Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Pretty descent rooms. My issue was with the toilets. It was too compact and the enclosures were not closing properly which lead to water seepage everywhere. They had a great breakfast spread. Excellent service too.

Overall the hotels pretty nice, however there are some small details that really bothered me about the hotel. The first thing would be that they do not provide hair conditioner, which I feel like is an industry standard (in Paris), while providing hand wash instead, (which is frequently used less). Another reason would be the paper cups in the hotel. I feel like since trying to be environmentally friendly is one of the hotel goals, which I like. Although, it would have been better if they replaced paper with reusable glass cups instead, as it would create less waste and usually, they are larger, since the cups in the hotel were tiny. The bathrooms also have mediocre design. Also, the wifi here is extremely unreliable, requiring me to
Use my data as im writing this review in bed right now. The toilets here have their own rooms without sinks, and also having a translucent bathroom door which created many inconveniences for us, such as not being able to keep on a bathroom light at night, and not being able to use the bathrooms at night or getting ready without disturbing someone sleeping. The sofa beds were also slanted. Overall though, the staff service was pretty good, which is why service has four stars. But I feel like that if Novotel mended some small changes like using glass cups, installing opaque doors, and providing hair conditioner, it would make the hotel a much more enjoyable place to stay. However I’m not sure about all of the rooms having these weird configurations, and if you don’t mind these details here and there, I definitely would still recommend this hotel to you
