Novotel Centre Tour Eiffel

I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel, and I must say, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and it's perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with life, offering plenty of shopping and dining options to suit all tastes.

The hotel's room was comfortable and well-appointed, featuring a TV, shower, separate toilet, kettle, and mini fridge - everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

However, my experience with the breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag. While I appreciated the effort, the options were quite basic, and I was surprised to find that porridge wasn't available. But what really stood out was our last day's breakfast experience, which was quite disappointing. Despite seeing many empty tables, we had to wait in a long queue, and the food quality was subpar. The chicken and waffles tasted like they'd been taken straight from the freezer, and many of the trays hadn't been refilled.

Despite these breakfast hiccups, I thoroughly enjoyed our trip, thanks largely to the hotel's unbeatable location. Getting around the city was a breeze, and I appreciated not needing to rely on taxis unless I wanted to.

Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable rooms, but with the caveat that the breakfast experience could use some improvement.

We stayed 3 nights in a superior family room and 3 nights in a double room, due to personal circumstances.

Family room #1003 - very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice view of Siene river. Only issue was toilet was separate, well away from washroom and the toilet cubicle didn’t have a sink!

Double room #3017 - good. AC not powerful enough but being in autumn, wasn’t an issue.

Both rooms had a mini fridge that didn’t work. Decent size gym with enough resistance machines and free weights.

Breakfast buffet was ok. Cost £22/adult and kids eat free.

Great location with all the amenities just round the corner, literally! And once step out from hotel, Eiffel Tower can be seen and about a 15-minute walk.

I’d stay again.

Overall the hotel was clean and it is in a good location. It was adequate for a 3 night stay. However, the bathroom was very tight to move around in. Just to get in the shower was a tight squeeze to get the door open. The shower itself was tiny as well. I felt like I was showering in my RV. There were also some tiny little ants in the sink and in the bathroom floor.
The staff were pilot but didn't offer much in the way of hospitality.

Good afternoon, my name is Shaun Blake. I took my Niece Paris for her first time and my God I was blown away with how amazing the Novotel was. The location is amazing, literally 6 mins walk to the effiel tower. Javal train station is literally 2 min walk which makes it so convenient to get to places. Let’s start with the staff, every single staff member was friendly and welcoming - no issue was too small or too big for them to sort out. Big special thanks to Elie, that guy deserves a pay rise because his service was amazing. Overall I rate my experience 10/10 and it’s because of the small details. The swimming pool, the bar, the food the everything. There were two gentleman working on the bar Saturday 18th October 2025 they were amazing! Especially the guy that complimented my taste in merlot wine. You guys made my niece trip amazing and you should all be so proud. I’ll be back soon. I checked in 17th October 2025 and checked out 19th October 2025. And we stayed in 1526. From us both thank you all to the Novotel team, and the manager on breakfast he was also really great. Thank you all and experience I will never forget

I have traveled to Paris several times for business and stayed at different hotels with mixed experiences. This trip, however, was special because I was traveling with my family, and I wanted to make sure they had a positive experience. My wife and I spent a week going back and forth reading countless hotel reviews, which were very mixed for this property. The day before our flight, I finally pulled the trigger and booked it.

We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two adult children). Upon arriving very early, the hotel allowed us to store our bags at reception so we could head out and explore. We were able to check in around 2 pm, and our room on the 10th floor had a perfect view of the Seine River. The room itself was spacious by Paris standards—above average compared to my past experiences. My daughters weren’t fans of the separate bathroom setup, but I personally liked it.

The location was excellent: less than a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, two subway connections within short walking distance, and even a shopping mall just around the corner. There was also a good mix of local spots and popular eateries nearby.

The staff really stood out. They were very pleasant, eager to help, and went above and beyond when protests broke out in the city on 9/10. They made sure we had a taxi to the airport and advised us to leave earlier than planned—which turned out to be great advice. Without them, we may not have made our flight.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely return to this hotel on our next trip to Paris.

had such a great stay at Novotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and really comfortable – exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming.

Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel.
That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but it is better than most of the hotels in Paris.
