A great ski in ski out location. A quality well presented building at the very top end of the resort. Very polite, welcoming and attentative staff throughout. The breakfast is wonderful and the dinner exceptional. The variety and presentation of the menu was a continual delight through our week's stay. The food is really very very good.

Returning for a 2nd year running as a family of 4.
Everything about the hotel is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Great Breakfast. Great facilities. Rooms are fantastic.
Couldn't recommend more highly.

This is a gem of a hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were one if the most helpful, professional and courteous that I have encountered. There was a really nice, warm atmosphere in the restaurant. The bedroom was fantastic. Mine was a junior suite, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was never ending. Absolutely perfect for a day on the slopes...a variety of everything and plenty of it. Every 20 minutes, the bus stops outside the hotel which was also really convenient. I honestly cannot fault my stay at this hotel.

The dinner service in this hotel is so shockingly bad that I urge you to stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE. We are guests in the hotel at the moment and every dinner has been a traumatic experience for our family. We wait over an hour every evening for our food to arrive. Our children are hungry and tired and rather than being an enjoyable experience dinner is an ordeal. There are many nice hotels around, make sure you give this one a miss.

Our stay at Chalet Hotel Kaya in January 2024 was absolutely incredible!
We visited as a family of 18 members ranging in age from 5yrs to 70yrs and EVERYONE had an amazing experience!
The little ones especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the teenagers the games room. The adults loved the spa facilities, swimming pool and cozy bar area with it's beautiful fireplace and comfortable seating area. The complimentary sweets in large glass jars which were placed in the lobby for all to enjoy on a daily basis was a huge hit among young AND old.
The rooms were large, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. They were serviced on a daily basis and therefore always clean.
The location of the Hotel Can Not be beaten.
It is easily accessible by car, bus or minibus.
We travelled by train from Paris to Moutiers and then by Taxi Minibus from Moutiers straight to the doorstep of the Hotel in Reberty.
Being able to catch the free tourist bus from right outside the hotel to get around (to Les Menuires and surrounding villages / restaurants etc.) is a huge win but best of all is the ability to Ski OUT and back INTO the hotel itself - no need for walking / bussing it to the nearest ski lift / school.
The Ski Equipment Shop located INSIDE the Hotel is an incredible value-add as this makes it possible to arrive, collect your equipment and take it downstairs to the huge ski boot room for storage.
The Ski Boot Room is large, with lots of seating space to put on your boots comfortably.
It has it's own ablution facilities which is great as you often need it just before you depart for a day on the slopes and the children all loved the complimentary hot chocolate / coffee machine in this room too.
Breakfast was a delight with countless options of pastries, breads and cakes, complimented by freshly cooked omelets, bacon, eggs etc. as well as cold options such as fresh cheeses, salmon and cold meats.
Dinner was wonderful too BUT we did feel that it started a bit late - 19:30 is quite late for little children to eat.
The beautiful 3 course menu means that dinner is often lengthy and the younger children (and therefore the parents) found it hard to enjoy the dinner experience to it's full potential as the children would get tired and restless.
I would recommend that an option to serve families with young children earlier (around 17:30 / 18:00pm) be strongly considered.
Families can then choose their dinner time slot to suit their needs.
The entire hotel staff compliment - from receptionists, room service staff, cleaners, waiters & bar tenders can be praised for their professionalism, attention to detail and desire to please & assist their guests.
They are friendly, kind and caring and we found that nothing was ever too much to ask. They were always happy to accommodate us wherever they can.
We can not wait to return to Chalet Hotel Kaya and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the ultimate skiing holiday in the French Alpes.

It’s a great family friendly hotel. Here are the things we liked:
- rooms are comfortable and cosy;
- there’s a swimming pool and spa available for kids as well;
- kids club (sadly we didn’t use)
- nice bar with a fireplace and a good restaurants with tasty breakfasts and dinners;
- ski shop just inside the hotel;
- access to the slopes;
- kids ski schools just 100m away;
- nice and quite area;

And moreover, the staff are super friendly. Thanks to Nicolas and Guillaume for our great stay 🙏

A quality hotel, but not intrusive. This year the staff are very welcoming, friendly and dedicated. The hotel is located in an ideal location, close to the ski slopes, without external noise on the top of Les Menuires. Kaya suites are very spacious, perhaps even larger than premium suites, with all the necessary amenities: a terrace, a minibar and a children's room. separate. The hotel spa is very good, with a swimming pool, hammam, sauna and treatments on request, not at all crowded in early February. One regret: the ventilation noise is quite noisy. Breakfast is great!!!!! Does the wine and champagne list complement other wines and champagnes? Otherwise, the staff is excellent, thanks to Emmanuela de Sarden, Guillaume, Paloma, Veronica for the welcome and the manager who received us!

We visited Kaya Chalet in March 2020. We highly recommend this place for its perfect location, very friendly staff, they all speak English and accommodate all our requests! The hotel has a great pool, spa, sauna and steam room! Of all the advantages, I return to this place, from our point of view, of all three valleys, Les Menuires is the best place for skiing and snowboarding, with fewer people, wide slopes and high altitude chairs. We will be back next year!

We stayed at the hotel from 12/20/2023 to 12/30/2023. Excellent location, right next to the ski lift, you get off and ski down to it for 2 minutes. The roads are cleaned on time, and a free bus runs down every 20 minutes. It is very convenient - there is a skating school right in front of the hotel, I liked everything there, the guys are all friendly and speak English well.... unlike the hotel staff....One of the main drawbacks of the hotel is the problem with English...Both at the reception and in the restaurant...Again, one of the amenities is the rental and sale of equipment in a shop right at the hotel - cool guys, with command of English, friendly and competent!!! High-quality equipment, always available. The price tag, it seemed to me, is more expensive than at the bottom, but they give a good discount). Ski passes can be bought at the reception, except for family ones, they must be ordered 2 days in advance. We bought online, went down, got it right away at the ski pass center. In principle, it is convenient. By the way, in queues... - from 20.12 to 24.12 there were no people at all, not on lifts or in restaurants...Then a lot of tourists came, but it was comfortable to ride. We rode in Les Menuires and Meribel, there were almost no queues, we drove to Courchevel - we regretted it 10 times when we lost an hour on two lifts for sure.
We had breakfast at the hotel - everything is fine, the service is of course for 4, there are problems with English, well, the guys are not in a hurry...Although the manager certainly goes out of his way - he tries very hard!!)). Anyone who does not take dinners at the hotel (and they are not so cheap there) risks staying hungry)). There is a restaurant nearby, but you need to sign up there in a day, as it will be all busy. If you want to save money, there are a couple of grocery stores downstairs - you can buy everything there. One (Sherpa) is 5 minutes on foot, the other is Carrefour (10 minutes by bus). Just check the opening hours - they may close early. You can also have dinner downstairs - there are many cafes with different menus...
About the rooms - we had 3 of them - standard and family. Not a bad repair, good daily cleaning. But something was not clear with the refrigerators - they did not work(. We kept everything on the balcony (with a gorgeous view of the slope), periodically some animals were stolen from us (. The kettle didn't work for us, maybe it could have been changed, but we didn't use it much...But in general, the staff is very responsive and pleasant).
The equipment was stored in a special room on the 2nd floor, very convenient, the elevator goes down there.
There is a spa area with a swimming pool, hammam and sauna. There are practically no people there, so we went there with the children almost every day.
In general, I liked everything, but not everything is perfect, there is something for the hotel to work on))
