Also, there was a non-functioning safe in the room that cost €2 per day, and the lack of furniture to store our clothes was inconvenient.
But the biggest problem was the food. The dinner was of such low quality that we were dismayed. Poor ingredients, poorly cooked, and presented in an unappetizing manner. We certainly didn't expect a gourmet feast, but we did expect at least some care in preparing the meals. Additionally, we noticed that the sheets and pillows were constantly dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any level. The lack of cleanliness of the sheets made our night's rest practically impossible and further increased our disappointment. I strongly advise against this "4-star" hotel.
Great stuff and room service - very clean and safe place (even found and returned my sunglasses after several hours of checkout ☺️👍)
