Stayed here recently. Check in was long, had 1 staff member behind the desk and there was a few people waiting. Took a good 30 mins. Room was okay, the mattress was rock hard but I seemed to still get a good night sleep there. The breakfast was okay I guess, the coffee was not good. There is a Starbucks below the hotel though. The hotel is basically at the top of a shopping centre, which can be handy...

The hotel is nice but there are some things you might miss. First of all a smart tv or at least a way to stream to the TV. Then an iron in the room or at least access to one in the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms especially bathroom is also not perfect but then also nothing too disturbing. The breakfast was good so worth additional dime.

Can't believe the price for the room we got. I mean this in a good way. Centrally located. Clean on the inside, rooms were pretty good. Breakfast was great. Parking is underground and safe. This is our second ilunion this week (one in barcelona)Barcelona, and both times we had a great experience

Had a good stay in the hotel. Staff very friendly. A few things I missed. Ability to make a cup of coffee on the room and no trash bin in the room. Besides that a great stay. Breakfast was good. Especially the COVID-19 measurements! Location is nice!

Location is fantastic to visit Aquarium and the Science center. There is a shopping mall right beside it. Hotel does not have much service, so if you think you may end up staying in the hotel a lot I would not recommend. The furniturea seem a little old.

Nice bathroom with shower and bath but room dated and some outlet sockets did not work, also air-conditioning faulty on hot all the time so had to sleep on top of the bed with the window open. Stayed here on a Sunday night. Everywhere was closed and we could only go to a Carrefour a short drive away. The room is spacious but the bathtub was a little dangerous because the shower screen couldn't open fully so I could only slip in from the end. But end of the bathtub is curved and when it is wet is is extra slippery. I nearly slipped and fell. Overall still an okay stay.

Good Location near to Metro station. It is convenient to visit to city center. Besides, overall, facilities are quite new and clean. Comfortable to stay.

Great stay. My wife and our 3 children: we had two rooms next to each other. They were clean and offered everything we required. Shower was powerful and hot!! Loved this hotel! The location is excellent, it's right next to the central downtown area and I got to do lots of exploring every day. The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned well daily. Only issue I had was the controller for the lights didn't leave a lot of flexibility, would've preferred more individualized controls for each light.

This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected. Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.

Good 4 star hotel more suitable for business.. location is just a couple of minutes away from Valencia expo center.. room are ok spacious.. not so many shops and restaurants in the area. They are good, just be aware that they have two hotels, one. 3 stars and other one 4 stars so the pictures in the booking are mostly for the 4 stars building that is in the same street but the loony and rooms are a little bit different, but in general is a good hotel, the staff is pretty friendly.

Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.

The hotel is close to public transport but located outside the city center, next to the stadium (which has been under construction for years). The pool is very small and the gym has broken equipment. The room is very comfortable! We slept well, which is the most important thing in a hotel.

This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

A lovely hotel, I have no complaints which is rare for me as I can usually find something wrong! The staff were excellent and remembered our names in spite of it being a very busy hotel. It's situated in an excellent location for exploring the chilled city of Valencia.

In my opinion there are many five star hotels that despite having excellent rooms, location and so on, they lack character and a sense of home. At Hospes Palau, this was not the case, and my stay was marked just by how nice and accommodating everyone was. Big shoutout to Mathilde, Jesus and Adrian who went out of their way and made my birthday weekend here a true experience.

The AC Hotel Colon is pretty ideal. The location is perfect - especially if you're arriving at the train station. The rooms are clean and well sized for a European hotel, and the included breakfast with our reservation was a massive plus. Their staff, however, was the absolute highlight. They helped with restaurant recommendations, logistics, and helped make us feel at home in October 2023.

When we arrived we had a problem with the bathroom door and window, they solved it quickly and were very attentive.

The hotel is in a really good position. Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours. Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person. There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit. No sofas, just a small restaurant. Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night! Overall a good experience.
