The rooms have everything you need BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING IS CONTROLLED BY FRONT DESK or some system that turns it off without you realizing it. If you try to re start it, it will not. PLEASE stop doing this if you consider yourselves a 5-star hotel. I called the from desk and the lady said “turn down the thermostat”…. Of course that did not work either.

We stayed here last week really disappointing as you arrive to be told you have to park across the street in a underground car park and by the way its 16 euros a day !! This needs to be added to their website! So people are aware no parking and have to pay 16 euros.
The hotel were very accommodating when we couldn't get our vans in to the ungrounded due to height.
They let us park in their underground car park but still at 16 euros a night however that helped alot.
We had a loft room wasn't in the loft lol but very nice room, includes coffee machine and free mini bar. Best shower ever ! And bath in the room as well.
Lovely restaurant but needs more choice of foods such as beef burger etc rather than veal.
The bar staff were great, breakfast was great as well.
They had a pool small on on the roof very strange as ice cold was like someone had put ice cubes 🧊 in the actual water so even though it was hot you didn't want blue lips in the ball, very odd. Over all lovely today but could be better!

Great location and clean rooms.
Certainly can do much better in the rooftop service. Waiting an hour and a bit for the food. Which we found out later the waiter forgot to put the order through.

shower was in middle of the room and u can see the blur of the persons body which was strange and unbeknownst before I arrived. gym was kinda under construction/-adjacent to it but still usable. room service cleans daily and the location was central to everything we were doing, and there were some solid restaurants nearby

This hotel is in the old time Zaragoza.. unlike other hotels it creates its own atmosphere in a friendly manner with a touch of scene of humour,its artistic and not complicated... no fancy stuff yet so elegant, no suits at the door yet staff are so professional and friendly.
The rooms are comfy and quiet eventhough i stayed at the 1st floor there was noise from the streets.. I hold 1 stars for the room amenities but you will find most of what you need.

INNSiDE Zaragoza - I liked this hotel very well. Delicious and rich choice of food for breakfast. The rooms are clean and tidy. Súper Quality. The service in both the hotel and the restaurant is very welcoming.

Such amazing hotel! Great location, minutes walk from the main square and cathedral, refurbishes and new rooms with one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in. The staff is super friendly, you feel very welcomed. And massive plus is the rooftop terrace with pool and restaurant. Beautiful view and very good food. Parking nearby for €19 a day but that’s what you it being in a prime central location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat, highlight of our 2 week holiday!

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Zaragoza. Service was very attentive and friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. Best part was the rooftop bar and pool, definitely worth planning some time there. Breakfast was not bad but nothing special.
