Nova Skyland provides nothing but the best for their customers! Exceptional customer service and room of cleanest quality. Stayed in 3B (Honeymoon Cottage) and it was awesome throughout!!!

We booked here because we wanted to stay in the santa clause village. It can fit 4 ppl but its just the 2 of us..very nice room and they helped us with the luggage from the reception to our room which we were really grateful. For the pricepoint, its worth it if you want to stay in the santa clause village to enjoy the quiet santa clause village at night and esp if you have 4 ppl sharing the room. There's 2 floors with 2 bathroom and a private sauna...But it does not come with a kitchen and the TV does not have wifi..we din manage to catch aurora but we enjoyed our stay so much..where we can go to santa clause village whenever we want ~

The room is large and comfortable, you can cook your own food, and there is a fireplace and sauna. The location is in the Christmas Village. We arrived at around 12 o'clock and received a call at around 1 o'clock to inform us that we could check in and the luggage had been delivered to the room. The next day, we had an early flight and they packed breakfast for us. The restaurant happened to be open and they even offered us some milk and something to eat before we left. satisfy.

The room had a sauna and the facilities were perfect. I didn't see the aurora, but I was very satisfied.

A perfect place for a stay! The rooms were extremely clean, and set up very well for a family. The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, and we ate at the restaurant that is on location several times. Each time the food was very good, and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

Is it overly predictable to say that my favorite aspect of the hotel was the reindeer?

I'll mention instead that I was particularly impressed by the hotel's staff. The level of kindness and exceptional service was remarkable. I wish I could take this level of hospitality back to Boston with me.

One notable instance was when a front desk employee took the initiative to research a question we had about Finnish saunas. Later, when we approached the desk again to purchase toothpaste, she informed us that she had found the answer to our question. This was an unexpected and appreciated gesture. Thank you (Kiitos).

Additionally, the food at the hotel was outstanding. For a lunch special, they offered the best lasagna I have ever had. Please make that a permanent menu item.

Regarding room temperature: We found our rooms to be excessively warm at 23 degrees Celsius. It's important to know that room thermostats can't be adjusted manually; you must request the front desk to make any changes.

Amazing location, amazing rooms with fireplace and sauna inside the room.
It is just 100mts from Santa's Village.
Not the best location for aurora's but it is beautiful, the food they served was very very good!!
