Walls paper thin. Glad I had NO CHILDREN with me 3 o'clock in the mourning starts loud orgy from next room. No phone in the room and no one at desk to complain too. Did not sleep all night for my day of travel. No coffee or tea in the room or kettle. Would classify it a one star.

Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay

Great hotel in a fantastic area.

The entrance and exit of the hotel's underground parking lot is on a one-way street, so you need to drive a few streets to get in! The room is not big and it is a bit difficult to put two 26-inch luggage! The breakfast variety is very rich and there is a separate menu that can be ordered separately! The reception is located in the SH Ingles, which is a bit of a hassle due to the commute, a fact not described on the hotel's website. Great location, clean and spacious room! Right in the heart of Valencia. Easy to walk almost anywhere you wanted to see. Room was clean and spacious, had 3 terraces. Excellent hotel. It is located in the very center of Valencia. The room is large and clean. There is a balcony. There is a tree with oranges growing right under the balcony. The only thing I don't understand is why hotels don't have disposable slippers and disposable toiletries. But everything was fine. I'm glad I chose this hotel

A lovely stay in a great location. We loved the attention to detail and the hospitality of the hotel. The room was massive in comparison to our first two hotels in Madrid and Barcelona, and we absolutely loved our time in Valencia. It is a very bike friendly city, and this hotel is well positioned to explore the city and the beach by bike. We hope to return soon!

We booked this place via vio.com, pictures looked good, but we ended up with a room has no view, well hallway view. Other than that, todo bien. They have nice seating area in the restaurant, breakfast is good. Walking straight ahead to the beach area. A lot of restaurants near by. Bring your own beach towel, otherwise it’s 6euro to rent.

Excellent food and service. Had a beautiful meal with friends and one of the best parts was the service by Cristina. I have had a lot of great meals in Spain but the service is typically below average. With Cristina I felt like I was home immediately. She was the best! Super happy and attentive.

We came as a group of 4 for lunch, after reading a great review from a local tour guide. And luckily we weren’t disappointed. We paid approx. 23€ a person (June 25) and got a paella for 4 (huge portion), a starter each and a desert each. Everything was delicious. The location is also beautiful, with a nice breeze and great views. Would definitely come back and highly recommend :)

We had a lovely 4 night break at the hotel Neptuno. The room was comfortable and clean with complimentary tea and coffee and it had a fridge with complimentary water, fanta lemon and coke. We went to the beach before going out. Wanted to eat and drink something, after walking a bit, we saw Sabbia. We were surprised with a very tastefull meat and a delicious wine. On top of that, there was a DJ and some dancing entertainment. For a very decent price. Would recommend! 10/10

A very nice hotel, providing great service, in a very good location

Lovely room right on the beach. Lovely sea views. Room spacious and clean. With a jacuzzi bath at the foot of the bed with beach views. Breakfast is amazing and included. Great value for money. My only issue is the music from the Marina Club. It's very loud and goes on until 4am. I still give this hotel 5 stars because it's not their fault and they do provide ear plugs that do help.

The staff at check in and checkout were extremely helpful. The whole hotel was very stylish and the room was spotless. It was very simple to get there from the airport; one train to Colon - easy. The hotel is within walking distance of many great sights and lively neighborhoods. You can rent bikes from the hotel which is a good way to see more of the city.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was clean and well maintained the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport. The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.

Hotel was in a good location close to public transport and near the city centre but the amenities were well below average. The photos provided when I made my booking indicated there would be a mini fridge however there wasn’t. I didn't stay in the hotel, but I came to the rooftop bar quite often in summer, and every time two bartenders were trying their best to spoil my evening. They were rude, never smiled (especially the older guy), they almost spoiled my birthday there. Thay have no idea what good service is. Yeah, and the prices were higher than the normal ones. Last week we have spend a lovely week in hotel Miramar. They did a great job in upgrading the hotel and the rooms. One of my favorite upgrades is the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner and soap. They all come in very handy refill flacons. Very ecological friendly. I was worried that it was a two-star hotel, but this hotel is clean and well-equipped enough to be reevaluated. We really enjoyed our stay here,great location , apartment had just about everything we needed (apart from a washing machine) aircon was a bit weak but there was also a fan so we managed even in August. If We where in Valencia again I would go back here.

The hotel is very well located, n the apartment large however the cleanliness was minimum, from the first day the floor was very dirty which I could tell from the bottom of my socks, the bathrooms need a total reform, the apartment was quiet as it was out of season and perfect for access to lots of attractions in the old town.

I stayed one night in january 2023 the price is euro 91. The location is so so good. The hotel room and bed very clean. The problem is elevator is not good working and they have a problem in shower water. The water not good working and i hope they will find a solution for this.
