The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Science City. Parking is convenient but costs €18 per day, which is a bit pricey. The parking lot entrances and exits are narrow, requiring excellent driving skills! Breakfast was very generous, and the Domino pizza we had was especially, especially, especially delicious—there was even a queue at 11 pm!

This is a proper modern hotel, not a remodeled European old building. The hotel is located just across the street from the City of Arts and Sciences and Ganhe Park. The design is business but also has a holiday feel. The room is spacious enough, the service is good, and the rooftop bar overlooks the City of Arts and Sciences. The breakfast is rich, with all the cold cuts and cheeses I can think of. It's so relaxing to go to Ganhe Park for a run in the morning. I recommend staying here.

Good location, OK room, good value for money.
But I wrote that I didn't want the last room when I booked the room, but they still arranged the last room for me! This made me very angry!

Very nice hotel in a great location - easy walking distance to many restaurants, parks & the City of Arts & Sciences as well as bus stops outside that provide a very easy journey to both the beach & the old town. Our room was modern & clean with a nice view. Breakfast selection was excellent & all the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooftop bar has excellent views, the pool area is nice, although note that the pool isn't large enough for swimming but ok for a refreshing dip in hot weather.

Plus: very nice room, good beds, everything as it should be. Véry friendly staff!
Also easy to find and everything is close by.

A bit of nagging: waiter forgot a meal order and the bathroom is due for a make-over; shower head cannot be adjusted and -to me- a bath is quite outdated.

All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel 👍

Hotel was lovely, room was clean, good size with a huge bed. The rooftop pool was very disappointing and not at all what we were expecting. It is tiny, you can only get a few people in it at the time, and there wasn’t much space for sitting near the pool either. The rooftop bar was good, but does not open until the evening and doesn’t offer any food or snacks. We declined to pay to include breakfast as we could get better food for cheaper within a short walk.

I had one of the best travel experiences of my life in this wonderful Hotel. And I'm going to explain why.
The hotel's location is perfect, close to many main attractions and with easy access to public transport.
The services, technology and facilities of the hotel are really very good.
The cleanliness and the staff that takes care of this area are impeccable.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options.
The bar and the views from the 10th floor are incredible.
I had already been to hotels with these characteristics, so what made the difference and made it one of the best hotels I stayed in in my life was the excellence in the service and warmth of the front desk reception staff. They are helpful, professional, warm and were always there to answer any questions about the Hotel, tours in the city and more.
And I noticed this with several who addressed them.
The truth is, I travel and I am a businessman, and this hotel became one of the best I stayed in in my life because of them! Incredible!!!
I will return to this Hotel and to Valencia together they add up to an unforgettable experience.
