed, and with fridge. Enough space to open 2 big luggages fully and still with moving space. We have been staying at hotel Hermes, tossa de mar for more than 10 years....it's like home from home! Francisca is the host with the most, and Isabel is so welcoming to us too. Came here a few weeks ago. Room and food were lovely, I recommend upgrading to all inclusive so you get drinks included. Pizza restaurant really nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroomed apparent the seperate bedroom suits us well as i tend to wake early and can sit on the balcony and have a cuppa without disturbing the wife . We had a lovely holiday at Tossa Park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but well equipped; we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and maintained every day.
