tips for those staying at hotel.

1. check toilet. your toilet may not flush properly. even if your toilet flush properly, adjacent room or upstairs toilet may not flush properly. in which case you will hear water running all night long. night staff cannot do anything until morning.

2. check for hot water.
hot water did not work for us.
expect cold shower after spending all day at beach as possibility.
night staff can not do anything until morning.

3. If your room is not in main building (your room is in building without reception), change room immediately.
Window is paper thin. closing window does not reduce noise level.
You will hear everything from outside.
I mean everything, from whispered conversations to broom sweeping street

4. do not trust cleanliness of the drawers. we have found previous guest's clothing. so either they do not clean drawer, or they think drawer with dirty underwears is clean.

5. the "free drink" ticket they may provide as "compensation" is only good for cheap champaign. probably the same they serve in the morning. we felt insulted that hotel thought this was appropriate way to make us feel better.

if you must stay at this hotel,
stay in building with reception,
and check for toilet and shower.
do not trust cleanliness of drawer.

I recently stayed at Aqua Hotel Bertran Park , and while the staff members were absolutely brilliant, the resort and overall atmosphere left much to be desired.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to assist with any request were truly exceptional. Whether it was the front desk team, the housekeeping staff, or the restaurant servers, everyone was incredibly attentive and courteous. Special thanks to Carmen for making our stay more enjoyable with her outstanding service.

However, despite the fantastic staff, the resort itself was quite disappointing. The facilities were not well-maintained, and several areas looked worn and in need of renovation. The pool was often overcrowded and not as clean as one would expect. Additionally, the noise levels at night were unbearable, with loud music and disturbances that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Door slamming and loud noises until 4am every night. Almost the entire hotel was occupied by very young group of teenagers and it was like a party atmosphere 24/7.

The atmosphere of the resort was also not what we had anticipated. The overall vibe felt chaotic and stressful, rather than relaxing and rejuvenating. The resort seemed to cater more to large groups and parties of 16-20 years old which detracted from the peaceful retreat we had hoped for.

In summary, while the staff at the hotel were exceptional and made a positive impact on our stay, the resort itself and its atmosphere fell short of expectations. It's a shame that such wonderful service is not matched by the quality of the facilities and the ambiance of the resort. I hope the management takes note of these issues and makes the necessary improvements to align the resort's environment with the high standards of their staff.
It’s much more suited to younger party goers than families . If you’re looking for relaxing holiday and value your peace and quiet then this place is definitely not one.

The reception staff was friendly. But being in a hotel was like being in a student hostel. There were teenagers on the whole floor who were making noise (partying, drinking) until the morning hours, you didn't have any sleep. The food was not tasty, the second day I got poisoned. It wasn't clean, we got dirty towels.
I do not recommend the hotel.

I came to Aqua Bertran hotel for a vacation to celebrate my father's birthday. However, upon returning from the beach on the third day, I discovered that over 1000 euros had been stolen from my room. It appears that this happened during my time at the beach when the room was being cleaned, as the remaining bills in my wallet were damp. When I approached the hotel administrator about this, he shrugged and said he couldn't help and wouldn't even speak to the cleaning staff. I would not recommend anyone to experience such an event at this terrible hotel, where the entire staff is absolutely indifferent to what happens to you, and people do not consider a 4-star hotel to be associated with safety. Additionally, people at the hotel are completely open to the possibility that someone could have climbed through my window, and the hotel staff didn't care, saying that security at the hotel is only provided at night.

Also, the woman at the reception not only refused to help but also rudely and loudly insisted that they have the best staff and accused us of hiding our money ourselves.

We are currently staying in this hotel.
My family came here for the farther’s birthday celebration.
This hotel is the worst hotel I’be ever been.
Today 2000 euros have been stolen from our rooms and no one from the hotel have helped us.
Moreover , the receptionist is speaking in pretty unpleasant and rude manner.
We feel unsafe in this hotel.
What can I add , the location of the hotel is really loud.
