Reviews
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
We were unable to check in earlier, but they treated us to delicious coffee while we were waiting for the room to be prepared.
The room is clean and beautiful. It is obvious that it has been recently renovated, where the designer did a great job on the beauty, color combination and convenience. The Cocon room is small, but due to the design you almost don’t feel it, there are niches in the walls and lighting. In general, it is 200% cozy.
There were no problems with water (I read that other hotels have problems with hot water and pressure in the center), everything is great here!
A very small but beautiful elevator. The two of us with a small amount of luggage barely fit in there.
The downside is that the windows overlook a courtyard-well, where air conditioners and ventilation are noisy. It is a bit noisy with the window open, but there is a container. Also, early in the morning the cleaners were making noise in the corridor. Of course, we got up early, but if we decided to sleep longer, we would most likely be woken up by the noise of cleaning. The prices are high for accommodation, but perhaps the season also affected it. We took this hotel because of the location and beautiful rooms.
Overall, we were satisfied! I would come here again.
The service is top notch, the staff is happy to share the necessary information and recommend restaurants/shops and everything you need.
I would especially like to mention the receptionist Islem, he is very nice, speaks a little Russian, is friendly, energetic, brightened up our stay!
The rooms are a separate type of luxury, very elegant, stylish and catchy! Be sure to take a room with a view, it's worth it, it's impeccable!!
The breakfasts are very tasty, buffet style!
The service in the restaurant is top notch!
Everything is great, we will definitely come back!
U nas byl nomer v otele "Renovated Premium room with Eiffel Tower view". Balkona v nomere ne okazalos. Byli tolko 2 okna s vidom na bashnyu. Vid shikarnyy. Ranshe 15:00 nas ne zaselili. Do bashni idti peshkom okolo 30 minut. Nomer horoshiy, my smogli dazhe razlozhit dva ogromnyh chemodana. Zavtrak odnoobraznyy, no vkusnyy. Personal horoshiy. My Ostavlyali svoi veshchi do zaseleniya i posle vyseleniya.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, contributing to a pleasant check-in experience. The staff's warmth and attentiveness were definite highlights of the stay.
However, the rooms themselves left something to be desired. They were quite small and felt cramped, especially given the price. Despite being clean and well-maintained, the limited space made it challenging to fully relax. Additionally, the view from our room was a bit underwhelming, as it faced the garden rather than the Eiffel Tower. We learned that only the superior rooms offer a view of the iconic monument, which might be worth considering for future stays if a breathtaking view is a priority.
