Hotels with pool in Lyon

Even walked us to show us the section of the hotel our room would be located. We had a balcony with views of the courtyard. The only downside was the toilet area was very very small (but really not that big of a deal)

Lovely hotel is a central location. There is a main metro & train station less than a few min walk away and a team stop outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the rooms are modern and very comfortable

The central location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hospitality were great. The breakfast was very rich and wonderful. Not having a minibar in the room was a problem in winter, but it could be in summer

Our stay in the hotel was great. It is very close to the train station and public transport. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff are extremely nice and friendly.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic, room was packed and felt understaffed, a lot of stuff just wasn't getting replenished for longer period of time. That being said, everything was tasty! Would book again!

Small TV in the corner of the room with a few English channels (mainly BBC News). We had the breakfast which was ok (the eggs were not good at all. The location of the hotel was good

Freshly refurbished room, nice view on the city. The bar serves good cocktails (bit of a waiting time). Parking of the hotel was full… that shouldn’t happen, I had to park a bit far in the street

Great hotel, alot of construction in the area and hard to get to it. We arrived 8:30 pm and no where in this area to find dinner as everything closes early. Had to settle for a boring sandwich at the front desk

Nice room, well decorated, very clean. Magnificent view from the room. The only negative point is the entrance of the building. The road / sidewalk to enter into the hotel is quite dirty

The person who checked us in was not very friendly: no smile and not very enthusiastic. Room is ok: beautiful view over the city. The bed is rather small (150 cm) and a bit hard

We stayed two nights in this hotel. The check-in was not very smooth: there were many guests wanting to check in and it took quite a long time

Most beautiful hotel in the heart of Lyon. Rooms, lobby and Bar / Restaurant were beautifully ornate. The personnel was attentive, pleasant and helpful beyond professionalism

The hotel room we chose (circular junior suite) was spectacular, with a big balcony and great view of Place de Bellacour The breakfast was lovely as were the staff

We were able to drive the hire car past the hotel to drop our luggage before dropping the hire car back at Part Dieu

The TV in the room had lots of local and international channel to watch, however we couldn’t manage to link our Netflix account to the TV. It appears that the TV wasn’t connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi 🫤

Booked a night there for the Light Festival in Lyon. The room was quite large and there was even a small balcony which I believe can be nice to enjoy the view and warm weather in the summer

The dinner was exquisite, perfectly paired with excellent wine, and the dessert was both delicate and delicious. The waiters were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive

Not that big of a deal but wish we could have watched it on a big screen rather than on a phone. Great stay overall, might come back again !

I only had a business dinner at ZUCCA Restaurant of Marriott Hotel Cité International, but it was an outstanding experience

in France on one side, and a beautiful river with walking/biking path on the other side

Close to the train station, clean, slightly cheaper than others around, functional, had some features I missed in more-stars hotels, such as tight curtains letting you sleep in pitch black or a window that actually opens, so you get fresh air too

Kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful; since my train was early, in the evening they suggested me a breakfast pack that was ready in the morning

I found it a very nice hotel, good price and ideal location close to La Part Dieu main station of Lyon, rooms are nice with a good value of money

Accommodations are everything one expects from a hotel, check-in was quick and efficient and the room was comfortable enough with most common appliances. It's located near the train station, so it's ideal when in transit

We were greeted with warm receptionists. The rates were very reasonable. The rooms are on the small side but cleanliness is a huge factor

Great walkability and location. Rooms are standard, definitely nothing fancy. Biggest problem is the shower floods out the floor of the entire bathroom so that there’s standing water around the toilet

super experience! Great location. Free fruit drinks and snacks in the club. Small but very clean, well designed room, though the shower doors were not watertight. Lovely, brushed linen quilt, sheets, and pillows

Breakfast included, and a wonderful evening snack complete with wine and local cheeses and meats! (So so good, and great quality) All in all, I will absolutely stay at Okko and any of their other locations next time I return to France

Best hotel ever! The staff is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous, you get free drinks and a free appetizer at ‘the club’. Location is perfect, everything is walkable. Would recommend this hotel 100%

We often go to this hotel when we visit Lyon. It’s a small but cozy place, with a great lounge downstairs that is empty most of the time. the location is great and there’s parking spaces nearby

Excellent 3 star hotel in a great location close to the main square in Lyon (Place Bellecour). Friendly staff (the young man) made checking in very easy. The room was very spacious, with a decent size bathroom

There is construction on Victor Hugo, but not the owner's fault! Internet was down for a day, but they did their best to fix it. Breakfast is not special but is worth it if you want to eat before leaving

Nicest and most helpful people at front desk. A hotel with character and so damn close to restaurants, old city, historical basilicas and Roman ruins, and of course the River and the shopping quarters

Everything perfect. The check-in is great, the rooms are clean and bright and it's centrally located in a pedestrian area. The room is equipped with a safe and airconditioning.

I am not going to deduct any star. However, the half panel on bathtubs splashes water on the floor when using shower. I would prefer a fridge to cool water

This is an APPARTHOTEL! This means cleaning once per week. If you need extra towels, or clean ones, you have to ask at the reception. The breakfast is only until 9:00! Its really close to the Part Dieu train station

To be fair, this place needs a lot of improving, however it is very quiet and the beds are clean and actually big. It is a two star hotel so you can't expect to have the same level of service as a 3 star one or above

I'm being a bit generous maybe with my 4 star rating but the location is quite good, there is a tram line here, also there is not a great walking distance towards the business center and the city center

Walking distance from part-dieu station, on a quite street. I stayed at the twin bed room, it was well Sound proofed and quite good sized. The room is not the newest but clean and well equipped

The staff is also pretty friendly. If you are on a strict budget I would recommend this hotel

Good hôtel near the train station for a low price. Do not expect a 4* hotel, but regarding price/quality they do deliver

Spent 7 nights here, fantastisch location close to shopping street, Maine square of New Lyon and alsof close enough to walk to old Lyon. Breakfast was plenty but every morning the same. Good housekeeping it was very neat

Also had breakfast and that was very nice, not a huge choice of food hot, but all the usual continental breakfast and cereal for a very reasonable price - in fact not worth messing around trying to find breakfast elsewhere at this price

Will I stop again? absolutely, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the west and into the old town across the pedestrian bridge where I found many nice restaurants

Small but clean room, nice shower and comfortable bed. Bar was nice last night with reasonable prices for bear and whisky

It’s made clear that if you don’t book the spa access the pools are not included so there should be no surprises on that

It has an Olympic sized outdoor pool. Very good rooms and bathrooms. WiFi is not working in the rooms only downstairs I don’t know why. There is a nice hairdresser inside the hotel

Service wasn’t terrible but expected better for what we paid. Men, to use the pool you MUST have speedos on (or shorts with the same length and tightness) and board shorts (what I wore) aren’t allowed

I liked the hotel and the staff were nice. I just could never understand how a hotel's pool needs extra payment. Location is ok as it is close to a bus stop, however, pretty far from the centre

My toddler loved the pool and they had a baby pool area. I always love a gym so that was a plus There was free babysitting service. Negatives: Not much info was given at reception of where things are

Hotel is ideally located for exploring the city. Concierge was a great source of knowledge and advice on what to see and do. Staff overall were so helpful. Hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained

We stayed for one week 3 rooms and we loved the location, staff and the breakfast. Valentine at the concierge was superb, with all suggestions in what to do and ready to help

we were able to get into our room a little bit earlier than the check-in of 4 PM which was much appreciated. Our room had a spectacular view of the Rhone

However, it could have used a few more outlets, and the shower tub combination was not great as the tub was quite high to have to step into

Beautiful hotel on top of hill over looking Lyon. Great amenities in the hotel and breakfast was excellent. We were nicely greeted by staff and staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating during our stay

We arrived later in the evening and the staff immediately helped with reservations for dinners, for the evening and the following night. The meals were excellent and the restaurants what we had requested

We decided to leave Chamonix early and head to Lyon. The best decision we could make. Villa Florentine made everything so wonderful the beautiful rooms, excellent beds, quiet, and the marvelous staff

The concierge is very knowledgeable and able to give recommendations for great restaurants and then make reservations for you. The hotel's restaurant is pricey, but the food was exceptional

My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Florentine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were helped with our bags all the time and greeted every time we passed the reception

The Hotel is stunning but, be aware there are 235 steps to get down to the old town. Both my husband and I had serious back surgeries last year and this was a real issue for us

We arrived very early by bus and we were allowed into our room hours early (which is something I did not expect but I am very grateful). I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon

Excellent place to stay in Lyon. The location is central and easy to get to from the bus station. Close to a metro stop, shopping, restaurants, and the river. Easy walk from hotel to Old Town and Fourviere Hill, too

I immediately fell in love with the neighbourhood and was close enough to walk everywhere. The area felt safe enough to walk home from dinner after dark

If possible, I'd like to go back and maybe bring some of my other kids or all of them. Underground parking was economical and nearby. As we found in all of France, everyone and everything was wonderful

Location is spot on as it’s a few steps from the old town. Don’t worry when the taxi stops in front of the hotel. The exterior is plain compared to interior
