I was traveling for work at Pointe Isabelle for the first time two weeks ago, with a group of Brazilians. Everything was perfect! The accommodations, the restaurant, the breakfast, all the service, especially from Cassandra and Jacob! Very attentive, answered all my questions (I don't speak French) and helped me resolve some unusual details. Thank you immensely! I will certainly be back!

Beautiful hotel in Chamonix. Front desk was very friendly and allowed luggage storage before and after our tour. This is a G Adventures affiliate hotel, so lots of tour travelers coming through. No refrigerators or air conditioning the room. So ask the front desk to store your temperature sensitive items. And for a fan during hotter days. We had a lovely 2-night stay at Pointe Isabelle in Chamonix. The hotel has a fantastic central location- just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to the main streets, lifts, and some beautiful hiking trails. The room was modern, clean, and sort of quiet considering how close it is to everything. Only downside - the blue light coming into the room from the terrace is very unpleasant...

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement. They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days. Great views from the hotel.

Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet. I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)

Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Family run, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a particularly generous breakfast, cheese, and desert selection. Rooms are a bit basic but charming, and the bathrooms have been modernized throughout. Close to train and bus connections making it easy to get anywhere you want in the valley.

The location was the best thing about this hotel and for my purposes

You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room, you have to go to the bathroom all the time ((( Pros: there is a kettle and tea-coffee-sugar on the floor. There is a balcony with flowers and a view. They answer letters...

The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the view from the room is amazing.

The room is clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room. The scenery is beautiful. It is very convenient to the various ski resorts in Chamonix. There are also various French restaurants, grocery stores and beauty stores nearby.

After the initial anger of not being able to clearly find out from the staff if the hotel has a charging station due to a language barrier, the manager, Isabelle, was skilled enough to calm me down and explain everything to me in a mature, clear and very easy to understand manner. If it wasn't for her communication skills, I wouldn't give this place such high marks. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable...

I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). What an amazing stay for our first trip to Chamonix. We had the 3 bed room which was perfect for us. Everything was spot on. Location of hotel is exceptional and so easy to get everywhere. I had an amazing stay at Auberge du Manoir in Chamonix! The staff were exceptional — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was excellent, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window. The personnel was greasy and offered first class service and the food was magnificent.

Stayed at this gem of a hotel, not far from the main train station and 10 min walk to the bus terminal. A very good location, shops and restaurants are a plenty. The hotel is quite ok and we had a fairly big room, bed was comfy, decor was ok, bathroom a little antiquated, breakfast was ok but the dining room was dimly lit.

I recently stayed in the Langley Hotel Gustavia when visiting Chamonix. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service and food was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again at this hotel.

The location is great. The staff are friendly but their local knowledge & advice is weak. The hotel appears to have recently been refurbished as it smells a little of paint & all the furnishings appear new. However, the refurbishment, furniture & design is simply not fit for purpose. The bed/matteress is way too soft & very uncomfortable. The so called double bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together...

Lovely hotel located opposite Chamonix Mont Blanc train station. Fantastic staff and a good breakfast is available from the restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are lovely and we were lucky to have a balcony with a mountain view. Lovely furnishings and fantastic bathroom.

Awesome, recently refurbished rooms. Great views of the mountains. Ideal location only 5 mins walk from the ski lift and free ski kit room!

The bed was comfortable and the decor was tasteful. Coffee machine was a plus. Free public parking is available nearby. Skiing is also convenient.

It apparently reopened I. June 2024 after a total refurbishment. Everything was excellent.

Simple but very friendly accommodation, pleasant welcome, on a day hike, we didn't miss anything, the picnics were ready on time (between dessert sandwich and sweet treats) what you need for a hike! To recommend ! From Metz (Moselle).

The views were amazing. Very close to town and a great staff.

Very sympathic staff, very nice chalet. So cosy and charming. Best way to spend a really nice time in this gorgeous time. In winter, the chalet is right next to the slopes: 1 minutes to go there, unbelievable. In summer let's climb! The start path to "la mer de glace" is where the slopes are. The bus and the trainstation are near by. I recommand!

Holiday village located in a very pleasant setting. Nevertheless the swimming pool deserves to be completely redone. The bottom of the latter is abrasive and the copings have deteriorated between periods of freezing and thawing.

Wonderful stay We requested Mountain View’s which were stunning and quieter than lower rooms. Spacious living and sleeping arrangement, even with our own Christmas tree. Comfortable beds and very clean. Maid service every other day. Great location tucked behind the main high street, shops and restaurants and 5/10 min walking distance to ski bus stops. Would happily return to Hotel Genepy.

Excellent stay. Everything we needed. The view of Mont Blanc was really good, and the location is excellent. The only slight negative was we found the upstairs to be really warm, almost uncomfortably warm during the night.

Good location I’ve stayed here in the past and the level of service and quality was higher in the past. There was more care and attention to detail. For example, in the past when I’d left my luggage in between stays, it was waiting for me in my room when I returned. This hotel is centrally located with only a 10-minute walk to the small downtown area of Les Houches. The staff is incredibly helpful and the front desk is staffed during the day light hours, after hours you have to use a code to get into the lobby. I was looking to going skiing alone…a big decision but this holiday was the best decision I made 😊 Claire from the Ski Gathering was absolutely brilliant. She answered all of my questions prior to booking and reassured me throughout… Transports & ski hire was arranged and guidance given to me on how to book the ski passes etc. Food at the hotel was fantastic as-well as the swimming pool and sauna....

This was a decent hotel. We were greeted kindly upon check in, and shown to our room. It was quite stuffy in the room, and we had to open all the windows to provide fresh air, which let in the flies. The bathroom required you to hold the sprayer, rather than stand under the shower. The bed was quite comfortable. The stay was quick yet amazing, the view is just in front of the hotel. The bfast buffet was also simple yet delicious, it includes warm food. There is coffee & juice available. There is a (ATM / money withdrawal machine ) available as well in the hotel. The only missing in that stay was the airconditioning (but ofc it is located in the mountains and is known to be a ski hotel) so we totally understand...

Really beautiful view from the window. Bed was comfy and loved the cabin like vibe! We had some problems with there not being enough towels or hand soap and had to ask numerous times to get that resolved. We did try to go to the restaurant but were told they needed more time to prepare which was odd. Still a good stay—we LOVED the indoor pool and the sauna. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning

This was a brilliant hotel to stay at on our recent trip to the French Alps. Really nice, very clean, charming rooms with a ski chalet feel that worked really well. Amazing games room, lovely swimming pool and some of the best views possible. Great service to match the all the other positives.

Honestly where to start?! I am in awe on how well kept this place is. Everything is tight and neat, not just the room itself but all the common areas are super sparkling! If I didn't know better I would think they've opened up a week ago! The interior decoration is thoroughly thought through and just sees to that you feel well and welcome and home within no time. The amenities are well kept and captivating...

There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.

The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient.

We stayed in an apartment on the first night of this hotel, and in a family room on the second night. The room has a balcony and a relatively large bathroom. We did not use the hotel's spa and pool during our stay because the activity time was a bit conflicting, and children under 13 can only use it from 10 am to 2 pm, so if we want to ski, the children basically can't use it. My son and I stayed here for a weekend of skiing in February. It is a very comfortable and pleasant hotel with excellent service, very nice rooms, and a wonderful little spa. Easy walking distance from the Grandes Montets lifts. Very nice atmosphere and the owners are very nice. My son fell in the lift parking lot, and the owner kindly offered to wash his ski pants. Really lovely. Highly recommended...

Friendly owners. Our room was quite small with little privacy as the one window/door to the outside faced the dining and common area in the garden where the children were playing. Our room was also quite hot with no way to cool it other than opening the door to the shared garden. Plenty of parking and a nice part of the world to visit.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect—everything is walkable, including great restaurants and bars. The spa was amazing and such a relaxing experience. My only small critique is that the hot tub water could have been a bit warmer, but aside from that, everything was perfect!

Nice hotel and friendly service. Very good location and nice garden and spa. But breakfast is not included and if you choose for breakfast which is €15 per person you still have to order and pay for things like eggs, ham, cheese, fruit separately. In a luxury hotel like this I would assume breakfast is included in the price (inclusive all supplements which are quite normal like fruit, eggs….)
