Really lovely hotel with a nice small pool area. Walking distance to everything you need. Large clean room and lovely shower. The only negative and this was an annoying thing for me, there is no full length mirror

He made the impossible possible and even, when me and my videographer came back late from shootings, he was very friendly and tried to give us an extra service. This man needs to get a special recognition

My room was spacious, well laid out, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location. It's within easy walking distance to the La Croisette and many restaurants, bistros, and convenience stores

All of the better-known fashion designers have lovely shops nearby as well. The hotel also offers breakfast downstairs, room service and a little cocktail/cappuccino bar just off of the lobby

Outstanding was the personal service of a German speaking service member, who was working in Alsace before and is born in Saarbrücken, Germany

The breakfast (which we paid for) was worth it, the receptionists were lovely, and the place seemed totally brand new! It is 5 minutes away from the beach front by walking and you just pay 20 euros to get on to the private beach for the whole day and it makes things pleasant for those who just wish to rest on the beach

Very good location, 5 mins walk from the beach. On site parking is available. Very comfy and large bed. Clean bathroom. Coffee machine in the room with capsules. Air con is quite.

We booked a night here in Room 667 and it looked like we booked a 5 star accommodation! So clean and such perfect atmosphere

The renovated rooms look spectacular. Rooms 718 and 720 have the best view. Plenty of great food within walking distance. Bring your running shoes so you can run along the Boulevard De La Croisette.

Rooms are spacious, very clean, fresh and bright. The outdoor pool is not on the beach side however is lovely and heated. The gardens are full of jasmine and smells wonderful

Everything good besides the fact that they close the pool very early, at 8pm.

Although the room was small it was very clean and the bed was really very comfortable. The restaurant (small buffet) served excellent and freshly prepared food with the menu varying every evening

The French Paralympic team was there so I’m sure they have rooms for people with disabilities too

Everything is nearby and walkable. Private beach across the street that turns into a night club at night. Stayed here a week after the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, can't wait to go back!

But an extra €1 to use the coffee maker in the room, really? And your going to chain the iron to the ironing board like this is some kind of motor lodge? Seems like mismanagement or maybe greed has caused a loss of focus here which would explain why precious lobby space has been rented out to boutiques and the bar plastered with ads

We hosted a Dubai Property event at the hotel. The location was great, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was nice. Beautiful Noor, who checked us in and settled our bill, provided excellent service at the reception

Zero complaints about the room. The roof top bar and restaurant allowed for an amazing view. The pool area is odd, it has a “glass wall” around it. No one was really using it while I was up there

I would say the Concerige wasn’t as helpful as I expected (I expected them to be able to make beach reservations or water activity reservations) but they were still very polite. I had a balcony with a partial sea view

We had some coffee by the pool. It was very well presented and the place is nice. Getting to pay our bill took ages. I guess they liked us and wanted us to stay

The only unhappy situation during our stay was the lack of gym but Amalia told me they have it in the project for next years so I would be happy to be back if this gym will happened

We stayed here for 5 days from 13 - 18th August 2018 and had a great time. very friendly staffs and this hotel is located just next to the railway station (7 min walk) and can find all the shops very next to it

Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Parking is very good in locked car park underneath at €15. Room we have is a 3 bed, one double and one bed in living room

I really enjoyed my stay there. The room was absolutely huge, with a large bathroom, a balcony and a small ad-hoc kitchen area!

Nevertheless, there is a decent swimming pool and the beach can be reached by foot within 10 minutes

As it is a little out of the way of the main Cannes center, it is likely more used for business meetings than for tourists. Getting to Cannes will require taxis or Ubers

The reception staff and restaurant staff were very nice and professional. Housekeeping staff also was very nice

I stayed in this Hotel while attending Trusttech trade show. It's a bit out of the rush, in quiet place. You can enjoy a nice rest after a long busy day. The room is big, the bed is comfy, and the pillows are lovely

I recently stayed at Hotel Luxotel Cannes and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is stunning, and my room offered a beautiful view of the sea. Its location is perfect, just steps from the beach

Having hospitality staff on hand at all hours is something that every traveler needs and I am so grateful to the help that they gave me, a place to charge my phone freshen up and WiFi to help my situation Alan is the best!

The Team was definitely very helpful and extremely friendly during our stay. Unfortunately we experienced an AC outage affecting the entire first floor that was caused by the city lasting for 1 day

This beautiful hotel, under new management, is a great place to stay while enjoying the sites and scene of Cannes. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained. It is great value for money.

Small hotel with good breakfast

Location wise it is very central which is which great as it’s a 5-10 min walk to the Croisette. However the immediate surroundings leave a little to be desired as it’s by a main overpass, next to the train station

Room size is fair perhaps a little small, and our room looked out towards the neighbours balconies which meant you had to have the curtains drawn to prevent them looking in

You can hear people in adjoining rooms/in main passage way when they come and go. The rooms are also serviced daily. The host is very friendly, welcoming and helpful

The beach club belonging to the hotel is very nice, sunbeds are comfortable, service is good and food is amazing. There's only one thing which I found a little bit strange

You can reserve sunbeds at the hotel reception but you cannot charge anything to your room at the beach club, you need to pay everything on the spot. I found it a little bit uncomfortable

The hotel is very well located just next to the Croisette. There's even a little side sea view from some rooms. Rooms are well equipped and clear, the staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite rich, I really liked it
