had such a great stay at Novotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and really comfortable – exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming.

The hotel room is very dated , seriously need an updated , carpet is dirty with lots of stains. Housekeeping opened our door to tell us leave at 11:00am while we were not ready , the check out time is 12:00pm.

This hotel is poorly run and was nonstop problems, this has the potential to be a great hotel.
I arrived after check in time to learn that one of my two rooms wasn't ready. I was strongly encouraged to not come back for hours as they were unsure when it would be ready. We reserved connecting rooms and our rooms were not connecting, this really stunk for our family that booked the "family connecting room".
The elevators in this hotel did not work right, causing me to have to plan an extra 30 minutes for elevator problems every time I went up and down. Stairs were not accessible due to them being fire exits, not that I would have been too likely to walk 19 flights of stairs but the option would have been nice. This was unacceptable and the staff seemed unconcerned although people were stuck going up and down in elevators for 15 minutes straight. I can't emphasize enough how terrible this was, it influenced our daily plans as we felt like we could only afford the time to ride the elevators up and down once a day so had to plan differently.
The buffet breakfast was mostly empty trays with all the real food being empty and only desserts available. I paid way too much money for breakfast to have to fight for food with other guests. The only good restaurant in the hotel was closed on both Sunday and Monday, because apparently people don't need to eat every day in a hotel.
The room was clean and usable but hardly a consolation when the rest of the experience was terrible.

Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel.
That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but it is better than most of the hotels in Paris.

A bit small as bathroom, but very good services, location and very clean also. Raccomended if you visit Paris, just located near the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and one of the Statue of Liberty, on the Sein River. Beautiful, central and convenient. Will be back for sure.

The hotel was fine and centrally located. The sushi restaurant was amazing. The service staff was super fine and accommodating. The room was a little worn although spacious enough to accommodate my family. The beds and bedding were not comfortable and the metal bed frame seemed more like a cot. The shower door leaked and the carpet was badly stained.

We stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel rooms are simple and basic, with separate entrances for the washroom and toilet from the room. Some rooms offer views of the Seine River, and a few have a partially obstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made for a nice stroll along the river. We also found several halal restaurants within walking distance, which was a great plus.
If you’re booking a Junior Suite, make sure to confirm the size and layout in advance. The rooms vary a lot. When I first checked in, I was given a very small Junior Suite that wasn’t suitable for my family. Fortunately, the staff were helpful and showed me 2–3 other options, and I was able to select a larger room that met our needs.
The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from the Beaugrenelle Shopping Mall, which features a Galeries Lafayette department store along with popular international brands like Zara, H&M, Uniqlo, Sephora, Adidas, Mango, Nike, Celio, Lululemon, and Boss. Perfect location for visiting Paris and being near the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was delicious. The lobby and lobby staff were amazing. Room seemed a little dated - stained carpet and shower door needed to be resealed. We really didn’t like the toilet being in a totally different room from the rest of the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and our son said the pull out bed was comfortable. Lots of room. Seemed like it was a very popular hotel it was always busy.
