This place is very nice an cozy . But my room i felt was small and the window was facing another building not much natural light . But the set up was amasing . You had everything you need , iron machine , water , towels for beach and a little basket , umbrella if is raining ....i never found in other places this set up so 5 stars for that . The breakfast 1 star not had to much choices.

Amazing place, very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had great air conditioning. Close to the beach and easy taxi to the city center. Highly recommend!

Retro and petite hotel with a lot of details. The classic Spanish breakfast is awesome and the hotel always smell so good.

Awesome place, staff were really helpful and nice, everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. I would book this hotel anytime when coming to Valencia. One small suggestion is that we could have used a mini-refrigerador in the room, otherwise it was perfect for us.

Hostel located in Valencia, which is quite near to the important landmarks in Valencia. The facilities are good, and the prices are cheap too. Can be a good place to spend the night if you are on a budget travel.

Clean, good smell and close to the airport (for driving). We didn't hear a thing all night, so either the hotel was empty or the rooms were well insulated. There was a mosquito at night.

Okay for a quick stay, shower was not clean with lots of hair and did not drain. Service was great

Had a really lovely stay over easter. The rooms are nice and clean and the hosts are really kind and welcoming! The breakfast offers everything you need - maybe not everything you crave. My boyfriend and I had an amazing trip to Valencia which was made all thanks to Katie and Leon’s hospitality and their gorgeous guesthouse. Not only was the house itself so lovely down to every detail in the decor it was perfectly located between the beach and city. We highly recommend this to all of our friends and family and will definitely be visiting again!

Katie and Leon were both super welcoming and accommodating with our schedule and food, and were super responsive with their communication. The guesthouse itself has a fantastic atmosphere and really helped me relax and get into the yoga retreat.
