Really enjoyed my stay here. The spa and overall ambience were super relaxing, and the location is perfect. The staff were very friendly, especially Natasha from the reception who even gave me a free room upgrade, which made the stay even better. Would definitely come back.
The location has an amazing view of the Mont Blanc from the pool! This place is nice, cozy, neat, beautiful. The hostesses are really nice people, specially Marion, she was knowledgeable she was kind and so sweet to talk to. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel ambiance is very nice and the alps area is amazing. You have the choice of sauna and Steam room. You can pick towels as needed while in...
A really beautiful hotel with a fair price. It’s close to the bus stop that goes to Geneva, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the city center. The pool, jacuzzi, and both dry and wet saunas were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Location was great , the view from our balcony was beautiful , staff were pleasant , swimming pool and lounge area was good however I was very disappointed with the room hygiene . Arrived at the hotel and there was a lot of dust and debris on the floor , the floor was sticky when you walked on it , papers on the balcony and brown ( what looked like fake tan ) stains on the hand gel bottle. I was further...
There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.
Great hotel with nice facilities and well-located next to the main bus station.

One of the best hotels I've been to in the Alps! Strategic location and really luxury facilities! Wow! Breakfast was poor tho. However - amazing experience.
It is amazing and has many services. The lobby has games and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient.
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good.
The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front.
The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning.
The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right.
Except for the peak season, if the price is reasonable...
We stayed in an apartment on the first night of this hotel, and in a family room on the second night. The room has a balcony and a relatively large bathroom. We did not use the hotel's spa and pool during our stay because the activity time was a bit conflicting, and children under 13 can only use it from 10 am to 2 pm, so if we want to ski, the children basically can't use it.
On the day of check-out...

What an amazing hotel, town, and overall experience! Our stay at Hameau Albert 1er was truly unforgettable. The service was incredible, every detail was taken care of, and the support we received throughout was greatly appreciated. Chamonix itself is stunning, and this hotel made it even more special. We will definitely be returning in the future!
We had a lovely stay. Staff were really attentive, room was perfect. Delicious dinner with a fabulous dessert buffet. Breakfast very good. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer this time.
I loved my stay at Hameau Albert 1er. We had a cottage-style room with a fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain (room #10). The vibe at the hotel, with its garden and mountain, made it so relaxing and homely. At the same time, the reception area and living room gave us a feel of luxury. The heated pool was wonderful after a long day, allowing us to relax, look at the mountain, and swim...
We stayed at the suite apartment. It was cozy. They have a beautiful complex which is spread across. They have lovely electric cycles which we took to the market and was very convenient. Wonderful breakfast.
Charming and elegant hotel with cozy rooms, excellent food, and a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Chamonix

A hidden gem. if you are looking for a quiet place with nice rooms, superb breakfast and dinner this is your place. Great and friendly staff. Difficult to find something to complain about.
The hotel is very nice, with a welcoming atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff. It’s located a bit outside the city, but in a peaceful area. The SPA isn’t extremely luxurious but still ok. Parking is available in their garage, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is decent, offering...
a perfect view, excellent service with a gourmet restaurant. The staff is young and attentive. There is no better place to stay in comfort or for a great meal. Its a beautiful place and spa. We took in the hot tub looking out at the mountains, The price is reasonable for the service, attention, location, and restaurant. I wish I was there now.
Nice hotel at Chamonix! Quiet place, but with only a few kilometers from busy area. Hear the bird singing and wind chimes in every morning. Ps you better self drive to get there
Outstanding
Outstanding in every way...
Situated in a lovely and typical little village called Le Lavancher, between Chamonix and Argentière, the Jeu de Paume is a beautiful place. The mountain style building has a lots of charm. The whole design is very well chosen and offers a wonderful cosy ambiance. The cuisine is exceptional, and for me, it's probably the most delicate cuisine of all the Vallée. This is my 3rd or 4th stay, and it won't be the last. Always a pleasure to stay here. Everything is perfect, from the nice helpful staff, to the location, the cleanliness, the view, the amazing breakfast, Everything.
Fantastic hotel with great view.
We had a wonderful time staying at the Alpina Hotel. At the time of our visit, the spa was closed for maintenance but we were really happy to be able to visit the spa at a sister hotel instead. The staff were lovely and helpful. I wanted to highlight Carolina's kindness throughout our stay who made us feel very welcome and would always go out of her way to help / answer any questions we had. Thank...
Thanks a lot to Melissa on reception!!
I came to hear to the reception in the middle of the night because my room was quite noisy. I guess because it was under the restaurant. So she solved my problem immediately she offered me upgrade for bigger room with nice Mont Blanc view instead of my regular room. Upgrade in the middle of the night just because small inconvenience. I travel a lot, but never...
This is the most expensive hotel I've ever stayed at... but we did it for the prime location and our expectations were exceeded! To our relief it was a casual atmosphere, the breakfast was amazing with incredible top-floor views, and the bar was fun (and even hosted a popular Friday night karaoke). The room was large and included thoughtful closet/storage, and also a great balcony. If I ever go back...
It was the second time my wife and I stayed at Alpina, and both times, the experience was excellent! The staff is very kind, the facilities and location are great, and the restaurant offers a magnificent view.
There are two areas that could be improved: a) Gym – The hotel could enhance the gym by investing in a new treadmill. Additionally, installing blinds would be beneficial, as it was quite difficult...

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement.
They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days.
Great views from the hotel.
Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet.
I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)
We had a lovely room with balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal sitting outside on a nice warm summer evening.
Very nice family managed small hotel, great location. With easy access to the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful.
A great Hotel with English staff, which makes it really easy! Totally delivers what it says on the can and friendly helpful staff!
Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Family run, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a particularly generous breakfast, cheese, and desert selection.
Rooms are a bit basic but charming, and the bathrooms have been modernized throughout.
Close to train and bus connections making it easy to get anywhere you want in the valley.

After a rocky start in Chamonix (in different accommodation) we then had the best 24hrs of our trip around France during our stay here! Chamonix is absolutely stunning and after the day hiking, the spa area was so perfect to relax and unwind. Would 100% come back and stay in this hotel, it was perfect
I enjoyed my visit. The breakfast was superb with many many choices. The spa was also a nice place to relax at the end of the day. I only gave it a nine out of 10 because I had to keep getting them to fix my key card it stopped working four times. It was a minor inconvenience as it was fixed quickly each time. The staff at the desk were very friendly and polite.
We loved our stay at Lykke. The location provides perfect access to everything in town and our room was comfortable with great views. The pool and spa area was particularly relaxing. Our only challenge was that the spa was booked out through our whole trip (at any time that wasn’t in the middle of the day), so if you want a massage, consider booking that well ahead of time. Even still, the staff was...
My experience at this hotel is positive. I appreciate a lot of space for the clothes. Extra warm blanket, pillows, bathrobe, and slippers. The spa was nice, even if the sauna wasn’t hot enough (we kept pouring water), the jacuzzi was always crowded. I appreciate swimming pool, outdoor and indoor seat's, good for relaxation. The only minus was that some women went in the swimming pool with long hair...
Beautiful room with a splendid view on the mountains. I liked the decoration and the quality of the room. The room was clean and spacious. The spa is a plus when there are not too much people. The location is great and next to the center and all activities. Just a bit disappointed by the breakfast. Not a lot of choice and i really didn't liked the scambled eggs they lacked of taste and were a bit too...
You can contact the hotel for parking. The car must be not high and not big to park underground at the hotel. There is a charge but it is convenient. It is recommended to contact and reserve a parking space in advance. Even though you can check in at 4:00 PM, you can walk around the city or take the train first. Come back to check in and go to the indoor pool at the spa.

The location was the best thing about this hotel and for my purposes
You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room, you have to go to the bathroom all the time ((( Pros: there is a kettle and tea-coffee-sugar on the floor. There is a balcony with flowers and a view. They answer letters...
The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the view from the room is amazing.
The room is clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room. The scenery is beautiful. It is very convenient to the various ski resorts in Chamonix. There are also various French restaurants, grocery stores and beauty stores nearby.
After the initial anger of not being able to clearly find out from the staff if the hotel has a charging station due to a language barrier, the manager, Isabelle, was skilled enough to calm me down and explain everything to me in a mature, clear and very easy to understand manner. If it wasn't for her communication skills, I wouldn't give this place such high marks. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable...
I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day.
We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). The sauna is also charged 15€pp. just fyi.

The hotel really surprises you from the moment you arrive. There’s always music, a lively atmosphere, and the common areas are amazing, the décor, the evening show, the staff, everything. We were lucky to get a room with a great view of the mountain. The breakfast was one of the best I had during my trip to France (among hotels with included breakfast). It’s also very convenient to the town and has...
A nice hotel stay in a cool designed hotel! Staff were friendly and attentive. Spa treatments available eventhough I didn't partake due to 1 night stay. A game room was available and sitting room with lots of seating options. A large bar area inside with onsite restaurant availability. A very large outdoor bar area as well. The breakfast had tons of food options to choose!

Had an amazing couple of days in Chamonix while staying at the La Folie Douce😍. Got only a budget room as we were spending most of the time out, exploring Chamonix and the Mont Blanc area. Wonderful place in Chamonix. We stayed there with a group of people for UTMB.
The staff is super friendly and the facilities in the hotel are great - swimming pool, sauna and fitness room, great breakfast, a lovely terrace with breath-taking views.

We checked in here last minute after a disgraceful experience at the Lykke and had an amazing time. Reception was lovely and helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful and the guests are treated to live entertainment and nightly shows. Restaurant menu not the greatest but the hotel is extremely close to Chamonix, and the hotel provides public transportation passes in case you are travelling without a car.
Great amenities.
Great place to stay. Convenient if you drive there.
We are super enjoy in this hotel, we are lucky coz we got much snow
Nice rooms, we got a room with the Mountain View. The room had a peculiar smell of wood but it was acceptable . Swimming pool has a great view overlooking the Alpes. We had a nice relaxing stay and can recommend it.
Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm.
Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though...

This is our second year at the Cristal de Jade during summer season in Chamonix, and it did not not disappoint. We have stayed in Chalet A each time, and it's been wonderful.
Highlights are the rooms – generous, comfortable, and well-apportioned. Good closet space, and great bathrooms / en suites.
(One caution for summertime visitors might be the road noise on the outward facing rooms. We had one...
If you book a room that does not state garden view, it may well be directly facing busy highway. If the weather is hot, and since the rooms do not have aircon, your choice is either a hot or noisy night.
This is something the hotel should be more forthcoming. How about installing aircon to the highway facing units? MGM is otherwise a fine property with many positives.
Fantastic 5 nights stay in the 2 bedroom chalet
You will find everything you need in it and around it
Loved this property! Great location, comfortable accommodations!
We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains.
One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more...
Pretty and clean but SO noisy January 2025 We were greeted warmly by Arnoud when we arrived and shown to our apartment B03 which was very pretty, cosy and lovely and clean. Staff are very nice and helpful. They responded my enquiry fast. The location is nearby bus station and some view points and center . I like it
Pros:

- well located right next to "downtown" Chamonix
- Keep your luggage if arrive early & when check out but travel arrangement is later on
- clean room, with a view of the mountain
- has an arcade at the lobby for children
- front desk always available to help and provide travel tips
Cons:
- Pricey for a 3 star hotel, 220 USD...
services are very good, food also good enough

A delightful friendly hotel in a perfect location in the heart of Chamonix serving a fabulous breakfast buffet with a rooftop bar, jacuzzi and spa.

The price was reasonable.
We had a perfect stay at Park Suisse Hotel! The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of Chamonix. The spa was amazing and so relaxing after long days exploring, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning.
But the highlight of our experience was Ali at the reception. Without his help and guidance, we couldn’t have planned our trip in Chamonix so smoothly. He was extremely kind...
The rooftop spa was fantastic — I really enjoyed it! The restaurant food was also quite good, and the staff were warm and welcoming.
However, the room cleanliness needs improvement. There were several strands of hair from the previous guest still stuck on the bathroom wall — hard to miss and frankly quite off-putting. Attention to such details is important and should not be overlooked.
The hotel is located next to the church square, in the heart of town, 50 meters from the commercial street, offering a tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle. The small balcony offers views of the mountains and the square, and the glass doors provide excellent soundproofing. The overall style is European, retro, and warm, with a modern touch of rural charm. The service was excellent: friendly...

The location was really great and the room was okay. However, the radiator didn't work, so I had to call the front desk every time, which was very inconvenient. We had an excellent stay at Grands Montets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The only issue we had was that during the summer, it's a decent walk from the hotel into Argentiere to get dinner, etc. and it's through a large parking lot / trailer park.
My family of five had the pleasure to travel to les Chalets Grands Montets twice. To be clear, these are the three cottages you can rent; not the bigger hotel that is nearby.
We stayed both times at le chalet de Paul. Three bedrooms, two full baths, one extra bathroom, a garage, a fireplace, a sauna, full kitchen, laundry room; the set up is great. It is a 3 min walk to the Grands Montets chairlift...
Les Chalets Grands Montets was a wonderful stay.
The location is superb, literally 2 minute walk to the lifts, 10 minutes to the main street.
The Chalet itself was absolutely lovely, well furnished, extremely homely and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful.
Once again, wonderful chalet, wonderful holiday.
Our stay was marvellous! Friendly staff, very clean premises, and exquisite service. I would highly recommend. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough.
Looking forward to our next stay !
Visited friends who had rented. An eclectic experience. Most very attractive alpine with good amenities. Pasted on top like an excresence bricks and ironwork that looked at though lifted from a one star restaurant in Andalusia. Whoever came up with that horror?
To be clear, I am talking about the Chalets, owned and run Stella, not the hotel.
Stella is brilliant, could not be more helpful and obliging.

Stayed for 6 nights, with only one cleaning service. The good thing is that the two-bedroom apartment is relatively large, with a nice view. You can see the snow-capped mountains as soon as you open the door.
If you want the best view, go for this hotel
Amazing room with wonderful view, the only thing i didn’t like is you have to checkin at 5 and checkout at 10 AM and there is no AC, otherwise its one of the best hotels i stayed in
This is a beautiful condo/hotel. Our room had a private view of Mont Blanc and we could watch the weather on the peak as it unfolded. The site is convenient to the center city. We stayed 8 days and never moved the car from it's secure covered parking spot
Our stay here was one of the highlights of our trip. We loved the room and the view from it was incredible. The staff was wonderfully attentive and all our needs were met. It was great to be able to walk to everything, and the included parking helped greatly. We had to communicate before our trip due to some payment issues and couldn’t have had a better experience.
Wonderful view with a large apartment, old looking decor but perfect for a mountain chalet feeling
It is right next to a wide plateau where kids can run and play. Not far from the town area where you can buy and eat. 10-15 mins to the train station (Mer de Glace) and Gondola place to Aiguille du Midi. Staffs were VERY kind. Enjoyed our stay here. Free parking available.

This is a lovely family run hotel with a heated pool, amazing views, and great breakfast and cafe. Perfect location. We loved the two room family suites. The front desk and cafe staff were always friendly and spoke English well. I can’t recommend enough!

Location is good. Hotel staffs are nice especially yang lady helping us changing room. Also man at restaurant was so kind.
Room and mood are nice and modern. Room top room we are not familiar and please be careful when making booking. Bathrooms is difficult and not functioning.
Chamo getaway
Staff are excellent - central but quiet, good breakfast, good sauna/spa - comfortable and hope to stay again next year
Fab hotel close to everything will definitely be returning. Only bad thing was the lack of light in our room.
It was a much narrower space than I thought.
The window was right above the bed, so when I opened the window, a dried, twisted spider fell out and I was surprised.
The bathroom was also spacious, and it was a perfect hotel for a one or two-day stay.

Management service take a very bold move to give me back all of the expenses. From one-star service to five-star service. They are fully known that they are working in service industry, so one bad experience from client will ruined their business. Thank you Alix for providing good service with good attitude, five-star service.
