MYR Plaza Mercado & Spa in Valencia

We stayed in a family apartment (2 adults 2 small kids), which is located around the corner of the main building. Very spontaneous booking since we had a problem with our pre-booked AirBnB. It was basically a flat, very nicely furnished, with the additional benefits of a hotel (reception, service). Staff was very friendly, but best were the cleaning ladies: every night, the apartment was cleaned - even dishes! - beds made.. loved it! Perfect location in the city center, central market around the corner. I would absolutely book it again!

We stayed at the hotel from 8/30/24 through 09/07/24 and it was a very comfortable and positive experience. The hotel is situated in a perfect location across from the Mercado Central de Valencia. The location will allow you to venture the Old City of Valencia by bike, scooters, and foot. Public transportation is readily available nearby in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. There are several restaurants in the area to choose from. The MYR Plaza Mercado & SPA is lucky to have the front door services staff members Giada, Karina, Stephania, Gabriela, Jessica, Nelson, and Javier were extremely professional, accommodating, and kind. They made our stay a very positive and enjoyable experience. We had various interactions with Nelson & Javier who are wonderful PEOPLE and provided us with a lot of information on the surrounding area. We appreciate them so much! After a not so great experience with a local Airbnb, we turned to MYR Plaza Mercado & Spa. Not only did it save the remaining days of our vacation, this hotel had the highest level of service. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent spa services, and great food in their restaurant.

I would highly recommend this location and when we return to Valencia in the future, we will absolutely be booking this location again.

Great location. Friendly staff.
Room is nice and comfortable.
Two issues - there is natural light during the day but at night the room is extremely dark and the lighting in the room is inadequate even with every light turned on.
If room is on the side with main street, it can be a busy street until late night. Didn't bother us but may be an issue for those sensitive to sound. One night we were disturbed and woken up at 3am by a drunk shouting outside.

MYR Plaza Hotel in Valencia is a fantastic choice for a stay in the city. We enjoyed a weekend here for the first time. Right in the middle of the center of Valencia. A very nice, small hotel with friendly staff. Helpful and kind. We also enjoyed the spa that was included in the price. The room appeared clean and luxurious.
We only had a snack in the hotel bar and that was very tasty.
We can recommend to ask the hotel for the parking that they provide. It is worth the money since there isn’t much other parking options around.

Location superb, staff friendly and good food. The room (penthouse) was fantastic but what really stands out is the service, especially from the reception team.
Silvia G M really made us feel very welcome, valued and well looked after throughout our stay - starting with the welcome drinks and chocolate, then a gift for a very, very minor inconvenience (which was solved for us in hours!), and breakfast was cooked to perfection.
We will definitely visit Valencia and Silvia’s team again. We seriously considered staying an extra few days because of the hotel and services provided. Everyone visiting Valencia should stay here.
