Loved the hotel, the property, the decor, the room, the view and the best croissant I've ever eaten!

The view. One of the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Classic chalet style. The restaurant is extraordinary. The walk to town and back earns and burns calories but if in reasonable shape, very pretty and pleasant. Nice little spa facility also.

Great location (steep hill made us thin even with Savoyard food). Perfectly quiet rooms for sleeping. Great breakfasts. Super close to Brevant/Flegere lifts

A wonderful hotel with a view to die for facing mount blanc on 180 degrees ⛰️ staff are very welcoming and always ready to help. Food is fantastics with fresh breads and pastries baked every morning... highly recommended for a memorable getaway 😉

Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. This place was just unbelievable. The views, the charm, the hospitality, and all right be a glacier in the alps. I can’t say enough about this place. We stayed one night with our teenage children and had a blast. Hiked a few trails nearby, saw the museum, enjoyed the sun from the deck, saw the ice cave, and enjoyed some lovely meals. If you can add this to your travel stops and stay the night.

This is up at the top near the glacier. It’s very old. There was a wedding going on when I was there which seems like a cool idea. It says it was build more than 100 years ago for the first climbers. It has been renovated. It’s in a great spot and has a restaurant. It’s pretty cool.

Fabulous place to stay. Enchanting train ride up the mountain, straight into reception to be received warmly by Amy, who gave us the rundown on everything we could do. What a star she is! The wait staff was incredibly helpful and generous to us. We appreciated their assistance and making our two days there memorable.

We stopped just for coffee and waffles. The coffee was average, the waffles were good. The interior and views were very smart. Some of the staff were friendly (particularly a young English man) but the visit was slightly tainted by a grumpy staff member behind the bar. I hope that next time I visit there is a more welcoming atmosphere.

Big rooms and great views of Mont Blanc. The rooms are bit outdated with multiple layers of paint and somewhat shabby fixes but it was a great place to stay after hiking the tour du Mont Blanc and staying in Refugios/gites all week.

This review is not a reflection on the hotel specifically but just the situation we found ourselves in and probably a little bit of us being American and having different expectations. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and that's part of why we chose it. However, similar to many places in Europe (and especially in the mountains) there is no AC. Beddng was terrible. Mattress bigger than bottom frame. And not centered to headboard. Pillows were old, and damaged. Should not allow these pillows to be used. Be careful. The city center is closed. Very good deicision. However be prepared to lug around your bags. Tv was not working during our stay. Receptionist said it was the weather when it was Dish not working. No compensation..

We have stayed several times in your cozy hotel with original mountain design, in- and outside. Our dog likes it as well and the parking on the lot is appreciated. Very good breakfast, very central location and wonderful staff. Keep it as is ! Tina and Rasmus Fehrmann

La Croix Blanche is in a great location in the center of Chiamomix. We experienced very good service at this accommodation. The room was a dream size, a triangle with two toilets, a bathtub and a shower. Very spacious balcony!

Nice apartment, breakfast was good, friendly and helpful staff. Has a small gym, pool, and sauna. Near the train station to go to all needed Chamonix spots, and you get train tickets to go for free, but need to write your name and stay dates (otherwise, they will not be valid). But this is not a hotel, so you will not get much toiletries and will need to have your own, also will need to do some cleaning...

It's our last night tonight here. The place is very clean and flats well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. The bus stop is about 2 minutes walk. The place is not directly by the slopes but it is in the middle between la praz and argentier. You can order bread from reception which is great as fresh bread every morning is a good touch. Friendly staff. Food not exceptional but simply good. Interesting beetroot cold soup on the menu. Good combination between comfort food and dining.

The hotel deliveries everything it promises on their web page. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and polite. And the hotel’s restaurant cuisine was delicious.
