Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. It's a very good hotel not far from La Croisette and very close to the railway station. The staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are not so big, but they're very clean and there is a spacious bathroom. A big plus is the breakfast room on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the view of Cannes when you're having a breakfast. If I visit Cannes again, for sure I will come back here

We discovered this gem of a hotel by surfing the net. Location is amazing! The whole property was very clean and well maintained. But the real positive is the staff - everyone we met was friendly and professional and special mention must be made of the reception staff who were first class.
