Superb hotel. Located close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended!
The only minor problem I had was that the tv channels in the rooms weren't working properly. None of the news channels worked. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay.

We had a great stay with clean & large rooms, friendly service, and perfect location right amongst the midst the hustle and bustle of the city life. Everything is just a stone's throw away, and yet you have peace and quiet in your rooms. We would stay here again.

It’s perfect for everything, I stayed two days there, very satisfying with the service, breakfast, location in center heart, safe and comfortable. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel!

Brilliant location with easy access to parking. The staff were super friendly and very efficient at breakfast - wow they work hard! The only downside was the room, it was tired, with a lot of scuff marks on the walls, non-functioning plug sockets, and the shower was low pressure with intermittent hot water. For the price I expected better, but at least the service was great.

Great hotel overall. It was clean, the bathroom was super nice and modern in the hotel room, and the staff were really kind too. The only negative was that the room was incredibly warm, even with air conditioning on, so we barely slept.

Quite boring and dark room with absolutely no view. Breakfast nice with miniature versions of everything. Interior wise it feels like two interior designers have tried to compromise their individual styles. Not a great hotel but definitely not bad either. I would not book a second visit here though

Very nice hotel located in the citi center but on quite street. Room has a good size, bed comfortable, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff.
We came with our 4 months old and everyone was attentive to us, the crib was also good.
The only downside is that you can hear the neighbors but I suppose there’s not much to do about it.

Perfect location! Great spot to base your holiday adventure from. Walk away from most of the tourist spots and really close to all public transport including the Airport Metro (5 minute walk). Rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything seems either well kept or newly renovated. Breakfast has everything you would expect.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Valencia with my partner. Excellent location to tour places by foot. Staff most friendly and attentive. The room was all spotless and tidy! Had a lovely stay overall, and enjoyed the breakfast, although it took longer than expected to arrive. Very reasonable room rate. Highly recommend this for a short stay in Valencia.

Replace your receptionist, or you will stay without clients. At least without international clients. Just called to this hotel to make a reservation and received such a treatment, I'd like to forget this hotel's name and never recall it. Poor quality of service is totally unacceptable. Do not recommend!
