Breakfast is not good. Food is dry. Bread is hard to swallow. Fruit, sausage, ham cheese are all from the day before. Catering staff is rude. Room is ok. But no coffee machine is provided. Location is very good but not worth given all the other aspects. Beds are good. Staff at reception is welcoming, but rude everywhere else.

So far the best rooms of our vacation simply due to space to open and organize our luggage. We just arrived and my pics are after we settled so sorry for the messy appearance.

DEFINITELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. Beds are very hard. Toilet is so close to beday your knees almost hit it and can barely get to shower without touching toilet. TV doesn't have Netflix or allow you to change language and staff can't or won't help. Location is ok.. Don't pay 4 star prices for 3 star hotel.

Nice location, big rooms. On the downside, they have an issue with the heating system which created discomfort both because of the cold and of the humidity (during winter months...), and the bathroom doors are not only glass made, but also there is space left between the door and its frame so you can easily see inside the bathroom even when the door is closed.

The location of the hotel is really excellent and from here you can walk everywhere and visit the city center. It would be good if the rooms were a little bigger, as well as if they had a coffee machine or at least a water heater, this is expected in hotels of this category.

We received a double bedroom, but it doesn’t feel/look like a 4-Star hotel.

Loud cleaning service noises in the morning on the rooms next door.
No coffee/tea/water boiler in the room.
Breakfast felt like a 3 star hotel breakfast.
Good service at the counter during the day.

4 Star Hotel. All stars well deserved. Rooms are fine, so is the reception and breakfast. Easy access to the hotel by car, as the garage is directly underneath

Couldn’t fault the hotel itself, but the air con wasn’t that efficient. Not a small thing when the temp outside was 39.
The main thing was the waiter in the restaurant charged us for 2 Menu del dias, when my wife only had a main course. Not good!

The Hotel Silken Reino de Aragon is in a great location for walking to the shopping and historical part of Zaragoza. Very safe with underground parking. It is narrow! There are also elevators from the parking garage - keep your key on you. We were there for three days. The hotel is nicely decorated with kind of that modern vibe. Right down the street is Dona Tapa for breakfast. The hotel must have an excellent breakfast and bar as it was busy everytime we were leaving or coming back. We absolutely would recommend this hotel when visiting Zaragoza. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds. If you are handicapped or mobility issues, request a handicapped assessible bathroom.

This is a very good hotel to stay in if you want to be very close to the most important attractions. It has large rooms, a nice view and very good services. The breakfast is good and you have a lot of options.
