We slept on the 2nd floor next to what appeared to be a highway for trucks and cars. Impossible to sleep during the night. In the morning they emptied the garbage cand which was so loud. Outstanding was the personal service of a German speaking service member, who was working in Alsace before and is born in Saarbrücken, Germany. He made the impossible possible and even, when me and my videographer came back late from shootings, he was very friendly and tried to give us an extra service. Really lovely hotel with a nice small pool area. Walking distance to everything you need. Large clean room and lovely shower. The only negative and this was an annoying thing for me, there is no full length mirror. The only mirror was in the bathroom which was frustrating. Nice location. We paid for parking at the hotel but it was a tight squeeze to access the car park even in our standard mini. We didn’t eat at the hotel but many restaurants were within an easy walk. Room was comfortable but the air con made a semi regular banging noise (at least one loud bang per minute) which would be a real problem for light sleepers.

This was our favorite hotel during our trip to France. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Although it is further away from the beach than other hotels, it's in a quieter part of Cannes. The air was not cool enough. The toilet room did not smell pleasant. If you are going to advertise parking, you shouldn’t tell guests that you are making an exception to allow parking. We specifically looked for a hotel with parking and then were made to feel uncomfortable.

Reasonable price and nice stay. Easy walk to the beach and the train station.

Central located and near to everywhere whether you like shopping, dining and of course to the beach...Rooms are quite small but good enough because mainly we are out to explore and enjoy outside...WiFi is not really working well and parking is not for free and very small space.

Clean room & good location however room was a literal closet and extremely small bathroom. If you’re doing more than a day or two I’d suggest looking elsewhere plus the stay wasn’t cheap. Staff were friendly and pool was nice. You have to give the front desk your key back upon leaving which we thought was odd.

It's a very good hotel not far from La Croisette and very close to the railway station. The staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are not so big, but they're very clean and there is a spacious bathroom. A big plus is the breakfast room on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the view of Cannes when you're having a breakfast. If I visit Cannes again, for sure I will come back here

We stumbled on this hotel and loved it! The room was wonderful with a stunning view of the city and sea. The room was clean and tastefully appointed. Location is perfect. We got the smallest room in the hotel ... after the reservation of the 2 rooms the service missed the rooms so the one for two and see view got the one college, but the rest of the stay was ok. Next time we have to ensure the room is on the 2nd floor.

Hotel is located right by the harbour with beautiful views from the room balconies or from the breakfast room. The selection was quite rich for the breakfast, covering the preferences of many cultures. Rooms have a sea inspired Victorian feel which is chic. Overall great place to stay in Cannes

Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us….

We paid for a prestige room, but it left a lot to be desired. In addition to the friendliness of the receptionist, they told us upon our arrival that we had reserved one of the best suites and that there are nights when the reservation costs an extra thousand euros (anyway). Location is very good for travelers on foot, but for us to drive had to park the car in train station (gare) nearby and bring luggage on foot to check in. Room is small, but the small balcony overlooking the street is a treat! Value for money.
