I stayed for two nights, the location is so convenient, a really short walk from the train station, just moments for the beach and old town, the room was basic but that was to be expected I hadn’t paid a luxury price. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. I had room 4 on the 1st floor it was opposite the shopping centre on a very busy road, too noisy to keep the windows open...

Paid parking 3min away, expensive but very convenient $28eu /day. Breakfast is included, front desk staff very nice and close to everything. Not soundproof at all, heard road, neighbours and all the doors loudly.

Well received in Lobby in the main building. Hotel is more like a Motel, rooms are divided in several buildings around the main building where the reception and restaurant is situated. Room and bathroom not clean; stains and hair found in multiple areas. Dust and spiderwebs. Towels not clean. Noisy in surroundings. Breakfast in main building very good. Overall poor experience. Good for a nite stay...

It was a great location for what we needed. Breakfast was okay - usual hotel breakfast. Every one was very pleasant.

Nice but noisy hotel The concept of this building (located opposite the hotel reception) is quite nice, spread over two floors with a small garden/terrace facing each ground-floor room. However, it's very noisy due to poor insulation. In summer, when the hotel is full, don't expect to get a good night's sleep... The breakfast is decent but overpriced (€20).

I recently stayed at Hotel Luxotel Cannes and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is stunning, and my room offered a beautiful view of the sea. Its location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

From check-in till checkout everything went amazing service wise. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with everything. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had room cleaning twice a day sometimes which was very sweet! We had an excellent stay at Luxotel, the hotel is very well run and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was also great. Good location with easy access to the beach. Overall would highly recommend.

Loved my short trip to Cannes and this spot was perfect to sit back and relax. The room was well equipped. Bathroom was spotless and if you get a balcony you’ll get a nice view of the lively atmosphere and even peak around the gallery Lafayette. I def recommend! If you are a traveler on a budget and need a nice place for good price this is it !

Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else

Hotel is well situated at 10' from the Croissette. Vlean and prectical. Breackfast was good and the young receptionist very kind and helpful, though she was just new at the post. Only the airco was not soo good in my room. But in general I had an excellent stay.

Although a budget type hotel its a bit more than that, I've been coming here over a few years through work, they have just had a revamp with aircon in all rooms and a general modernisation. Nice big beds with good pillows and mattresses. Staff speak Good English and are very helpful, there is a small medium priced bar with good selection of beers etc. Nearby are good restaurants and shops and a market...

Good recently renovated property, relatively small room for three people. Clean and linen in excellent condition. More than decent breakfast. Parking available. Friendly staff. About 2 kilometers from the Croisette also reachable by public transport.

We spent a night at Ibis before our cruise and another night after. A lovely place to stay in: clean and cosy rooms. The beach is a five-minute way of walk, bus stop is on the exit of the hotel. Soo comfortable when one wants to go around. Breakfasts are delicious and the canteen itself is clean and fancy. I would like to mention the lady at the reception desk, Fati! She was exceptional and ever helping...

Very practical! 15 min bus from Cannes but away from the hustle and bustle of the festival city and its hefty prices!! The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is fresh with a lot of choice. Perfect.

This is a basic business hotel with no frills but perfectly adequate for a 4 night stay. I was able to travel to Cannes very easily by road in 10 minutes, or a pleasant 45 minute walk along the seafront.

Quiet room, very clean, relatively large, friendly staff, decent breakfast - all a lot better than what you usually get in this type of hotel. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Just a 3 minute walk to the sea.

We spent two nights here, the room was very clean and spacious enough. The hotel staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful. We left our car in their underground parking during our stay and were able to leave it at no extra charge for a few hours even after check-out which was highly appreciated. We stayed for 1 night with friends and had a good experience. The staff were very friendly the rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. At the price was very good value for money in Cannes. We also booked parking (€20) which was very convenient but very tight if you have a large car. Would stay again.

Excellent starting point for the day in Cannes. The beach is 8 min of walk, the train station is the same. In radius of 200m lot of restaurants, small shops and cafes. Private parking place below the hotel for 20 EUR per day.

Great location!! Right by the train station and close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around as well. There wasn’t a window in the place and some small insects which weren’t annoying but were there.

Parking in the area is very difficult, and nearby parking is expensive. The room was very small, and the hotel itself wasn't exactly a hotel; everything was very small and cramped.

We had the penthouse room which was AMAZING! Recommend getting some mosquito spray because the mosquitos are around, but the patio was beautiful and relaxing. Room was great and the service was excellent, highly recommend!

Great to see a family owned business that cares about their customers. Enjoyed the breakfast and the zen garden and the bed was excellent. This hotel is in the middle of everything but it’s still very quite.

What a beautiful boutique hotel that is magnificently runs but some fabulous people. The owners are very hands on and you feel welcome and superbly cared for.

Extremely kind staff, I even lost my wallet and they helped me recover it, even offering to lend money to help. I really recommend. Rooms are great.

Loud sounds from the street, water temperature has its issues and I don’t think wifi really worked but a decent price for the location. About 10mn to palais des festivals although the road can be sinuous and uphill.

Well located value hotel in Cannes, just a few minutes stroll from the centre of everything. Very clean and professionally run hotel, with spacious rooms/apartments, free WIFI, secure parking (for a few extra Euros a day) and more. The staff were superb at ensuring a very enjoyable stay. An excellent value hotel for which to base yourself to enjoy all Cannes has to offer.

The best and absolutely the best and the kindest ladynat reception!

Superfriendly and serviceminded staff and clean room. Location is perfect close to the trainstation and all the shopping. The only small minus is that you hear all action when people come and go, the doors slamming. If I ever come back I would love to stay here again.

Decent stay in Cannes Very reasonably priced for beeing Cannes in the middle of the summer. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but rather narrow for a couple to sleep in, expect alot of flying arms and legs when your better half turns in the middle of the night! The elevator is very tight, max 1 person with a suitcase at the time, not for claustrophobics. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception...

Good budget option with caveats Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

Stayed here for a short business trip. Arrived approx 3pm but couldn’t check in until after 4pm so had to hang around. Had upgraded room, which was spacious and comfortable, although basic had decent decor with blackout shutters. Bottled water provided but not replenished, no tea and coffee making facilities, irons provided on request. Hotel reception closed at 7 so need a passcode to enter the building...

It was really a wonderful stay. The hotel is located in the center, near to the beach and train station. I had a really nice and relax stay, also I was grateful that the hotel kept my luggage when i arrived ( before the check in time) and when i did check out, this way I was able to hang around for almost the whole day when I arrived and before I left Cannes.
