Great hotel, great spa, perfect location, stayed here last year and had to cancel my reservation this year that I booked for the whole family at the last moment because my father had an accident, although I didn’t had any rights for a full reimbursement, they said no problem, and wished my father well, will definitely return here next year, thanks Juliette!

Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a nice hotel. The rooms were ok but comfortable. The restaurant was nice with a very generous breakfast with many choices. The bar was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. The outdoor area was nice with good seating. It is also a good location with a short walk to the gondola and the down town area. Good place to stay in Chamonix.

Customer service was excellent. The front desk was able to get me into my room early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are not what I would expect from a four star hotel. The lighting is very poor and the brown shag carpeting is very out of date. The picture doesn’t really reflect how dark the room is. After a long, 15 hour day of travel, Hôtel Le Refuge des Aiglons was exactly what my friend and I needed. It was so cute and cozy. We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot. Weak point from me: there are 2 building wings, if you don't ask for the one which has the pool on -1 floor, then you have to pass through the reception hall dressed for the swimming , smiling to tourists checking in or out...

Nice hotel at Chamonix! Quiet place, but with only a few kilometers from busy area. Hear the bird singing and wind chimes in every morning. Ps you better self drive to get there

Very cozy hotel. Service was great, you can feel at home. Super calm since it's a little bit far from the center and the central road. Not easy to access to city center or slopes if you don't have a car. (you'll have to rely on taxis). The hotel itself is great though!

We did some hiking trips around Charmonix and decided for this cozy hotel with an amazing restaurant “le rosebud”, a nice spa with two saunas, two whirlpools and a big swimming pool. The team was very friendly and supportive when we asked about nice hiking trips. We had an amazing time and can highly recommend this hotel. (September 2022)

Lovely place with beautiful furnishings, excellent food, amenities including sauna, hot tub, spa, and tennis, under the supervision of people who really seem to want you to have a good time.

We stayed here for 6 nights in the beautiful Chalet Soli. Like a perfect little gingerbread house. Parking underneath (for free). Tiny issue with the air con as we were the first people there since the weather turned hot but the hotel management handled it beautifully and it was fixed the next day. This is a beautiful hotel, an oasis tucked into central Chamonix. We stayed on the first and last nights of our hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. Everything about this hotel ( rooms, service, food, ambiance, spa) was great. When I had a sore throat from lunch, the chef was happy to make me a pot of vegetable soup specially for lunch and have it brought to the room. The steam room, sauna, and pool were very relaxing, and the food was excellent.

I can’t get over our stay in this hotel! You get the best view of the mountains with the coziest atmosphere you will ever experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not take many pictures of the room, but if you are looking for something cozy and luxurious this is your spot!! I don’t regret booking here, best times ever at this place. Can’t recommend the hotel enough! Welcoming and attentive service! Beautiful rooms (Room 208 was spacious with a great view). Great location within a few minutes of the center of town and very short walk to the train station! Intimate and chic bar! Accommodating shuttle service!

This hotel is fantastic for its design and amenities, but one thing puts it far above the rest. The service is possibly the best I have ever experienced. Not only did the staff energetically assist my trip, they also went above and beyond to fill in the gaps that occur in most itineraries. Their free shuttle to and from the slopes made the skiing so easy. They even assisted with some logistical solutions...

The picture of relaxation! Every single thing was considered and accommodated for. The entire staff, down to the house keeping, was absolutely lovely. We'd happily recommend these flats.

Great sized family rooms, nice pool and spa, along with sauna and steam room, had a great stay there only flaw was that the nearest ski lift was a 15 minute bus ride away, but only a 10 minute walk from town

Love it, condo located steps from Aiguille du midi lift. New and beautiful for a short stay with a Coop market and gas station across the street from the condo. Has a gym and swimming pool.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...

Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

After the initial anger of not being able to clearly find out from the staff if the hotel has a charging station due to a language barrier, the manager, Isabelle, was skilled enough to calm me down and explain everything to me in a mature, clear and very easy to understand manner. I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Rooms a bit cosy but clean and comfortable. Lift / elevator to all floors, Bar, lounge, and "business" room. Reasonably large breakfast room and good buffet breakfast. A few minutes walk from "main street" Chamonix, and about 10 minutes almost level walk to the railway station.

We had an excellent stay at Grands Montets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The only issue we had was that during the summer, it's a decent walk from the hotel into Argentiere to get dinner, etc. and it's through a large parking lot / trailer park.

My family of five had the pleasure to travel to les Chalets Grands Montets twice. To be clear, these are the three cottages you can rent; not the bigger hotel that is nearby. Les Chalets Grands Montets was a wonderful stay. The location is superb, literally 2 minute walk to the lifts, 10 minutes to the main street. The Chalet itself was absolutely lovely, well furnished, extremely homely and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Once again, wonderful chalet, wonderful holiday.

Visited friends who had rented. An eclectic experience. Most very attractive alpine with good amenities. Pasted on top like an excresence bricks and ironwork that looked at though lifted from a one star restaurant in Andalusia. Whoever came up with that horror?

I stayed at this hotel before and after walking the TMB. I found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious, the breakfast to be delicious, and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the center of town, and a similar walk to the train station.

We really enjoyed our experience at Auberge du Manoir. They have a fun, tiny pool table in the lounge and a happy hour in the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Family run, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a particularly generous breakfast, cheese, and desert selection. Generally a good hotel. We stayed here for 5 night to snowboarding. Clean and close to bus/train station. Staff are friendly etc. But I got asked pretty much every morning to pay for my breakfast where it was included in my package. So huge miscommunication here. Lovely hotel in chamonix. The spa facility on the roof top is great. Didn't stop for the breakfasts as it was €22 euro and the local bakery 50yards away was great and around 1/3 of the price. I would stay here again for sure. Parking is best to be arranged as parking underground is very limited. The pictures are the view from the roof top spa. There are two hot tubs and a pool

There were fingernail clippings on our nightstand and chewed up cherry pits in the floor. I thought it was probably just a fluke but reading other online reviews, the uncleanliness seems to be a pattern. The spa was very nice and well maintained. Staff was great.

Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)

This place is a treasure. The grounds are beautiful, the food is delicious, and the rooms are perfectly appointed, clean, and comfortable. The innkeeper is an exceptional host who makes guests feel truly welcome. We love returning to L'Hermitage.

Elias was very helpful! We asked him for restaurant recommendations and he provided several fantastic establishments that we found delightful. Additionally, he helped us manage getting around town to the lift stations to go up to the mountain and ensured we had parking for the duration of our stay. Great location right in downtown Chamonix. The room was great and the staff very friendly. The skylight was a nice treat and the communal space and deck was a nice tough when it was time for a relaxing glass of wine. The breakfast was ample and delicious with its typical french faire.
