We very much enjoyed our stay and the view from our room with balcony. The cleaner was excellent, making out Tom look fresh every day. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff, who weren't always that friendly. Also, when we arrived, we asked to check in early and they took our luggage (great) and said they would call us when the room was ready, but it got to normal check in time and we hadn't received a call. Then when we did turn up to check in, it took a while for them to find our luggage. It would have been nice if they had taken our luggage to our room ahead of us, as they never called.
The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.
Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are many restaurants nearby.
Fantastic stay, I really like the hotel. Staff fluent in Spanish & English. Nice place and would stay again.
Noise isolation in this hotel is nonexistent. We could hear everything our neighbors were doing in the next room. The worst part was the night before our departure when our neighbors were partying. Despite calling the front desk to ask them to intervene, the noise continued for another hour, leaving us unable to rest. To make matters worse, our room was next to the elevators, so we had to endure the constant sound of lifts moving, doors opening, and people talking throughout the night.
On top of that, the hotel itself emits a strange noise (perhaps pipes) which made it impossible to sleep without using noise-canceling headphones.
If a good night’s sleep matters to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is not worth the price.
It has excellent staff ,it's a brilliant location .
What I will bring to people's attention which has been mentioned previously ,the noise from outside penetrates through the hotel walls ,the Walls either are not sound proofed or poorly constructed ,you can literally hear people sneezing and coughing adjacent to your rooms.
Again I will reiterate the hotel is superb,rooms are Lovely,and staff are excellent.
It's the noise issue is the major fault with this hotel .
Loud noises from the surounding streets. No Toilet Brush, No facial Tissues, Shower was flooding the whole bathroom whole
