The room was cleaned very late. You left early, came back around 3 p.m. to rest, and they hadn't come all morning, although they left a paper towel in case you needed towels.

I don't understand why I can't check in one day earlier. I just changed the check-in time, and I had no choice. I was told that no matter what, even if I didn't stay that night, I would not get a refund, and I couldn't change the check-in time.

The room is large and although it faces the road, it does not affect sleep. It is very quiet in the winter night! The breakfast is normal, not bad. The Zaragoza Cathedral is across the road from the hotel

It was a wonderful hotel in every respect. The room was comfortable and the cityscape was very beautiful. The view from the room was also very good. The front desk staff was also wonderful.

The location is quite convenient. There is a tram station downstairs. The rooms near the station will be noisy when the tram arrives.

The hotel is in a good location and you can see the cathedral from the room. There is a tram and a market downstairs. The hotel does not provide slippers and the breakfast is average.

I had three instances where I could not eat at your hotel, which i find highly frustrating and upsetting. Instance 1: I had an a day of work from my PC using Zoom in my room, that stretched from 8:30-12:30 and 13:30-18:30. My only time that I could eat lunch was from 12:30 -13:30, and I was told that not only was there no room service, that the dining room was only open from 13.30 onwards. Now, I can imagine that is fine for a Spanish crowd, though I am not Spanish and I work with Europeans. Instance 2: I needed to leave the hotel at 7AM to get to my client and was told that breakfast was impossible before 7AM, meaning I got no food - another dissatisfactory occurrence. Instance 3: I wanted to eat dinner at 20:00 as I was tired, and was told that dinner was only available from 20:30. It is clear to me that the NH hotel does not care about international clients, and takes a very immature approach to customer service and serving international clients. I decided after these trips not to use your hotel. You may want to reconsider your offer to customers.
