Really great hotel! The room was really great design and nicely decorated. The terrace was great as well! The place was quiet so we got a decent sleep! We haven’t used breakfast service but as we passed down it looked really great! As we arrived earlier the staff was so nice and allowed us to enter to room asap. Near the reception you have a table with snacks and water! This is really such a lovely thing!!! If ever I go back to Valencia I will book the room again!!! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!

As a person with a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management it was a true pleasure staying in this hotel. The Front Office staff was really friendly and went the extra mile. We even got an upgrade to a suite with a living room, a nice surprise!

Extremely noisy hotel!!
Not only is the alley with the restaurants loud till 2am but the cleaners are loud from 9am to 5pm. It is 3:30 now and while everyone is relaxing for their siesta, I’m stuck listening to the loud cleaner bang the vacuum machine against the walls, moving the beds banging against my wall and this is the third day in a row. Seems the hotel likes to stack people on the same floor instead of spreading out your guests. Location is ok but for the amount of noise coming the hotel and outside I would recommend staying somewhere farther from the center. Not worth $300 a night. Gets better while I’m trying to sleep the cleaner comes in while I even had the do no disturb sign on my door.

Excellent hotel in a very good location, close to the station and many restaurants.
The room was large and very comfortable with a large patio/balcony. The staff were universally friendly and helpful which always improves the experience. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fresh and of high quality. Really lovely hotel to use as a base to explore Valencia.

Superb hotel. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended!
The only minor problem I had was that the tv channels in the rooms weren't working properly. None of the news channels worked. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay with clean & large rooms, friendly service, and perfect location right amongst the midst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and yet you have peace and quiet in your rooms. We would stay here again.

It’s perfect for everything, I stayed two days there, very satisfying with the service, breakfast, location in center heart, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel!

Brilliant location with easy access to parking. The staff were super friendly and very efficient at breakfast - wow they work hard! The only downside was the room, it was tired, with a lot of scuff marks on the walls, non-functioning plug sockets, and the shower was low pressure with intermittent hot water. For the price I expected better, but at least the service was great.

Great hotel overall. It was clean, the bathroom was super nice and modern in the hotel room, and the staff were really kind too. The only negative was that the room was incredibly warm, even with air conditioning on, so we barely slept.

Quite boring and dark room with absolutely no view. Breakfast nice with miniature versions of everything. Interior wise it feels like two interior designers have tried to compromise their individual styles. Not a great hotel but definitely not bad either. I would not book a second visit here though
