The beach club restaurant was great for lunch. For dinner I recommend the restaurant located inside the hotel. It is stunning in it's design and beauty. The food here is outstanding with 5 star service to match

The best part of the stay was the breakfast - it’s a very large hotel with a lot of guests and the breakfast each morning is incredibly organized and has the best spread of any hotel I’ve been to - we didn’t have a line to wait to get food, all the food was stocked and plentiful, great variety including fresh fruit, juices, breads/pastries, even sparkling wine

Felt very granted and sophisticated, just what I needed. The drinks were good but the food was not my cup of tea. However, the olives I had there were to die for

Everything is nearby and walkable. Private beach across the street that turns into a night club at night. Stayed here a week after the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, can't wait to go back!

But an extra €1 to use the coffee maker in the room, really? And your going to chain the iron to the ironing board like this is some kind of motor lodge? Seems like mismanagement or maybe greed has caused a loss of focus here which would explain why precious lobby space has been rented out to boutiques and the bar plastered with ads

A food hotel. Good ac. The breakfast is a rip off. Clean. Nice room and nice bathroom. The room though seemed to have zero sockets other than those used by the TV and fridge.

He made the impossible possible and even, when me and my videographer came back late from shootings, he was very friendly and tried to give us an extra service. This man needs to get a special recognition

My room was spacious, well laid out, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location. It's within easy walking distance to the La Croisette and many restaurants, bistros, and convenience stores

Great central location in Cannes and reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are adequate, clean and well-maintained and serviced. Reception staff are friendly and helpful as are the cleaning team

The rooms and the inside are renovated. It's modern with a little bit of baroque style. I like the gold and the black. Employees are nice and helpfull. They also remind you of festivals or events in the neighbourhood

The hotel is simply wonderful, close to the beach, near a shop, with nice views from the windows and the possibility of purchasing underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy

Central located and near to everywhere whether you like shopping, dining and of course to the beach. Rooms are quite small but good enough because mainly we are out to explore and enjoy outside

WiFi is not really working well and parking is not for free and very small space

The only problem may be with parking, the hotel underground garage is very small and there is no chance to park on the street. I used parking-house 5 minutes of walk where you can buy a week parking card

The spa and spa restaurant is a great experience. I highly recommend staying here and you can’t beat the views from almost all the rooms. And the roof deck offers the best view in Cannes

We had an amazing stay at hotel belle plage. The hotel is excellent and the apartments serve the purpose of the stay for a small family. It is all new with regular service (twice daily)

The staff at the hotel are excellent especially Linda at the breakfast place and the manager Jad. We will certainly return to this hotel from our next holiday

Central Location & the green park are very good. Daily bath hygiene articles not renewed. Coffe in the room not present. Used drinking glasses not renewed. No possibility for cleaning shoes

Our week-long stay at the Novatel Suites in Cannes was excellent. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Our French wasn't strong, but they all spoke perfect English

We stayed here for 5 days from 13 - 18th August 2018 and had a great time. very friendly staffs and this hotel is located just next to the railway station (7 min walk) and can find all the shops very next to it

You can reserve sunbeds at the hotel reception but you cannot charge anything to your room at the beach club, you need to pay everything on the spot. I found it a little bit uncomfortable

Great hotel in downtown Cannes. Minutes away from beaches, on foot. Minutes away from the Gare (train station), on foot. In the middle of shopping and dining areas. Sunday morning market less than a block away

2nd year to stay in Cannes at this time of year. Mondial was just fabulous dead centre of Cannes and near the rail and bus stations. Breakfast was to die for a lovely lady called Patricia did the breakfast

She explained to us that you could have breakfast at a cost of €19 but we thought it was a bit expensive considering you can just go a short distance and get a brunch for €15 with a glass of wine or a croissant a coffee and fresh orange juice for around €10 and take in the lovely ambience whilst you eat al fresco in the lovely sunshine @22 degrees today

We didn't get breakfast (standard european continental breakfast) at the hotel as it was a bit plain to pay 17 euros (I believe) per person. The second room we were moved to was a bit too small

Finally the Bar never appeared that there was anyone readily available to serve you which made it unapproachable. Maybe if you stand there long enough Mr Ben might appear !!

I must give out in public my true feelings about my stay in this hotel, we ware a group of 7 people traveling around Europe for the past 6 months, "Hotel Verlaine" was by far the best experience we had, "Hotel Verlaine" is number one in service, accommodating! And pleasing! the staff was very friendly! and helpful! in any forum and shape

There is also a great supermarket a stones throw from here ‘Casino’ I would recommend as it’s clean and has a great variety! If I was to return to Cannes, Hotel Verlaine would be the hotel I would be checking back in to!

Cozy hotel near train station, at 10 minutes from beach. Everything was beautiful, from staff to breakfast.

Although it was small, the room was cute, clean and comfortable. We didn't try breakfast but the spread looked like a typical continental style breakfast. Bedrooms were cleaned well and room amenities were functional
