Amazing hotel, beautiful room and pool area. Breakfast was a delight and the location is on point.

The only down side is that we couldn't use the pool after check out as we were "no longer guests of the hotel". This was absurd to us as the main reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool. I have never encountered this silly rule before but hey ho. At least we got to walk around Zaragoza for 3 hours during the hottest time of the day.

What a spectacular hotel (don’t let the scaffolding put you off). The service from the front desk to the housekeeping to the bar and pool staff was just exceptional. The gym is nicely kitted out and the pool area is lush. Drinks were reasonably priced for such a nice establishment. My only minor issues were I couldn’t seem to get the A/C cold enough, the shower leaked a bit if you weren’t careful with the handheld part and there was no kettle (which I now know I could’ve asked for-lesson learnt). Otherwise a gem of a hotel in an absolute gem of a city

This is from June 2025. The road in front of the hotel and the actual front of the hotel are under construction. We had scaffolding in front of our window and heard voices early in the morning be warned. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Everything about the hotel was top notch. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming and fun. The location was close to all of the restaurants and sites in downtown Zaragoza. It was a good hotel this trip and once construction is complete it will be even better.

Very good hotel right in the centre of Zaragoza. Extremely well placed for sight seeing and shopping. Good restaurant. Excellent Breakfast. The gym on the lower ground floor is very good for burning off the excess calories. The staff are very helpful
We only stayed overnight on this occasion, but I can assure everyone that we will definitely stay there again. I have never been disappointed with hotels within the Melia group.

Best bfast of all hotels that we used. The hotel design has a fresh contemporary contrast to the historic city attractions. Get a Studio room with full height glass door/window.

Excellent hôtel both modern and elegant with plenty of wood.
Room very comfortable.
Generous breakfast in the eating area.
Service is welcoming and friendly.

We stayed here last week really disappointing as you arrive to be told you have to park across the street in a underground car park and by the way its 16 euros a day !! This needs to be added to their website! So people are aware no parking and have to pay 16 euros.
The hotel were very accommodating when we couldn't get our vans in to the ungrounded due to height.
They let us park in their underground car park but still at 16 euros a night however that helped alot.
We had a loft room wasn't in the loft lol but very nice room, includes coffee machine and free mini bar. Best shower ever ! And bath in the room as well.
Lovely restaurant but needs more choice of foods such as beef burger etc rather than veal.
The bar staff were great, breakfast was great as well.
They had a pool small on on the roof very strange as ice cold was like someone had put ice cubes 🧊 in the actual water so even though it was hot you didn't want blue lips in the ball, very odd. Over all lovely today but could be better!
