We booked a night here in Room 667 and it looked like we booked a 5 star accommodation! So clean and such perfect atmosphere. The breakfast (which we paid for) was worth it, the receptionists were lovely, and the place seemed totally brand new! It is 5 minutes away from the beach front by walking and you just pay 20 euros to get on to the private beach for the whole day and it makes things pleasant...

Beautiful, clean, homely property. We stayed on the first floor and had a view of the Suquet, clock tower and the sea. The main feature of the property is the lovely garden with a lemon tree and other vegetables growing there. Elizabeth (the owner), and her Mum are warm and welcoming, along with their dog, Jimmy! A great place to stay in Cannes if you want to experience some of the traditional charms...

If you want to feel like you are staying at home in Cannes, here is the place. Quiet, neat. Very cozy. Walkable distance to Croisette. 10 min walk to The Palais, if you know what I mean ;) for some people it's very important. Great support from Elizabetta. She's amazing. Again, I feel here like home. Only positive vibes.

If you're looking for a hotel, then this is NOT your choice; but if you're looking for a home away from home, then this is definitely THE right choice!

Although the room was small it was very clean and the bed was really very comfortable. The restaurant (small buffet) served excellent and freshly prepared food with the menu varying every evening. The French Paralympic team was there so I’m sure they have rooms for people with disabilities too.

The best place to be in Cannes. Great service; quiet and clean place for an excellent price. I'll be there again soon!

I had the pleasure of staying here twice in 2023, as it was very close to one of our construction sites for VORBILD Architecture. Lovely staff, good rooms - what more can you ask for :-)

Personnel very gentle and with great smiles, ready to assist you. The rooms are clean but bathroom had always hairs stucked in the bathtub. The hotel needs definitely renovations. The breakfast is charged originally 12,00€/person/day, but the range is so little that it looked really very poor.

The stay at this hotel was ok. The room looked a bit rustic, all in all it was ok. However the selection of the breakfast was not really nice in my opinion. They could have provided a better selection. One advantage is that the hotel location is near the center of Nice.

It was really a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the center, near to the beach and train station. I had a really nice and relax stay, also I was grateful that the hotel kept my luggage when i arrived ( before the check in time) and when i did check out, this way I was able to hang around for almost the whole day when I arrived and before I left Cannes. We stayed at Hotel Pruly for 3 nights. It’s a beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. Room size is fair perhaps a little small, and our room looked out towards the neighbours balconies which meant you had to have the curtains drawn to prevent them looking in. You can hear people in adjoining rooms/in main passage way when they come and go. The rooms are also serviced daily. The host is very friendly...

This beautiful hotel, under new management, is a great place to stay while enjoying the sites and scene of Cannes. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. It is great value for money.

The people in hotel (staff) were lovely with us, nothing was too much for them. The room was cosy and cute. Parking was a problem for us as we can't walk far, also was expensive but apart from that was nice little hotel.

Just the usual ibis styles, good if your on your own, But if you share there is no room at all, single beds are actually touching and no room to move.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area. Close to the sea, by bus the city center is only 5 minutes. Free breakfast is included in the price. There are 2 supermarkets next to the hotel. I really recommend this hotel for staying longer period too.

Rooms could be better presented

Nice, clean rooms, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. It is a littlebit up the hill, but with a little walk or a 5 minutes bus ride you are in the center or on the beach. (For just 15 euros you can travel unlimited with the bus for a week.) And all this for a good price. I do recommend it for everyone. I hope to be back soon.

This was a super hotel. Very spacious room and they really took in account our 4 year old.

We stayed in the apartment that the hotel owns which is housed in the block of flats just across the road from the hotel. One good sofa bed, two single beds made up into a king size bed. Criticisms are all minor 1.The two beds tended to separate a bit 2. A bit of a guide to the apartment and nearby stuff would have been useful. 3. The sea view is limited between buildings. 4. I liked this Hotel very much. It was good lokated, close center but not too close. Next to the old city and many good restaurants and near to the beach. Very helpful and kind owners and stuff. A small pool outsid and quiet rooms. I would have appreciated if there was a refrigeator in the room.

Perfect location, quaint little hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in Cannes again. The water in the pool was a bit too cold though but it was beginning of June so maybe not a full season yet.

Chose Hotel Cannes Croisette due to its excellent location close to Palais du Festivals . Close also to good choice of restaurants and of course the Croisette. Continental breakfast was excellent A few things to note - elevator available but can only accommodate 1 person so moving luggage ( if heavy ) could be a challenge. Will definitely consider rebooking for future events
