We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offers both convenience and charm. Its location is excellent, providing easy access to many nearby attractions. The building carries a distinctive character that adds to the overall experience. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Housekeeping visited regularly to ensure our needs were met, keeping the room clean and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, with a bed that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, a very good stay, and one we would certainly consider repeating on future visits.

It can't compete with other NH hotels. The service at breakfast was disappointing. All the round tables were free, so we sat at one. The unfriendly man with short hair chased us to a small table for two, saying that round tables were only for three or four people. Ten minutes later, two Spanish women sat down at a round table without any problems, even there were many tables for two free. I asked the man about it, and he reacted like a child who's been caught. Does this hotel have a problem with foreign guests?

A good business hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's functional, no frills, no glamour and no extravagance. It's a nice quiet hotel in a good location with it's own parking. What else do you need.

Rooms are quite small and the parking spot is very small as well. We had to park other auto park. Breakfast was good. It is good only to stay one night.

Great stay at NH Ciudad de Zaragoza. The hotel is in a convenient location—very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore on foot. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The only downside was the parking—it was quite tight and a bit tricky to maneuver. But overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good clean hotel at a convenient location. The car park is very small so it is difficult to park a bigger car.

The hotel is in a great location. The cathedral is just opposite. It's very convenient to travel. The city is not big and everything can be reached on foot. There was a major power outage on April 28, but the hotel power was restored at around 6pm. No unpleasant experience.
