We received a double bedroom, but it doesn’t feel/look like a 4-Star hotel.
Old bathroom.
Loud cleaning service noises in the morning on the rooms next door.
No coffee/tea/water boiler in the room.
Breakfast felt like a 3 star hotel breakfast.
Good service at the counter during the day.

4 Star Hotel. All stars well deserved. Rooms are fine, so is the reception and breakfast. Easy access to the hotel by car, as the garage is directly underneath

Couldn’t fault the hotel itself, but the air con wasn’t that efficient. Not a small thing when the temp outside was 39.
The main thing was the waiter in the restaurant charged us for 2 Menu del dias, when my wife only had a main course. Not good!

The Hotel Silken Reino de Aragon is in a great location for walking to the shopping and historical part of Zaragoza. Very safe with underground parking. It is narrow! There are also elevators from the parking garage - keep your key on you. We were there for three days. The hotel is nicely decorated with kind of that modern vibe. Right down the street is Dona Tapa for breakfast. The hotel must have an excellent breakfast and bar as it was busy everytime we were leaving or coming back. We absolutely would recommend this hotel when visiting Zaragoza. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. If you are handicapped or mobility issues, request a handicapped assessible bathroom.

This is a very good hotel to stay in if you want to be very close to the most important attractions. It has large rooms, a nice view and very good services. The breakfast is good and you have a lot of options.

Stayed here a year or so ago. The hotel is nice and the location is great, the private parking was also perfect.
The only negatives personally were the swinging bathroom glass doors and the breakfast (it wasn't a very good selection for the price, and the coffee wasn't good.)

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to many things. The parking is kind of a pain to get to, because it's on a one way street. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the breakfast. It was awful.

We reserved a junior suite. It was big and spacious, but looked bare. Fittings looked a little run down; how could there be no tissue paper boxes for guests?
Location is a 10/10, lots of food options / tapas bars nearby. Of course, this then creates the problem of sound from the bars /ground level below, so pls request for a high floor where possible.
Staff were friendly.
Carpark is below the hotel, I hope you aren't driving anything bigger than a golf!!
