:( Rooms were outdated, bathrooms were old and needed immediate renovation. No fan in the bathroom. Lift was so small that would barely fit 2 people. Carpets were worn out. Kitchen only had 1 staff that didn’t speak a word of English. Breakfast was sooo poor, you'd better off walking down the street and grab a coffee and croissant to go.
Quiet neighborhood.
However the selection of the breakfast was not really nice in my opinion. They could have provided a better selection.
One advantage is that the hotel location is near the center of Nice.

- they tidied up the room during noon (+++)
- they have a lift (++)
- staff is friendly (+)
- nice room with balcony (++)
- the breakfast hasn't a huge variety, however there are the most nessecary things (e.g. Orange juice,coffee, toast,baguette, meat, joghurt, cornflakes) the staff changes the food very very oftenly, so you can be sure that the food is fresh (+++)
- all in all I was satisfied with my stay ;)
