This is what a hotel looks like when it is run "by Children" who have no hotel and hospitality experience and do not know what the basic expectations of a guest are. We unfortunately came without a reservation at the restaurant and as a result the hotel "REFUSED" to serve us any beverages or snacks on the day of our arrival. To add insult to injury while I swam in their pool they came and served another guest food and drinks but insured we saw the snub and pranced out quickly. WHO DOES THAT TO ANOTHER HUMAN BEING? MORE IMPORTANTLY, WHO DOES THAT TO THEIR GUEST? We are certain that after this stay and and the stay at the equally bad Relais and Chateau in Genera WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER RELAIS AND CHATEAU IN OUR LIVES! The service and hard product are just too too uneven! UNBEARABLE!

Nice room and great idea to book the room as after dining in the restaurant it would have been difficult to drive an hour home. We had the signature room with a beautiful gas fireplace, jacuzzi, huge shower, and spacious deck. Good breakfast, very varied and in experience recommended to get an idea of ​​the philosophy of the restaurant if you don't have the opportunity to dine here.

It's very good. I do not deny. However, there are a few drawbacks for a restaurant of this standing! The detail is so important, be attentive and responsive to the remarks made by the customer. When you can't read the 3 small boxes that you are brought, and this also due to the writing characters used and dim lighting, we offer a pair of reading glasses at this level of standing! Appetizers served on pebbles or other supports to swallow or eat with your fingers are not very elegant. The door giving access to the toilets in the middle of the room, for a 3 star, we were still very shocked. For me, the one and only without fault is Marc Veyrat, the man with the hat. Unbeatable on the art of the table, the service, the welcome, the layout and the dishes. Even if it's a trance mouth, he understood everything! Too bad he no longer works in Haute Savoie.

This is one of the best restaurants (***) in the Annecy region. Simply « très très bon » and sophisticated!

Excellent service and incredible food; fresh and surprising. All ingredients are sourced locally and typical from the region. Wines were disappointing but could be due to the type of pairing required (Light white wines, only one light red that was ok). What you would expect from a 3* Michelin with the added interest of discovering local products.
