There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.
Great hotel with nice facilities and well-located next to the main bus station.
Good location, good breakfast, great atmosphere in the lobby, DJ activities
Great hotel, great spa, perfect location, stayed here last year and had to cancel my reservation this year that I booked for the whole family at the last moment because my father had an accident, although I didn’t had any rights for a full reimbursement, they said no problem, and wished my father well, will definitely return here next year, thanks Juliette!
Superb experience Best view of alps Rooms size are good. 3 people can fit in confortably Hotel good and bar menu is good and normal price
Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.

One of the best hotels I've been to in the Alps! Strategic location and really luxury facilities! Wow! Breakfast was poor tho. However - amazing experience.
It is amazing and has many services. The lobby has games and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it.
The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient.
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good. The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front. The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning. The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right. Except for the peak season, if the price is reasonable...
We stayed in an apartment on the first night of this hotel, and in a family room on the second night. The room has a balcony and a relatively large bathroom. We did not use the hotel's spa and pool during our stay because the activity time was a bit conflicting, and children under 13 can only use it from 10 am to 2 pm, so if we want to ski, the children basically can't use it. On the day of check-out...

Fantastic 5 nights stay in the 2 bedroom chalet You will find everything you need in it and around it
Loved this property! Great location, comfortable accommodations!
We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. One area for improvement would be ensuring the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check-in. During our last stay, we noticed it wasn’t as spotless as we’ve come to expect. A little more...
very good apartment hotel An apartment hotel designed like a country cottage. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Right in front of the hotel there is a huge supermarket where you can find everything you need. The pool and spa at the hotel are excellent. The hotel is located right next to the cable car that goes up to l'Aiguille du...
Lots of room for the family. Loved the amenities including the hammam and sauna!
Overall a good stay. Staff at Reception are very pleasant but it is a bit slow as there is only one poor employee that seems to be doing the job of many, checking in, answering the phones, minding the bar and serving drinks and also bringing items to your room if needed like cots etc. Reception completely shuts outside of the hours of 8am-8pm you can’t even get into the area, dread to think what...
Pretty and clean but SO noisy January 2025 We were greeted warmly by Arnoud when we arrived and shown to our apartment B03 which was very pretty, cosy and lovely and clean. We really loved the location of the Le Cristal de Jade as it's not in the centre of Chamonix so quieter, the pool area was gorgeous and the gym was great, and we initially loved the apartment. However, the apartments are clearly...

What an amazing hotel, town, and overall experience! Our stay at Hameau Albert 1er was truly unforgettable. The service was incredible, every detail was taken care of, and the support we received throughout was greatly appreciated. Chamonix itself is stunning, and this hotel made it even more special. We will definitely be returning in the future!
We had a lovely stay. Staff were really attentive, room was perfect. Delicious dinner with a fabulous dessert buffet. Breakfast very good. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer this time.
I loved my stay at Hameau Albert 1er. We had a cottage-style room with a fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain (room #10). The vibe at the hotel, with its garden and mountain, made it so relaxing and homely. At the same time, the reception area and living room gave us a feel of luxury. The heated pool was wonderful after a long day, allowing us to relax, look at the mountain, and swim...
We stayed at the suite apartment. It was cozy. They have a beautiful complex which is spread across. They have lovely electric cycles which we took to the market and was very convenient. Wonderful breakfast.
Charming and elegant hotel with cozy rooms, excellent food, and a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Chamonix
We stayed overnight and had a perfect experience at the MIchelin Starred Restaurant and this beautiful hotel

A hidden gem. if you are looking for a quiet place with nice rooms, superb breakfast and dinner this is your place. Great and friendly staff. Difficult to find something to complain about.
The hotel is very nice, with a welcoming atmosphere and exceptionally friendly staff. It’s located a bit outside the city, but in a peaceful area. The SPA isn’t extremely luxurious but still ok. Parking is available in their garage, which is convenient for guests traveling by car. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is decent, offering...
a perfect view, excellent service with a gourmet restaurant. The staff is young and attentive. There is no better place to stay in comfort or for a great meal. Its a beautiful place and spa. We took in the hot tub looking out at the mountains, The price is reasonable for the service, attention, location, and restaurant. I wish I was there now.
Nice hotel at Chamonix! Quiet place, but with only a few kilometers from busy area. Hear the bird singing and wind chimes in every morning. Ps you better self drive to get there
Outstanding Outstanding in every way...
Situated in a lovely and typical little village called Le Lavancher, between Chamonix and Argentière, the Jeu de Paume is a beautiful place. The mountain style building has a lots of charm. The whole design is very well chosen and offers a wonderful cosy ambiance. The cuisine is exceptional, and for me, it's probably the most delicate cuisine of all the Vallée. Congratulations to the Chef and the nice...

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement. They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days. Great views from the hotel.
Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet. I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)
We had a lovely room with balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal sitting outside on a nice warm summer evening.
Very nice family managed small hotel, great location. With easy access to the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful.
A great Hotel with English staff, which makes it really easy! Totally delivers what it says on the can and friendly helpful staff!
Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Family run, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a particularly generous breakfast, cheese, and desert selection. Rooms are a bit basic but charming, and the bathrooms have been modernized throughout. Close to train and bus connections making it easy to get anywhere you want in the valley.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...
Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

The location was the best thing about this hotel and for my purposes
You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room, you have to go to the bathroom all the time ((( Pros: there is a kettle and tea-coffee-sugar on the floor. There is a balcony with flowers and a view. They answer letters...
The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the view from the room is amazing.
The room is clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room. The scenery is beautiful. It is very convenient to the various ski resorts in Chamonix. There are also various French restaurants, grocery stores and beauty stores nearby.
After the initial anger of not being able to clearly find out from the staff if the hotel has a charging station due to a language barrier, the manager, Isabelle, was skilled enough to calm me down and explain everything to me in a mature, clear and very easy to understand manner. If it wasn't for her communication skills, I wouldn't give this place such high marks. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable...
I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). The sauna is also charged 15€pp. just fyi. The room was very clean, modern and nicely put together...

What an amazing stay for our first trip to Chamonix. We had the 3 bed room which was perfect for us. Everything was spot on. Location of hotel is exceptional and so easy to get everywhere. Finally, Enrique on reception was excellent. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, really made the visit extra special. Would definitely look to book again
The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the city center (towards the south), in a peaceful area surrounded by mountains. It has a beautiful, authentic mountain chalet vibe — the wooden interiors give a cozy and warm feeling, very much like a traditional Swiss-style home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the mountains right from the windows. The breakfast...
A smaller accommodation just next to the Chamonix city centre, yet very peaceful for a relaxing stay. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, and I really liked the idea of flag pins on their uniforms so you immediately know which language you can use. Parking is private and right at the hotel, Wi-Fi is reliable, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast variety could be a bit wider, but the quality...
I had an amazing stay at Auberge du Manoir in Chamonix! The staff were exceptional — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was excellent, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. There’s no AC or fan, so during the summer heat wave it was definitely warm at night, but that’s more a product of the weather than the hotel. The charming alpine feel of the property more than made up...
The property is centrally located . The staff is very co-operative and supportive. The view of the Alps from the bigger room was stunning One should surely check the room size as few rooms are pretty small
Perfect cozy hotel. Especially liked the attention to detail and the style of it. So many beautiful pieces of decor, placed everywhere with love. Something nostalgic felt about this place, some pieces of furniture may seem a bit old-fashioned (90s-2000s style), but it's used in a good way and it's definitely looked after, not shabby at all!!! Everything is clean. Moreover, the receptionist Franck was...

The hotel is located next to the church square, in the heart of town, 50 meters from the commercial street, offering a tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle. The small balcony offers views of the mountains and the square, and the glass doors provide excellent soundproofing. The overall style is European, retro, and warm, with a modern touch of rural charm. The service was excellent: friendly...
The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect—everything is walkable, including great restaurants and bars. The spa was amazing and such a relaxing experience. My only small critique is that the hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, but aside from that, everything was perfect!
ADORABLE HOTEL A CHAMONIX Super sejour - hotel tres bien localisé - personnel adorable - tres bon petit dej
Really nice hotel and great location in Chamonix. Spa was great after a day skiing. Only negative is the staff just feel a bit hostile and unfriendly.
Overall a very good hotel. Rooms very comfortable and spa was a welcome place at the end of the day. Slightly noisy snow clearing traffic overnight was the only downside
A wonderful stay at Park Hotel Suisse & Spa! It was our first time in the Alps and we loved it. We stayed for 5 days to celebrate a birthday and it was perfect from start to finish. Not only is the location right in the heart of town, but the service was top notch. A special shout out to Ali who was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and providing great local recommendations. Would definitely...

Beautiful view. Tranquil atmosphere.
A tastefully done hotel, from the magnificent lobby to the rooms to the beautiful garden! The Paccard family and team are exceptional hosts. The breakfast is top-notch. Best chalet hotel in Chamonix!
Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)
Excellent location, very tasty breakfast (not included though), fantastic view over the mountains, very nice spa and garden. Modern and confortable rooms. Very friendly staff.
Biotope, sauna, attention from the staff, mountain view
Love staying here! I highly recommend Hermitage to any traveller looking for good value luxury with great friendly staff while skiing Chamonix. immaculate facilities, 3 saunas and a jacuzzi, epic views and right off the main transit routes making it quiet but also convenient

On the upside the Hotel is centrally located and the chap at front of house was exceptional. Room was ok too. On the downside, the bathroom had mold around the showertray, the TV did not work and the stairs and landing were very grubby. Breakfast was very poor in quality and quantity running out of bread within the first 5 minutes (only two families!). Glasses were dirty too. So, this hotel is listed...
Elias was very helpful! We asked him for restaurant recommendations and he provided several fantastic establishments that we found delightful. Additionally, he helped us manage getting around town to the lift stations to go up to the mountain and ensured we had parking for the duration of our stay. Great staff, great hotel, great experience. Would recommend to all travelers.
Nice stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very very good! Just a little noisy in the morning as there is a business just down the block
Low key place :) La Whymper worked out well for us. We were out most of the day. The room was a little small but fine with a terrace off the room that didn’t have a great view but allowed cool air to circulate in as temps were 90’s!! Living room/ breakfast area was bright and also had balcony / terrace for sitting. Breakfast choice was good. Checkin was easy and staff very friendly & helpful. Overall...
Tana and Alexandra did such a great job to accommodate our request for 2 single beds in our booking request. Excellent and professional service! Sauna and spa was great. Breakfast spread was good too!
My room was so beautiful and clean. Had the most comfortable stay here, lovely staff too. I would definitely love to return here. The only little complaint I had was that I had asked for vegan butter couple of times from the reception as I had paid for breakfast but they didn’t really put the effort in finding any I guess. The options were limited but everything else made up for it.
