They provide kids size slippers and bathrobes and a snow sledge for the kids; that is how kid friendly this place is. You can have Santa privately visit your room.

The staff is so welcoming, professional, and helpful/friendly.

The glass rooms are so spacious with gorgeous views of the snowy trees. There are 2 queens bed one on each floor. The windows are mirror for privacy and heated so you can see. Not too much storage for stuff, but there is lots of space. The rooms each have a spacious private sauna and outdoor jacuzzi. They change the water daily. The jacuzzi also has beautiful views. The lighting and drainage in the bathroom could be better.

The buffet breakfast and 3 course dinner are included in a delicious restaurant with gorgeous views and wonderful service.

It is walking distance from santa’s village, the food market, and a free playground.

The quality of the resort is the best. Hansgrohe fittings, super strong showers, good quality microwave and dishwasher, granite sink. Well organised and clean. 24/7 personal heated jacuzzi.

We had an amazing stay at the Glass Resort. The atmosphere is unique and instantly relaxing. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the half-board dinners were excellent. Every evening felt special. Our room was modern, cozy, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, we really enjoyed the entire experience and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Glass Resort is an amazing accommodation for anyone who visits Lapland. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful and caring (comforting us when we accidentally broke a glass). The room is spacious with a nice view of the trees, the sky and the snow. It allows you to indulge in the nature while staying warm and cozy in the room. We really enjoyed the indoor sauna and the outdoor jacuzzi, especially when it was snowing. Food and service were great, you get to choose 3 courses from a menu with local delicacies. Staying in Glass Resort is a highlight of our Finland trip and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Upon arrival, the staff took care of our bags and arranged for luggage transfer directly to our room, so we could immediately begin relaxing. Even after check-out, they kindly kept our luggage safe while we explored the nearby snowy trails — a thoughtful gesture that allowed us to make the most of our final day.

Our glass apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered an incredible view of the surrounding Arctic wilderness. The highlight was undoubtedly the private outdoor hot tub — impeccably clean and perfectly heated, providing the ultimate spot to unwind under the Northern Lights. The attached private sauna added another layer of relaxation, combining modern comfort with a truly Finnish experience.

The resort’s restaurant exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a place where every meal feels like fine dining, but Glass Resort achieves just that. The menu featured local ingredients prepared with elegance, and the service was both professional and personal. The breakfast buffet each morning was equally impressive, offering a rich spread of fresh pastries, smoked salmon, fruits, cheeses, and hot dishes — everything you could want to start your day in style.

Overall, Glass Resort masterfully balances luxury, comfort, and authentic Arctic charm. Every aspect — from the pristine facilities to the exceptional hospitality — made our stay unforgettable. Clean, nice decor, nice sauna and lovely, functional outdoor hot tub. Even a traveler likes it. Breakfast in a luxurious basket brought outside the door. Wide selection of different breakfast dishes. The recommendation is strong.
