The hotel is close to the airport metro. It is also close to the market and old town with many restaurants and bars. The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was fantastic.

One night Stop off near the airport .Cheap, clean , no frills but adequate .Bus and tram into the city stop nearby .No drinks, food or breakfast offered but there are vending machines on site .We parked for free on a nearby street but hotel offers parking for about twelve euros per night ,Sheets and towels were clean .

The room was stated to be 18 m² and it was not even 8 m², just a very small window that looks out onto a light well and a slightly claustrophobic room. Very old facilities. If you get blessed to be served by the lovely Esthar, ask her for advice on where to go and she’ll not only do that BUT also give the some of the best places to eat for food! Great hotel in an ideal location. Central to everything in the city. Right next door to bike rental and a shop, and literally 2 minutes from the market and cafes/bars. Rooms were very clean and temperature controlled. Bathroom is quite open with tinted glass walls for shower, fine for couples. Really friendly staff. Would stay again.

Really great rooms, in the heart of Valencia. Very nice back office people. Especially Alex. A pity you have to go outside in the morning for a coffee. Furthermore a great place. Although If you go with a friend, you have to keep in mind that the bathroom is partly quite in the open. loved it

Quaint hotel in Old Town well located and very walkable. Friendly, helpful staff. I liked the location. It was very convenient. The Hotel is in need of an update. It seems stuck in the 90s. Not well maintained. Really bad acoustics, you can hear everything. I did not have a good rest during my stay. Old linen. Old electric tea pot, full of mineral sedimentation on the bottom. One day the cleaning service failed to remove the trash. No attention to details.

The location is good, just on the edge of the old town, with plenty bars and restaurants around. Staff was pleasant. Rooms fairly basic, but with everything needed, rather clean, spacious just enough. AC working well and not very loud. Breakfast ok-ish, not exceptional. Very pleasant bar on the roof. Since it's next to very busy street, it can be noisy. Nearby school doesn't help either. Internet connection...

Very nice hotel. Very central to the main square. Lovely walks in the evening around this hotel. The pool they say is on the roof is not a pool as such more of just somewhere to put your feet in. White plastic surround with green water. Other than that a lovely hotel

Where to begin? Stayed in the small room, with king bed. Multi-lingual & friendly staff, balcony with views and mirrored room made for quite the romantic stay. Awesome proximity to historic Valencia. Great breakfast. Rooftop lounge (leaving separate review for this amazing place bar/restaurant). Well done for this price point of €70-€100.

Smart hotel on edge of old city, 10 minutes walk to historic city centre. Not near beaches. Smart rooftop bar, good cocktail selection. TV in room had some English language channels. Room, shower, air conditioning - all good. There is a postcard sized jacuzzi/pool on rooftop adjacent to bar .

Everything was as expected except for the view which wasn't on the street (probably because it was booked on Booking.com). New furniture, nice terrace with a pool, spacious bathrooms. Excellent position: next to a rent-a-bike and right in front of the green stripe which goes to the beach.

Excellent location, the single room was great. There was a slight smell from the pipes, but it wasn't too strong. You could hear quite a bit of noise from people in the hallway, but it wasn't unbearable. I really enjoyed it, although perhaps they could adjust the price a little.

As the sign on the front desk says, this hotel is an 8/10. I would say it’s closer to a 7. Great little spot! Great little stay near the Heart of Valencia, rooms were clean and cooled with the Aircom (needed in July) with all the amenities I needed. No minibar or coffee in room, but with so many cool little places nearby you really didn’t need it. Only issue was the WiFi was very weak in my room, besides that fantastic!

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's within walking distance to all the attractions, and there's a convenient parking lot next door. Plus, there's a popular Japanese restaurant right next door that always has a long line in the evenings, which is great for enjoying ramen and rice.

Fine for a solo traveler. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. My one criticism with the room is that both the thermostat and the AC unit have lights that you cannot turn off.

Excellent location in an old building, I personally don’t like the strong parfum smell in the lobby. The room is clean but very small with only necessary equipment. Shower room is very tiny without door. It’s very difficult to keep the floor dry, but I like the shampoo and shower gel from Rituel. Very bad sound isolation. We can hear the steps outside. This is an older hotel. It seems they converted half a staircase into an elevator, which is tiny and can only fit two people. The room is also small, and the facilities are a bit dated, very retro. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and they didn't fix it for the three nights we stayed, nor did they change our room. We were very cold. They provided us with an electric heater and two blankets. We are absolutely not satisfied.

The hotel is right next to the beach, a fantastic location. There are many restaurants along the coast, offering a wide variety of meals, from main courses to brunch, so you don't necessarily need to eat at the hotel. Room amenities are relatively basic, but the rooms offer direct beach views, making them convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset.

We liked it a lot but we went during Fallas and since it is so central it is true that that night there was a party under the place until 4 in the morning but it didn't seem bad to us since we knew what could happen in the center during Fallas, for the price it is great.

The location is very central, close to everything. The price is cheap, you get what you pay for. 24-hour front desk, friendly service. The elevator is quite old and has the charm of an old house.

All in all good breakfast, bowls, toasts and pancakes very rich and nicely decorated. The location is also very pretty and inviting. Map in English and Spanish. However, the drinks are quite small, the XL ice coffee was definitely not XL, so a star deduction.

A nice hotel, with 24hr reception. Nice twin bed room with air conditioning. I appreciate I'm British & to that end I would have liked a kettle & cuos, etc, in the room. Nice hot shower. They do not have a restaurant, however offer a % off down the road. An easy walk into the square which has a lively night pavement culture. I would stay here again.

My family, mom, dad, and a 23 and a 16 years olds, had a pretty good stay at Ad Hoc Carmen Valencia in June 2022. Warning: their air conditioning is questionable, at least by US standards in their family duplex rooms. We would stay there again (see below). Very good hotel! We stayed in the family room, with 2 floors. Is very clean and the beds are good. The location is absolutely superb. The street where the hotel is located is quiet and 2 streets further is the pleasant bustle. Very close to Plaza de Virgin and the other sightseeing of the old town. Most of the negative reviews about this hotel seem to be inaccurate. During our stay, Vanessa at the reception was very kind and helpful, and we didn’t face any of the issues others mentioned. The only problem was the poor internet connection, but everything else was fine.

This was a very limited service hotel with no common areas aside from the lobby and reception desk. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, but I think the property was overpriced for what was provided

It was fine for one overnight stay in the city. The bed was not comfortable- the mattress seemed to bump in the middle. The central fan did not work but aircon did. It was basic but quiet at night. The area is vibrant and accessible.

The subway station is a bit of an awkward distance, but it's almost halfway between the Old City and the Science and Arts Complex, so it was nice to walk around. The accommodation has also been renovated and is clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at hotel El Globo. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. My room was spotless, cozy, and had a lovely view. For a one star hotel it truly exceeded my expectations.

I think a lot of these negative reviews are old, because I had a great experience. It was super clean, modern, room wasn't huge but it wasn't uncomfortably tiny. I did pick a slightly upgraded one so that may be why. Front desk people were super nice and helpful, and the view was gorgeous. I was comfortable and would definitely return.

Beach hotel in the middle of lively area! Good location between bars and restaurants, very close to the beach. We were not bothered much with noice, but it is in the middle of a very busy area, so expect to wake up now and then;-) Hotel is what these hotels are, not big luxury, but location is the thing.
