I really appreciate the reservation system here. I had a reservation last night, and instead of giving my table away to some entitled person with no reservation and her kids, they kept my reservation I made a month ago. Empty tables don't mean free tables people. Learn the way it works or your opinion shouldn't matter.

My tenure at the iconic Peninsula hotel was in totality -- unparalleled luxury! From the spacious room, attentive concierge team, spa services and gourmet meals, I would choose to stay there, again and again. The location was impeccable! Such that, residing in the 16th provided access to monuments, shopping and lively restaurants thus making it convenient for a short stay. The hotel itself houses eclectic bar space, both indoor and outdoor (rooftop) as well as Paris’ well-known restaurant, L’Oiseau Blanc. In sum, within each of my interactions, I can easily say the team at the Peninsula worked to ensure my time in Paris was special. I highly recommend this hotel.

We visited this superb hotel whilst in Paris for my birthday. Aïnara, your restaurant ambassador, was lovely and found us a table on the roof bar - which was a fantastic experience and the French/Irish barman (sorry I do not know his name) was so very welcoming and charming, it made my birthday very special! We then went to the Terrace Bar to eat and continue with champagne for my birthday celebration and we were looked after so very well by Arvin - he is an absolute treasure and if and when we return to Paris I would come here again. It is truly a fantastic experience and all the staff are professional and very friendly and make their guests feel amazing! Thank you for the experience!

We did not stay at this hotel, but this is a sneaky good place to watch the Eiffel Tower light up at night. Go to the rooftop bar, order some drinks and an app, and enjoy the show.

If you want absolute perfect service and it is perfect, it's yours, abet at a premium price.
I stayed in their best suite that came with your own very private rooftop, very spacious garden patio with views of the Eiffiel Tower.
The room was, of course, spacious, warm, inviting rooms (6).
What you need to know. I wasn't able to use the rooftop as much as I wanted. Not the hotels fault. It's June, and the high Temps are maybe 60f each day and breezy.
Next, book through Amex Fine Hotels, which includes an American Breakfast, which will save you a lot of money. And includes a 4 pm checkout. Great when you have an evening flight.

We have been here multiple times whenever we are in Paris. Service and Food was absolutely amazing. There will never be a time I will not come here every time I'm in the City. Arvin from the Bar took very good care of us and has been very attentive throughout the experience.

We stayed in this hotel a while back. The hotel is at the heart of the city with walking distance to many great places. The room was great with comfortable bed and pillows. It’s a great mix of luxury, classic, and modern. The views from room and restaurant was amazing. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and super polite. The food was also great. We enjoyed the brunch very much.

My stay there was easily the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. The concierge suggested a bistro nearby that served the best meal I had in Paris. The Peninsula is located about a block from the Arc de Triomphe. This made access to many metro lines a breeze. I would give more stars if I could.

Had a wonderful time at The Peninsula! Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and the ambiance was delightful. The hotel restaurant was terrific—particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect. Definitely considering another stay in the future!
