Where do I begin.. when we first arrived at the hotel the young man on reception was very hostile towards us and gave us no information about the hotel. We went to our room and it had only just started to be cleaned so we went and informed the receptionist where we were put on the 1st floor instead. The bath was full of hair and we also noticed a short while after being in the room that the toilet didn’t flush,we got out of bed and told reception and all he said was to come back the next morning, meaning we were unable to use the toilet. We were woken every day around 6:30/7am due to the canopy next to our room being opened with a very loud squeaking noise. The staff were so awful to us and we felt so discriminated for being young (but not that young) and for being English.(we don’t even drink or smoke) The staff were extremely hostile towards us,but when they spoke to the Spanish or French they smiled from ear to ear and gave them the time of day. We were treat like dirt. We tipped no less than 20% when buying something from the hotel but it was never appreciated, they instead thank us with blank stares or dirty looks. They were so hostile we stopped going for breakfast as they made us so uncomfortable. I even had a Spanish guest come up to me at breakfast and asked if I was English,as I replied yes she laughed and shook her head at me,I’d never felt so belittled in my life. The housekeeper was EXTREMELY rude and never once said hello back to us or even faked a smile back, for this reason she was not welcome in our room as we didn’t feel comfortable to do so,we had to clean the room ourselves for the whole week. We feel so disrespected and we couldn’t have been more appreciative and respectful to these people. After doing our research we found that the Spanish have taken a disliking to tourists and we can definitely say this is true. We had ONE female receptionist who was lovely to us but we barely saw her. We were dismissed when trying to raise our issues and just kept being told to “come back the next morning”. I’m so disappointed that we’ve spent so much money and time on a holiday that we didn’t enjoy one bit. So, if you’re English then STAY AWAY! Instead, stay in England where we know how to treat ALL people with respect😊

We was very happy with our stay , extremely clean, rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday, friendly staff , ideal location, 5 minuets walk into the town , only down side is there is no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room , you have to go down to the little bar in reception for a cuppa , lovely boutique outside area , lovely pool , plenty of nightlife if u want that literally 5 minuet walk .. we are looking at goin back September for a week . We had a lovely time

This hotel is modern and clean but for the American travelers, it is not good. There was no air conditioning until June. You had to leave the patio door open to get any cooling. Cigarette smoke and noise come right in your room. The walls are thin and you can hear everything people say and do in adjacent rooms. The food is lack luster. Nothing opens before 8 AM. No coffee, no early gym time allowed. The fitness center is very small. The bed situation was terrible. We had 2 twins pushed together to make a queen sized bed. They were hard and sounded like you were sleeping on a plastic mattress pad for toddlers. Do your homework and stay somewhere else.

The hotel is very modern and up to date, hotel is very lovely and clean. All staff friendly and accommodating. Food is lovely and plenty of choice each night is different. We went half board as we are always busy in the day out for lunch. Never a bad day of food for us. Cleaning staff are so lovely and leave clean and fresh towels every single day. However if you go all inclusive and hope to stay here during the days, the pool area is very crowded and sunbeds are touching each other. The pool is very small as it’s built into the corner not a lot of space to move at all. We had never been to lloret de mar before and didn’t realise it was a party place, a fault of our own for not checking. Due to this when we stayed there was a lot of groups of younger boys staying in hotel who would be playing music late and coming in at early hours which would keep us up as we found walls quite thin. Other than this it was a lovely hotel to stay in and it has a shop on site with everything you need and the beach is a ten minute walk away.

Hotel is lovely, well positioned for beach, bars & restaurants. Rooms spacious and clean with good size balcony. Breakfast was an experience, very chaotic, disorganised and noisy, far to many people eating for such a small space, for 5 mornings running couldn't even get anywhere near the coffee machine, breakfast was ok but luke warm at times, may I suggest set times for guests or pre book the day before. My mum, who is nearly 70, was quite stressed out by it. The pool had only 42 sun loungers, most of which were in the shade, so we had no chance of sitting around the pool. Staff all friendly and helpful. We were able to hire a kettle for 10 euros, which we got back when returning it.

We had a great time here. A big thank for reception team; to David and all the staff in the restaurant. The food was very tasty, made fresh and with a lot of variety.
We booked a parking spot during our stay (cca 500m from the hotel), and it was also nice and safe.
There were some parties in the bar every night until midnight, but that doesn’t bothered us. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel smelled very nice and clean all the time. The location is great - 15 minutes by foot to the center, and the same time was needed to go to some of the beaches.
If we you go to Lloret, choose this hotel, it is worth the price!
01.10.2024
The hotel is well positioned to be close enough to the main town, without being overwhelmed by the busy Lloret nightlife.
However the soundproofing from inside and out is not great, so do be prepared for occasional noise from drunken revelers and noisy neighbours.

The rooms themselves are very clean, well maintained, if slightly dated.
But perfectly comfortable for a good night's sleep.
The provided fridge is a high end thermoelectric cooler.
It works, just don't expect it to be cold.

The entrance, restaurant, bar & pool area are very nicely decorated and welcoming.

On arrival the room did have a smell of smoke (the rooms are non smoking, but you can on the balcony).
Xevi was a credit to the hotel and organised the room to be while we went for dinner and helped us with good advice throughout our stay.

Myself and my partner just came back from a 5 night stay! We were very impressed with the hotel and thought it was great value for money! The location is perfect and was so central but not too near all the night life! The beds were really comfy! The room was small but was perfect for what we needed it for! Breakfast was grand, normal breakfast that you get in Spain but definitely one of the better ones! We loved the pool area but I can see how it could be hard to get sun beds in peek season! The food at the pool bar was also good, and was handy to just have some lunch! Staff were all nice and helpful and we had no issues! Will definitely return! Was Abit annoying having to sign into the wifi and would have liked to English channels on the TV! (I know 1st world problems)
