The picture of relaxation! Every single thing was considered and accommodated for. The entire staff, down to the house keeping, was absolutely lovely. We'd happily recommend these flats.
Great place, great staff! Definitely my favorite spot in Chamonix.
Lovely
Great sized family rooms, nice pool and spa, along with sauna and steam room, had a great stay there only flaw was that the nearest ski lift was a 15 minute bus ride away, but only a 10 minute walk from town
Amazing facilities. Immaculate rooms and very kind staff. Cannot wait to stay again.
The HOTEL is nice but the wheelchair is disgusting

We stayed here for 6 nights in the beautiful Chalet Soli. Like a perfect little gingerbread house. Parking underneath (for free). Tiny issue with the air con as we were the first people there since the weather turned hot but the hotel management handled it beautifully and it was fixed the next day. The casual restaurant is beautiful… we didn’t get a chance to eat at the posh one but spoke to another...
This is a beautiful hotel, an oasis tucked into central Chamonix. We stayed on the first and last nights of our hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc. Both times we arrived early (once in the mid-morning) and our room was ready. Staff were excellent—friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were spacious, including lots of storage, and had excellent views. They have an excellent breakfast buffet, which included...
Everything about this hotel ( rooms, service, food, ambiance, spa) was great. When I had a sore throat from lunch, the chef was happy to make me a pot of vegetable soup specially for lunch and have it brought to the room. The steam room, sauna, and pool were very relaxing, and the food was excellent.
I can’t get over our stay in this hotel! You get the best view of the mountains with the coziest atmosphere you will ever experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not take many pictures of the room, but if you are looking for something cozy and luxurious this is your spot!! I don’t regret booking here, best times ever at this place. Dont miss out on their breakfast...
Can’t recommend the hotel enough! Welcoming and attentive service! Beautiful rooms (Room 208 was spacious with a great view). Great location within a few minutes of the center of town and very short walk to the train station! Intimate and chic bar! Accommodating shuttle service!
This hotel is fantastic for its design and amenities, but one thing puts it far above the rest. The service is possibly the best I have ever experienced. Not only did the staff energetically assist my trip, they also went above and beyond to fill in the gaps that occur in most itineraries. Their free shuttle to and from the slopes made the skiing so easy. They even assisted with some logistical solutions...

Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a nice hotel. The rooms were ok but comfortable. The restaurant was nice with a very generous breakfast with many choices. The bar was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. The outdoor area was nice with good seating. It is also a good location with a short walk to the gondola and the down town area. Good place to stay in Chamonix.
Customer service was excellent. The front desk was able to get me into my room early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are not what I would expect from a four star hotel. The lighting is very poor and the brown shag carpeting is very out of date. The picture doesn’t really reflect how dark the room is. It’s much darker in person than the picture shows My room was on the roadside and as others...
After a long, 15 hour day of travel, Hôtel Le Refuge des Aiglons was exactly what my friend and I needed. It was so cute and cozy. Everyone at the front desk was kind (and patient as we called down to ask how the shower worked) and the waitstaff at the restaurant was so charming and friendly -- especially Malcolm! Plus the tiramisu was incredible. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were clean, and...
Great location in Chamonix for skiing . .rental shop down stairs was ideal and bus stop across the road made things easy. We had booked half board, dined on night one and found the food very nice but a junior in our group found the food too different and fancy for him. I spoke with receptionist ( cannot remember her name but she is a credit to the hotel) who could not have done more for us, I asked...

Stylish hotel with a great location. Very friendly and helpful staff, great spa. Will definitely use again.
The hotel is beautiful and has all the services, the reception is very helpful, the lobby is spacious, there are some free drinks, the swimming pool is wonderful, and the views are beautiful; The place isn’t soundproof , and there are very few bathroom kit in the bathroom and the hotel is expensive
We had a great time! We have no complaints, everything was perfect :) A great welcome, top-notch staff, a very generous breakfast, a relaxing atmosphere, the hotel is well located ... We will be back!
We booked a Valentines weekend at the Heliopic Hotel in the middle of Covid and the staff did a great job of making our stay comfortable, romantic, and somewhat normal 😊 The location is central and you can walk everywhere. Even though it’s next to a road on the map, it’s a little 2 lane and there’s no noise, our balcony was overlooking and I’m a very light sleeper, 0 noise 👌 The style is modern and...
Amazing place, highly recommended! Very nice staff, rooms, lobby. The hotel was made with the attention to the details, what I aprecciate. Cold cave in the spa is awesome). Just mind the fact it's child friendly so the are a lot of children everywhere). Some small things that can be improved: the breakfast is the same at all days and barely has any vegetables. At the breakfast time the staff is cleaning...
We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot. Weak point from me: there are 2 building wings, if you don't ask for the one which has the pool on -1 floor, then you have to pass through the reception hall dressed for the swimming , smiling to tourists checking in or out...

Exceptional hotel, in every way; service, facilities, and restaurant.
Best accommodation we’ve ever had in our life !!!! It’s piece of heaven. So lovely. Great restaurant. Good breakfast. Super nice people. Can’t say more. Thanks guys for the memories you made for us. No way could be better!!! Loved it. Will go back again.
everything. the location, the views we can see from there, the food.
Very cozy hotel. Service was great, you can feel at home. Super calm since it's a little bit far from the center and the central road. Not easy to access to city center or slopes if you don't have a car. (you'll have to rely on taxis). The hotel itself is great though!
We did some hiking trips around Charmonix and decided for this cozy hotel with an amazing restaurant “le rosebud”, a nice spa with two saunas, two whirlpools and a big swimming pool. The team was very friendly and supportive when we asked about nice hiking trips. We had an amazing time and can highly recommend this hotel. (September 2022)
Amazing experience. Exquisite decorations, very clean rooms and facilities, wonderful food and services in the restaurant. Had a great massage too.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...
Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

Fantastic family owned hotel. Every detail was looked after and the staff (mostly family) was passionate about making your stay memorable. Food for dinner and breakfast was the best! I would give 10 stars if allowed!
From the moment I arrived, Carla warmly welcomed me and she explained everything to me regarding my stay ahead. I Stayed at Hotel Aiguille Du midi for one month, which is the longest I’ve ever stayed at a hotel while travelling o/s This time around I didn’t even get through all of the hikes that I could have! Every day, it was amazing going out in either direction with several cable cars taking...
Straight from walking threw the door, everyone was so kind and attentive. Looking after our every need. The food was amazing. Home made and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend it enough
We just came here to eat something after a walk. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (it closes at 14:00). The location is ideal, service was very friendly and we really enjoyed our time here. Ideal for our children (small playground by our table) and for our dog. Highly recommended.
Honestly, it would be hard to give less than 5 stars. This family run place is just in a quiet and beatiful fraction just outside Chamonix that makes it perfect base for stunning hikes, relax and even paragliding. The staff is simply lovely and they helped us above and beyond for our stay. While recommending, will come back again to try climbing up to the glacier I see out from my window. Great for...
Very close to Chamonix, affordable, clean, comfortable and good dinner and breakfast. Will come back if I can.

I stayed at this hotel before and after walking the TMB. I found the rooms to be comfortable and spacious, the breakfast to be delicious, and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The location was great - a 5 minute walk to the center of town, and a similar walk to the train station.
Jewel near the end of our trip. Everything was nice. Good room with balcony (east side straight onto mountains) and super breakfast. Already thinking to go and stay again.
Fantastic place to stay when visiting Chamonix. A quick walk from the centre. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast.
We really enjoyed our experience at Auberge du Manoir. They have a fun, tiny pool table in the lounge and a happy hour in the afternoon. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only struggle is that the key system to the room is cumbersome. Our key fob was a big wooden heart that makes it awkward to carry around with you. Other than that minor inconvenience we really recommend this place to...
Everything about this hotel is perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The lounge/bar area were very cozy, there is an outdoor hot tub, and everything is clean. The room was fantastic; it gave an authentic lodge vibe and was spacious. The location is great to walk around the town center. 10/10 experience!!
Had a great stay here at Chamonix! Room was nice and cosy and location was pretty good too! Slightly away from the city centre but nice and cosy spot for sure! The service of the staff was really good and they nicely held our luggage for a day while we did TMB! Warmly welcomed us back after the hike as well! Thank you!

Remote hotel in a rather quiet area. Some rooms have a great mountain view. The breakfast buffet is alright and offers a variety of food for every taste.
Great hotel! Would definitely stay here again when we have time to use the pool and spa. Easy walk from the bus stop from Chamonix town.
Great hotel with stunning views of Mont Blanc! The views from our room were incredible. Great breakfast buffet, great parking, nice quiet location. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the heart of Chamonix and l’aiguille de Midi. So if you want a hotel outside of the busy area but close and convenient, this is for you. The rooms were clean, very nice linen. Friendly staff, great coffee! It was very quiet...
Generally a good hotel. We stayed here for 5 night to snowboarding. Clean and close to bus/train station. Staff are friendly etc. But I got asked pretty much every morning to pay for my breakfast where it was included in my package. So huge miscommunication here. And also I have Spa access included in the room but I got questioned for that as well. Also there is that one night my bathroom sink was...
We paid a little extra for the slightly larger room that had a balcony and little private divider room. It’s like a mini-suite. For the price the room was excellent. The reception, restaurant staff were all smiling and very accommodating, hospitable. Good on them! Our room had issues and were fixed - phone problems, safe locked. Unfortunately the issue is with the ski locker heaters not working wasn...

Lovely hotel in chamonix. The spa facility on the roof top is great. Didn't stop for the breakfasts as it was €22 euro and the local bakery 50yards away was great and around 1/3 of the price. I would stay here again for sure. Parking is best to be arranged as parking underground is very limited. The pictures are the view from the roof top spa. There are two hot tubs and a pool
There were fingernail clippings on our nightstand and chewed up cherry pits in the floor. I thought it was probably just a fluke but reading other online reviews, the uncleanliness seems to be a pattern. The spa was very nice and well maintained. Staff was great.
Family stay (2+1). Is a 4 star hotel what they claim with a hefty price, so my comments are based / against their self assessment. Location o the hotel is really good, in the middle of Chamonix, easy walking though the city, to the lift, train station etc. Very positive! Historical exterior / surface architecture is also very appealing due to cultural and historical connotations. The fact swimming...
Very comfortable, excellent location close to everything, beautifully decorated as an Alpine chalet, friendly and helpful staff. The highlight was definitely the amazing spa facilities with an outdoor hot tub and an outdoor heated pool overlooking Mont Blanc!
Rooftop spa is well worthwhile. It opens at 10:30am. Evening bar service in hotel was below par. The morning receptionist was above par and highly professional and helpful on spa front. I would return for a longer stay due to the rooftop spa. Def worth it. Excellent shower in room. No bath. Good balcony and view. Parking far too complicated and not explained in detail so just found a parking space...
Beautiful Hotel with super friendly staff. Thank you Ali for all your kindness and accommodating nature. We were very grateful to the kind nature of everyone especially after we had finished the Tour de Mont Blanc and were just knackered. The spa area was a treat, the massage was great. Only some guests who came later unfortunately didn't fully respect the spa area so it took away a bit of the relaxing...

Beautiful view. Tranquil atmosphere.
A tastefully done hotel, from the magnificent lobby to the rooms to the beautiful garden! The Paccard family and team are exceptional hosts. The breakfast is top-notch. Best chalet hotel in Chamonix!
Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)
Excellent location, very tasty breakfast (not included though), fantastic view over the mountains, very nice spa and garden. Modern and confortable rooms. Very friendly staff.
Biotope, sauna, attention from the staff, mountain view
Love staying here! I highly recommend Hermitage to any traveller looking for good value luxury with great friendly staff while skiing Chamonix. immaculate facilities, 3 saunas and a jacuzzi, epic views and right off the main transit routes making it quiet but also convenient

We had an excellent stay at Grands Montets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The only issue we had was that during the summer, it's a decent walk from the hotel into Argentiere to get dinner, etc. and it's through a large parking lot / trailer park.
My family of five had the pleasure to travel to les Chalets Grands Montets twice. To be clear, these are the three cottages you can rent; not the bigger hotel that is nearby. We stayed both times at le chalet de Paul. Three bedrooms, two full baths, one extra bathroom, a garage, a fireplace, a sauna, full kitchen, laundry room; the set up is great. It is a 3 min walk to the Grands Montets chairlift...
Les Chalets Grands Montets was a wonderful stay. The location is superb, literally 2 minute walk to the lifts, 10 minutes to the main street. The Chalet itself was absolutely lovely, well furnished, extremely homely and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. Once again, wonderful chalet, wonderful holiday.
Our stay was marvellous! Friendly staff, very clean premises, and exquisite service. I would highly recommend. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough. Looking forward to our next stay !
Visited friends who had rented. An eclectic experience. Most very attractive alpine with good amenities. Pasted on top like an excresence bricks and ironwork that looked at though lifted from a one star restaurant in Andalusia. Whoever came up with that horror?
To be clear, I am talking about the Chalets, owned and run Stella, not the hotel. Stella is brilliant, could not be more helpful and obliging. We stayed for 3 weeks in March in Chalet Ferme d' Estelle. The location is superb, literally 2 minute walk to the lifts, 10 minutes to the main street in Argentiere with its bakers, restaurants etc. The Chalet was absolutely lovely, well furnished, extremely...
