I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de Provence in the stunning French Riviera, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of perfect.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from beautiful beaches and within walking distance of charming local shops and restaurants. Exploring the picturesque streets of the French Riviera was so convenient!
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast organization. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local delicacies. The breakfast area was beautifully set up, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely view. The staff ensured everything was replenished promptly, and they were always ready to assist with a warm smile.
In addition to the excellent location and fantastic breakfast, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the coastline. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing environment.
Overall, my stay at Hotel de Provence exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a perfect getaway in the French Riviera. I can’t wait to return!

What a find! My friend and I stumbled upon this lovely family run hotel in Cannes. We had no booking and chqnced a walk-in. We were in luck and got a twin room with a balcony over looking the garden. The shower was great, beds were clean & comfy and the room had everything we needed. The location is very handy for the beach, train station, shops and restaurants. We were able to borrow beach towels and leave our bags with at the hotel after we checked out. We even booked an extra night we liked it so much.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay again if I go back to Cannes and would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the team in Hôtel de Provence :)

What makes this hotel truly special is its proximity to everything you need: wonderful restaurants, beach bars, and excellent shopping, all within easy walking distance. A highlight of our stays is visiting Vega La Plage, just a short stroll from the hotel. This elegant beach club offers the perfect Mediterranean experience - relaxing on comfortable sunbeds with panoramic views of the Lérins Islands, followed by exceptional cuisine that celebrates the flavours of the region.

The staff here are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making every stay so unique. We've been traveling to the South of France for nearly two decades, often visiting family in Cavalaire, and discovering this gem in Cannes has made our stays even more magical. With its elegant French character, this hotel reflects everything we adore about the South of France. And the hotel's central location makes it an ideal base for exploring both Cannes and the surrounding Côte d'Azur.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its wonderful staff. Slavica, Steffie, Jerry and Julie, and the entire team make every stay special with their genuine warmth and hospitality. The hotel's charming garden courtyard is a slice of Provençal heaven - perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sunshine or unwinding with a glass of rosé in the evening. Our room's balcony became a favourite spot for morning tea and peaceful evenings after exploring the city.

The hotel's authentic French character, combined with its perfect location and exceptional service, makes it an absolute treasure. Whether you're here for the beaches, shopping, dining, or simply soaking in the French Riviera atmosphere, Hotel De Provence delivers on all fronts. A true gem in the heart of Cannes.

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Hotel is very clean, charming and beds are very comfy. Lovely balcony overlooking garden and beautiful trees, only a few minutes walk from the Croisette. Good restaurants and bars very close by. Room was quite small but very comfortable and all amenities provided. Mini fridge and kettle very useful too. Highly recommended

Our stay at Hotel de Provence was delightful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and functionality. Its prime location—conveniently close to excellent restaurants, the beach, the town center, and the train station—offered the best of both accessibility and privacy. Initially, we were surprised by the policy of returning the room key each time we left, but it turned out to be just fine. We especially enjoyed the evening happy hour, which added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

This has to be the best hotel in the area. Ideal location. Close to beaches, shops, markets and restaurants. Very quiet. Above all the owners and their staff are all fabulous! Professional, helpful, kind and fun. Always smiling. A real home from home atmosphere. Comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts and even a happy hour for guests. I love this hotel and their team.

My team and I have stayed at Hotel de Provence for the past 3 years and the location is perfect, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is everything you could want and the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like family. It is my favourite place in Cannes.

A most charming hotel. The rooms are very nice, a beautiful garden, and the staff are so accommodating and pleasant. An extra thank you goes to the gentleman who was on night shift that booked the room for me, helped me out big time. Great staff all around, and the owners too! Fantastic stay at the Hôtel de Provence. From the lovely welcoming staff, to the stunning garden view, our experience was nothing but great. The Hotel could also not be in a better location, you are a short walk from the beach and the main shopping street.

We also had the pleasure of enjoying the breakfast in the gorgeous courtyard, which was delicious and had loads of options for everyone.

We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Cannes!!

Fantastic stay at the Hotel de Provence. We really liked the location, perfect in Cannes close to everything. Also the breakfast was super, a lot of things to choose from. Beautiful garden to eat your breakfast in. The staff are super polite and friendly. Excellent value for your money.
