Started and finished our TMB trek here - they allowed us to check in early and held a bag while we did the tour. Very convenient to the bus terminal.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a nice hotel. The rooms were ok but comfortable. The restaurant was nice with a very generous breakfast with many choices. The bar was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. The outdoor area was nice with good seating. It is also a good location with a short walk to the gondola and the down town area. Good place to stay in Chamonix.

Customer service was excellent. The front desk was able to get me into my room early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are not what I would expect from a four star hotel. The hotel is beautiful and has all the services, the reception is very helpful, the lobby is spacious, there are some free drinks, the swimming pool is wonderful, and the views are beautiful; The place isn’t soundproof , and there are very few bathroom kit in the bathroom and the hotel is expensive

We spent a wonderful weekend here. We counted on the pool for pleasing the kids and we were not wrong. The hotel is quite nice, modern with lots of activities proposed on spot. Weak point from me: there are 2 building wings, if you don't ask for the one which has the pool on -1 floor, then you have to pass through the reception hall dressed for the swimming , smiling to tourists checking in or out...

Very cozy hotel. Service was great, you can feel at home. Super calm since it's a little bit far from the center and the central road. Not easy to access to city center or slopes if you don't have a car. (you'll have to rely on taxis). The hotel itself is great though!

We did some hiking trips around Charmonix and decided for this cozy hotel with an amazing restaurant “le rosebud”, a nice spa with two saunas, two whirlpools and a big swimming pool. The team was very friendly and supportive when we asked about nice hiking trips. We had an amazing time and can highly recommend this hotel. (September 2022)

My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...

Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

The hotel was cozy and they were very polite but there were two problems. 1 we tried to leave early for a hike but the door was closed but it was solved quickly. 2 they said the price for the dog was complimentary but at checkout it was not, they said it was a misunderstanding.

While the hotel facilities looked good we chose the hotel last minute as we were passing through chamonix and wanted somewhere with aircon as it was very warm. Sadly we weren't informed that the air conditioning was broken. It was too hot to try the restaurant and we had a terrible nights sleep due to the heat. Finally at 5am we gave up and left. Disappointing.

We enjoyed at our recent Easter break stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, hotel was very welcoming and in a quiet area. This is a must-have experience for those who enjoy Chamonix. Away from the hustle and bustle of the centre, this gem of a hotel deserves the uphill walk. The staff is incredible and the food is just perfect... they even put together a picnic basket for us to take up the mountain because we couldn't make it in time for lunch... Warmly recommend a stay and if you can't stay there, at least try the restaurant...

We stayed for three nights, very nice people at the hotel and our garden patio with a view was lovely. Everything was great with the exception that the blanket was much too thick for summer and I was totally surprised that breakfast was not included. Ojisang was super nice.. We had blessed time in Chamonix. Chet was little bit far from the city however easy to access to everywhere.

Room is not clean and is aging and bed is uncomfortable. The next day I even have back pain. The prices is not fighting back.

I think it is the best chalet for people who want to enjoy chamony for a long time with their peers. The owner, Mr. Kanda, is also a friendly person, who will consult with us. The view from the room is also great.

Japanese-owned pension. The staff is all Japanese. There is no worry of words. Although it is a little away from the center of the city, it is quiet for a minute. Mr. Kanda, the Lord, is a very famous person in the field.

Great location with friendly staff. Front desk gave us complimentary reusable water bottles to fill from the water fountain to fight plastic waste. The location is amazing, just a couple of minutes walk to the market. The not so good, rooms are small, bed made us itchy and the water pressure from the shower is average.

Wow, hotel looks like a typical 1970’s building from the outside … not promising. But from the inside, it’s stylish, nicely renovated and really unique. This is true not only for the rooms but also for bar and restaurant. Eating in the restaurant was good but not exceptional. But I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything is walkable in Chamonix so no complaints on location. Parking was confusing but they do have parking (25 euros/day), but it gets taken quickly. There is a lot close by that the hotel team will direct you to if you are driving (believe it was 21 euro max per day). I only went to the spa after my own hotel had no availability for appointments. Paul my therapist was AMAZING. He was incredibly professional and very skilled for releasing my tight muscles. I did the 75 minute body scrub that includes massage and my skin is as soft as the day I was born and my calves feel SO much better. I highly recommend Paul! Stayed only one night here but it was terrific. Location was perfect -near the gondola and not far from the train station, other restaurants, etc. Really comfortable bedding and nice rooms. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. On a 3 week long trip, this is probably our favorite hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in Chamonix. Hotel Le Morgane is perfect. Excellent location, walkable to everything. We were fortunate to have an amazing view of the mountain, with a private terrace to relax on. View so pretty I almost didn't want to leave the hotel.

Lovely hotel in chamonix. The spa facility on the roof top is great. Didn't stop for the breakfasts as it was €22 euro and the local bakery 50yards away was great and around 1/3 of the price. There were fingernail clippings on our nightstand and chewed up cherry pits in the floor. I thought it was probably just a fluke but reading other online reviews, the uncleanliness seems to be a pattern. The spa was very nice and well maintained. Staff was great.

Rooftop spa is well worthwhile. It opens at 10:30am. Evening bar service in hotel was below par. The morning receptionist was above par and highly professional and helpful on spa front. Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)

The room in spacious and the view is spectacular. The internet is subpar, getting less than 1 MB per second download speeds, making it good for email, but not much else. Hopefully you won't need it however as there is so much to do and see in the town. The town is a few minutes walk away. Great location.
