I just spent 8 days there with 2 groups as tour leader and everything was awesome. Great front desk staff, always smiley and acommodating, hurra for them :) Awesome gym to work out just 4min walking from hotel with agreement to go for free(best I've ever been from a hotel). And amazing breakfast, lots of variety

Perfect hotel, I am staying here often for a night, and the personal is always friendly and sampathic. Today we had some trouble with a lost baggage, and Rita, the woman at the reception helped us a lot and called us a taxi, so we could go to the airport again. We stayed three nights and the staff were superb - really friendly and helpful. Nice sauna nice rooms and also had a great breakfast - also very central spot. They gave our wee baby a toy too which was super kind of them!

We stopped there on the way. It was a twin standard room. Very friendly staff in hotel. Room was clean, tidy and spacious with large twin beds. Stayed in the glass roof rooms & didn't see any aurora on the first night so was a bit dubious about it. Second night was great with plenty of lights. Hotel is close to resturants and the ski lifts. We were a bit disappointed with the experience we got at this 4-stat hotel. It had no room service, no way to call for their services from the room. Lunch and dinner had a limited menu especially for vegetarians. Breakfast spread was great - this was the highlight of our stay. Rooms were spacious and very clean bathroom facilities.

Rooms clean, service nice and very helpful, beautiful views, in the restaurant there is always something for everyone. I recommend it warmly as a couple as well as with children, they will certainly not be bored and after many madness there will be no problem falling asleep in comfortable beds.

Levi Is wonderful and the feeling here is fantastic. The hotel in my opinion deserves three stars though. The rooms and hallways are a bit old and dusty, they clean the room every three days and generally the staff is not that welcoming, in particular the receptionists. I visited here when my children were young on a lapland holiday in December. It is an attractive hotel and a good base for our activities but I could not get the shower to work and it looked like a really nice one with different settings !

Magical best holiday. Swimming outside in -18 and your hair freezes up and just the whole experiences. Plane hold froze up delay for 3 hours in minus 27 but no one looses there heads or panics, pizza in the spa hotel the best too

Golden Crown is located on the South East side of Oy Levi Ski Resort. Very elegant place to stay. The nature surrounding this place is phenomenal. The igloo itself is simple and comfortable. Not much more to add. The ritual at Levi Igloo's house was an unforgettable experience. The whole wedding package was more than perfect! The staff, the food, the decor, the atmosphere - everything is absolutely amazing! On the wedding night, everything was crowned with northern lights.

Small but perfectly formed. We loved our stay at the K5 Hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, staff were friendly and welcoming, plus the added bonus of being able to watch the reindeer while eating in the restaurant or relaxing with a drink at the bar.

Excellent villas with amazing sleek nordic design. Huge buildings with all the opportunities you could use. Big sauna with access to the outside to run into the snow. Kitchen has nice utensils and everything you need for cooking. Big tv, comfy rooms, nice location with running/cross country trails and close to the ski resort.

If you are a big group I would highly recommend staying in the five bedroom villa. It has a movie theater, a sauna and a Jacuzzi within each unit. Beautiful decors and lovely ambiance.
