Great location right on the beach! The beach club had the best sun beds on the strip, and the best service (though limited food menu). We were so impressed by the speed of room service! Everything we ordered showed up in less than 5 mins - not exaggerating.

Generally the hotel is good, the problem starts when you come in high season and the hotel is packed. They are understaffed and can't handle the volume. Although it was stolen in Cannes, this hotel is really good. The hotel is very big, and the decoration is OK. It is only 131 nights. The room is not small, and the hotel staff are very good However, if it is a city view room, because the noise of cars and motorcycles outside is loud, there will be a little noise when the window is closed, but it is to a level that I can accept. Amazing hotel and service. Very modern simple and clean. The spa and spa restaurant is a great experience. I highly recommend staying here and you can’t beat the views from almost all the rooms. And the roof deck offers the best view in Cannes.

Very professional staff. Rooms are a bit small but the view is outstanding. No restaurant opened at the hotel during my stay, only during breakfast, but the proximity of outside restaurants took care of that.

Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. Service was very friendly and they stored our luggagge before check-in and after check-out. Pool area was quite nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options which was positive surprise.

The people in hotel (staff) were lovely with us, nothing was too much for them. The room was cosy and cute. Parking was a problem for us as we can't walk far, also was expensive but apart from that was nice little hotel.

We discovered this gem of a hotel by surfing the net. Location is amazing! The whole property was very clean and well maintained. But the real positive is the staff - everyone we met was friendly and professional and special mention must be made of the reception staff who were first class. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else now when in town.

My friend and i stayed at Eden Hotel & Spa for a weekend. The hotel was in a great location for exploring Cannes. The staff were friendly and the amenties of the hotel were lovely. The rooms were spacious and contained everything needed for our stay. The hotel rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy. Would not hestitate to recommend and would definitely go back.

I would like to share my experience with Virginie, the best and generous woman that is making massage in this hotel. Her nice mood and hands are really making wonderful miracles with backs and bodies of people. And that's pure truth. It is very close to the train station and attractions, the hygiene and service are good, especially the swimming pool and steam sauna are great. Four recommended, good hotel with good cost performance.

Nice location. We paid for parking at the hotel but it was a tight squeeze to access the car park even in our standard mini. We didn’t eat at the hotel but many restaurants were within an easy walk. Room was comfortable but the air con made a semi regular banging noise (at least one loud bang per minute) which would be a real problem for light sleepers.

The hotel is close to the train station and an easy walk to the centre, croisette and Palais. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issues were the following: there is no fan in the bathroom so the room completely fogs up after a shower. Nicely located hotel for a visit to Cannes. With a nice interior and nice rooms. Mostly friendly staff. Other guest can be a bit 'special'. Not a hotel for people who're looking for a quit stay. During COVID there was reduced cleaning schedule. For a 7 night stay our room was cleaned 3 times. Unacceptable to me but I guess this will change as soon as the pandemic is over.
