What an amazing hotel, town, and overall experience! Our stay at Hameau Albert 1er was truly unforgettable. The service was incredible, every detail was taken care of, and the support we received throughout was greatly appreciated. Chamonix itself is stunning, and this hotel made it even more special. I loved my stay at Hameau Albert 1er. We had a cottage-style room with a fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain (room #10). We stayed at the suite apartment. It was cozy. They have a beautiful complex which is spread across. They have lovely electric cycles which we took to the market and was very convenient. Wonderful breakfast.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Well thought out system for storing skis. Clean and modern rooms. Only down side being slow-draining shower and unreliable elevator. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend.

We had lunch on a visit to Chamonix. The place is nice and cozy, lots of Ferrari pictures and Italian themed as it was an Italian restaurant. I had the seafood risotto and it was amazing. I highly recommend thos spot but be aware of ski season as it can get packed.

A fantastic hotel, the staff could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable or accommodating. Great location in the centre of town & it's own ski shuttle bus to the local lift stations, which was an amazing service at the end of a long day on the mountain. I am giving it a 5 stars even though they deserve a 4.5 at max. The location is in my opinion, the best you can hope for in Chamonix. Straight on the pedestrian street, short walking distance if not cross from all the activity and the fun.. Restaurants, shops, breakfast stores, rental stores etc... Just perfect. Lovely stay at this hotel. Katia checked us in, she was extremely kind and helpful. The room was lively, great bed, hot showers, and we slept with the windows open for some cool fresh mountain air. Very nice breakfast as well.

If you are skiing, the hotel offers a car to the lifts. They also have lockers for your ski equipment. Everything was wonderful!

There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.

Great hotel, great spa, perfect location, stayed here last year and had to cancel my reservation this year that I booked for the whole family at the last moment because my father had an accident, although I didn’t had any rights for a full reimbursement, they said no problem, and wished my father well, will definitely return here next year, thanks Juliette!

Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...

Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect—everything is walkable, including great restaurants and bars. The spa was amazing and such a relaxing experience. My only small critique is that the hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, but aside from that, everything was perfect!

Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)
