I spent a few nights there on my way from Italy. Good value for money. Close to the train station and the town centre. Stable Wi-Fi connection. Spacious and clean rooms. I didn't purchase breakfast, so I'm unable to tell anything about it. I took out two stars because the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and even wasn't flushed from the previous guest. What a shame.
Hotel Abrial in Cannes exceeded expectations with its exceptionally kind and attentive staff, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was modern, quiet, and practical, with a standout high-quality TV—better than most three-star accommodations. ⚠️The only downside was the breakfast, which lacked variety and quality, particularly the omelette, falling short compared to other three-star...
Beautiful hotel, very modern rooms, very clean. It was close to the beach no more than a 10 minute walk which allowed us to go the beach everyday. A little bit of a walk from the city but on a nice sunny day it’s a nice walk on the high street full of nice summery shops. Close to the station so day trips to nearby cities were great too :)
We stayed with my sister this Saturday, it was one of the best hotels I’ve seen. The room had an amazing view to the city and sea and was big and clean. The hotel very well located. Woman on the front desk was very nice to us, she helped us a lot with my request❤️. Also there was a nice small bag of candies and espresso machine in the room. Really love our stay and would definitely stay there again...
Very good location, 5 mins walk from the beach. On site parking is available. Very comfy and large bed. Clean bathroom. Coffee machine in the room with capsules. Air con is quite.
We booked a night here in Room 667 and it looked like we booked a 5 star accommodation! So clean and such perfect atmosphere. The breakfast (which we paid for) was worth it, the receptionists were lovely, and the place seemed totally brand new! It is 5 minutes away from the beach front by walking and you just pay 20 euros to get on to the private beach for the whole day and it makes things pleasant...

Although a budget type hotel its a bit more than that, I've been coming here over a few years through work, they have just had a revamp with aircon in all rooms and a general modernisation. Nice big beds with good pillows and mattresses. Staff speak Good English and are very helpful, there is a small medium priced bar with good selection of beers etc. Nearby are good restaurants and shops and a market...
We spent a night at Ibis before our cruise and another night after. A lovely place to stay in: clean and cosy rooms. The beach is a five-minute way of walk, bus stop is on the exit of the hotel. Soo comfortable when one wants to go around. Breakfasts are delicious and the canteen itself is clean and fancy. I would like to mention the lady at the reception desk, Fati! She was exceptional and ever helping...
Very practical! 15 min bus from Cannes but away from the hustle and bustle of the festival city and its hefty prices!! The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh with a lot of choice. Perfect.
One of my favorite hotel when I am traveling for business to Cannes Mandelieu. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception staff is always friendly and professional and willing to help. The parking is conveniently located on one side of the building and easily reachable and secure. Close by to the hotel there are plenty of good restaurants and supermarket. Overall excellent value for money
Good location, close to the beaches, to railway station, 30 mins walk to the city center. Clean. Friendly personnel. Check-in 3 pm.
Nice Hotel! Some better info that breakfast needs to be taken at the lobby (no roomservice) would be nice. All in all totally ok

I wish we could have stayed longer. Valérie and Pascal, the proprietors, .. .are friendly and helpful. We were late getting there due to a flight delay, so Pascal called to make sure we were all right. Easy walk to the main streets for shopping, to the pedestrian areas for cafés and restaurants. The rooms are Hollywood themed and very cozy. The breakfast they offer for a reasonable price is traditional...
clean comfortable hotel. everything is within walking distance. the rooms are big the pillows and mattresses are comfortable. the staff is absolutely amazing
It was really a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the center, near to the beach and train station. I had a really nice and relax stay, also I was grateful that the hotel kept my luggage when i arrived ( before the check in time) and when i did check out, this way I was able to hang around for almost the whole day when I arrived and before I left Cannes. Also, when I first arrived at the time...
Very nice hotel in central Cannes. The propriator is very personable, he really goes out of his way to provide great service and friendly accomidations. This is my first time in Cannes and I think i really lucked out finding this hotel. Highly recommended.
I spend almost a week in this hotel and I kind of did fall in love with it. The owners are incredibly friendly and always share recommendations for traveling & restaurants with you. Rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with a water kettle, fridge & coffee and tea. Also the breakfast is delicious!
This is a family run hotel close to the rue d antibes. The rooms are very clean but quite simple. Bathrooms are new. The family are excellent and could not be more helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de Provence in the stunning French Riviera, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from beautiful beaches and within walking distance of charming local shops and restaurants...
What a find! My friend and I stumbled upon this lovely family run hotel in Cannes. We had no booking and chqnced a walk-in. We were in luck and got a twin room with a balcony over looking the garden. The shower was great, beds were clean & comfy and the room had everything we needed. The location is very handy for the beach, train station, shops and restaurants. We were able to borrow beach towels...
Hotel De Provence has become our treasured retreat in Cannes, and for good reason. The location is absolutely perfect - just steps away from the iconic Croisette and its beautiful beaches. A highlight of our stays is visiting Vega...
Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Hotel is very clean, charming and beds are very comfy. Lovely balcony overlooking garden and beautiful trees, only a few minutes walk from the Croisette. Good restaurants and bars very close by. Room was quite small but very comfortable and all amenities provided. Mini fridge and kettle very useful too. Highly recommended
Our stay at Hotel de Provence was delightful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and functionality. Its prime location—conveniently close to excellent restaurants, the beach, the town center, and the train station—offered the best of both accessibility and privacy. Initially, we were surprised by the policy of returning the room key each time we left, but it turned out to...
My team and I have stayed at Hotel de Provence for the past 3 years and the location is perfect, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is everything you could want and the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like family. It is my favourite place in Cannes.

Stayed May 2024, rooms very small for 3 people, but very clean, bathroom newly decorated, central to everything, staff very helpfull, would definately stay again but maby with only 2 people to a room.
Fantastic location in the center:.. unfortunately no private parking. Friendly staff that speaks many languages. Nice entrance. The room rate was different from what was on the internet website. But unbeatable price for the location..in august. Just over €100 on a Friday night. The room was a nice size … comfortable bed and clean with air conditioning …but king size bed united with two mattresses that...
Chose Hotel Cannes Croisette due to its excellent location close to Palais du Festivals . Close also to good choice of restaurants and of course the Croisette. Continental breakfast was excellent A few things to note - elevator available but can only accommodate 1 person so moving luggage ( if heavy ) could be a challenge. Will definitely consider rebooking for future events
Great hotel located centrally in Cannes. Perfect for a quick stay whilst you explore the coast. Staff are super helpful. Rooms are small, but well equipped and spotlessly clean.
Good clean, decent hotel. Nice & helpful people as well. The breakfast could be spiced up a bit & the room could be a bit larger as well. Otherwise, despite this, I'd come back to stay..

We stayed at Hotel Pruly for 3 nights. It’s a beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. Room size is fair perhaps a little small, and our room looked out towards the neighbours balconies which meant you had to have the curtains drawn to prevent them looking in. You can hear people in adjoining rooms/in main passage way when they come and go. The rooms are also serviced daily. The host is very friendly...
This beautiful hotel, under new management, is a great place to stay while enjoying the sites and scene of Cannes. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. It is great value for money.
A great centrally located place to rest and stay. The new owner continues the well run hotel and I believe it will turn out even better. Great value for money!
The place itself is nice and the rooms were cozy the main downside is the trains passing by overall for a one night it's fine.

We stayed in the apartment that the hotel owns which is housed in the block of flats just across the road from the hotel. One good sofa bed, two single beds made up into a king size bed. Criticisms are all minor 1.The two beds tended to separate a bit 2. A bit of a guide to the apartment and nearby stuff would have been useful. 3. The sea view is limited between buildings. 4. We weren't sure how...
I liked this Hotel very much. It was good lokated, close center but not too close. Next to the old city and many good restaurants and near to the beach. Very helpful and kind owners and stuff. A small pool outsid and quiet rooms. I would have appreciated if there was a refrigeator in the room.
Perfect location, quaint little hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in Cannes again. The water in the pool was a bit too cold though but it was beginning of June so maybe not a full season yet.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. Brand new bathroom and clean room. Conveniently located near smaller train station, where trains to Monaco leave every hour or so. Overall satisfied.
This is Cannes! We extended our reservation from 2 nites to 3 to soak up the sun and the sights. Located very close to Le Suquet (3 min walk) with lots of restaurants to choose from and Eglise Notre-Dame d'Esperance (4 min walk) for the best view of the town! It was a great night, with a clean room, a nice balcony which added a lot to the atmosphere of the hotel room, and the warm welcoming and very friendly dealing from the receptionists Charles and Julia , and I hope to come back to this hotel again as I really liked the city
We stayed with the 3 of us and everything was good in this hotel. Airco worked well, the room was spacious and comfortable. Reception was friendly and always helpful.
It’s a very charming boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The hotel team very welcoming, the service perfect. The location is great; next to the beach and the luxury shops. Looking forward to coming back next year!
Great location with beautiful area outside. Quite peaceful. The room was small but with nice balcony. The service was great. Lovely welcome from Charles. The breakfast very basic. The only suggestion I have is to add bottled water, kettle and selection of tea/coffee in the room. I struggled with this I must say. I have never been to any accommodation without water in a room. Otherwise, I had a lovely...
Pros: Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good location. The room was in the hotel garden. Cons: hungry mosquitos coming from hotel garden and no mosquito nets on the window.
The room is very tight. We had to adapt it a bit to be able to leave two small bags open during our stay. The bathroom was quite weird because the toilet is in one room and the shower to the other side of the room. The breakfast was ok a part that we missed fresh fruit. The best points were location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Very clean hotel, located right in the middle of everything. From bus stop to shopping stores to beach and Palais Des Festivals , everything accessible. Not to forget, very polite and helping staff.
The service is why I give it a 5. They were so friendly and accommodating, always ready to give us advice and information on what to do or where to go. They even accommodated us when our flight changed and we needed an extra day and gave us a ground floor room because we had a baby. We stayed twice and I'd stay again. This hotel is right next to the station in quite Central I've been there many times and it's a really good location rooms are nice and the owner lived in California for 20 years. So his English is perfect.
Nice clean room with good customer service. Quite hotel with good air conditioning. A bit standard but value for money.
It's a place to sleep. Very near and walking distance to Gare de Cannes. Monoprix on same street/block. Patisserie next to hotel. Great receptionist staff. Hotel is basic no microwave in rooms. No English channels on tv. Just have to say not everyone can afford to eat out every night with the high value of the Euro.

Very nice staff!! We liked the balcony, the room was clean. And free tea/coffee/chocolate! 10-15 min to walk to town.
I had the pleasure of staying here twice in 2023, as it was very close to one of our construction sites for VORBILD Architecture. Lovely staff, good rooms - what more can you ask for :-)
Personnel very gentle and with great smiles, ready to assist you. The rooms are clean but bathroom had always hairs stucked in the bathtub. The hotel needs definitely renovations. The breakfast is charged originally 12,00€/person/day, but the range is so little that it looked really very poor.
The stay at this hotel was ok. The room looked a bit rustic, all in all it was ok. However the selection of the breakfast was not really nice in my opinion. They could have provided a better selection. One advantage is that the hotel location is near the center of Nice.
Great hotel, exceeded expectations. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Staff are friendly and the rooms are small but very nice.
I had a 2-days stay at this hotel and I must say that in general I was quite satisfied. - the rooms were in total clean (++) - they tidied up the room during noon (+++) - they have a lift (++) - staff is friendly (+) - nice room with balcony (++) - the breakfast hasn't a huge variety, however there are the most nessecary things (e.g. Orange juice, coffee, toast, baguette, meat, joghurt, cornflakes)...

Was passing through the area so it was good place to stop over for a sleep. Place a bit outdated, but room was clean an spacious. It is a good budget hotel. The studio we had for the 2 nights was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and gardens which were really well kept. The room decor and floor tiles were dated and the floor Iles were badly cracked by the patio doors and under the table.
