3 star hotels in Cannes

I spent a few nights there on my way from Italy. Good value for money. Close to the train station and the town centre. Stable Wi-Fi connection. Spacious and clean rooms. I didn't purchase breakfast, so I'm unable to tell anything about it. I took out two stars because the toilet wasn't cleaned properly and even wasn't flushed from the previous guest. What a shame.

Beautiful hotel, very modern rooms, very clean. It was close to the beach no more than a 10 minute walk which allowed us to go the beach everyday. A little bit of a walk from the city but on a nice sunny day it’s a nice walk on the high street full of nice summery shops. Close to the station so day trips to nearby cities were great too :)

We stayed with my sister this Saturday, it was one of the best hotels I’ve seen. The room had an amazing view to the city and sea and was big and clean. The hotel very well located. Woman on the front desk was very nice to us, she helped us a lot with my request❤️. Also there was a nice small bag of candies and espresso machine in the room. Really love our stay and would definitely stay there again...

Very good location, 5 mins walk from the beach. On site parking is available. Very comfy and large bed. Clean bathroom. Coffee machine in the room with capsules. Air con is quite.

We booked a night here in Room 667 and it looked like we booked a 5 star accommodation! So clean and such perfect atmosphere. The breakfast (which we paid for) was worth it, the receptionists were lovely, and the place seemed totally brand new! It is 5 minutes away from the beach front by walking and you just pay 20 euros to get on to the private beach for the whole day and it makes things pleasant...

Although a budget type hotel its a bit more than that, I've been coming here over a few years through work, they have just had a revamp with aircon in all rooms and a general modernisation. Nice big beds with good pillows and mattresses. We spent a night at Ibis before our cruise and another night after. A lovely place to stay in: clean and cosy rooms. The beach is a five-minute way of walk, bus stop is on the exit of the hotel. Soo comfortable when one wants to go around. Breakfasts are delicious and the canteen itself is clean and fancy. I would like to mention the lady at the reception desk, Fati! She was exceptional and ever helping...

Very practical! 15 min bus from Cannes but away from the hustle and bustle of the festival city and its hefty prices!! The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh with a lot of choice. Perfect.

One of my favorite hotel when I am traveling for business to Cannes Mandelieu. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The reception staff is always friendly and professional and willing to help. The parking is conveniently located on one side of the building and easily reachable and secure. Close by to the hotel there are plenty of good restaurants and supermarket. Overall excellent value for money

I spend almost a week in this hotel and I kind of did fall in love with it. The owners are incredibly friendly and always share recommendations for traveling & restaurants with you. Rooms are clean and cozy, equipped with a water kettle, fridge & coffee and tea. Also the breakfast is delicious!

This is a family run hotel close to the rue d antibes. The rooms are very clean but quite simple. Bathrooms are new. The family are excellent and could not be more helpful.

My team and I have stayed at Hotel de Provence for the past 3 years and the location is perfect, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, the breakfast is everything you could want and the staff are incredibly friendly and treat you like family. It is my favourite place in Cannes.

Chose Hotel Cannes Croisette due to its excellent location close to Palais du Festivals . Close also to good choice of restaurants and of course the Croisette. Continental breakfast was excellent A few things to note - elevator available but can only accommodate 1 person so moving luggage ( if heavy ) could be a challenge. We stayed at Hotel Pruly for 3 nights. It’s a beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. Room size is fair perhaps a little small, and our room looked out towards the neighbours balconies which meant you had to have the curtains drawn to prevent them looking in. We stayed in the apartment that the hotel owns which is housed in the block of flats just across the road from the hotel. One good sofa bed, two single beds made up into a king size bed. I liked this Hotel very much. It was good lokated, close center but not too close. Next to the old city and many good restaurants and near to the beach. Very helpful and kind owners and stuff. A small pool outsid and quiet rooms. I would have appreciated if there was a refrigeator in the room.

The room is very tight. We had to adapt it a bit to be able to leave two small bags open during our stay. The bathroom was quite weird because the toilet is in one room and the shower to the other side of the room. The breakfast was ok a part that we missed fresh fruit. The best points were location, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

This hotel is right next to the station in quite Central I've been there many times and it's a really good location rooms are nice and the owner lived in California for 20 years. So his English is perfect.

It's a place to sleep. Very near and walking distance to Gare de Cannes. Monoprix on same street/block. Patisserie next to hotel. Great receptionist staff. Hotel is basic no microwave in rooms. No English channels on tv. Just have to say not everyone can afford to eat out every night with the high value of the Euro.

Personnel very gentle and with great smiles, ready to assist you. The rooms are clean but bathroom had always hairs stucked in the bathtub. The hotel needs definitely renovations. The breakfast is charged originally 12,00€/person/day, but the range is so little that it looked really very poor.

The stay at this hotel was ok. The room looked a bit rustic, all in all it was ok. However the selection of the breakfast was not really nice in my opinion. They could have provided a better selection. One advantage is that the hotel location is near the center of Nice.

I had a 2-days stay at this hotel and I must say that in general I was quite satisfied. - the rooms were in total clean (++) - they tidied up the room during noon (+++) - they have a lift (++) - staff is friendly (+) - nice room with balcony (++) - the breakfast hasn't a huge variety, however there are the most nessecary things (e.g. Orange juice,coffee, toast,baguette, meat, joghurt, cornflakes)...

Although the room was small it was very clean and the bed was really very comfortable. The restaurant (small buffet) served excellent and freshly prepared food with the menu varying every evening. The French Paralympic team was there so I’m sure they have rooms for people with disabilities too.

The studio we had for the 2 nights was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and gardens which were really well kept. The room decor and floor tiles were dated and the floor Iles were badly cracked by the patio doors and under the table.
