The TV in the room had lots of local and international channel to watch, however we couldn’t manage to link our Netflix account to the TV. It appears that the TV wasn’t connected to the hotel’s Wi-Fi 🫤
Booked a night there for the Light Festival in Lyon. The room was quite large and there was even a small balcony which I believe can be nice to enjoy the view and warm weather in the summer
The dinner was exquisite, perfectly paired with excellent wine, and the dessert was both delicate and delicious. The waiters were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive
Not that big of a deal but wish we could have watched it on a big screen rather than on a phone. Great stay overall, might come back again !
I only had a business dinner at ZUCCA Restaurant of Marriott Hotel Cité International, but it was an outstanding experience
in France on one side, and a beautiful river with walking/biking path on the other side

It’s made clear that if you don’t book the spa access the pools are not included so there should be no surprises on that
It has an Olympic sized outdoor pool. Very good rooms and bathrooms. WiFi is not working in the rooms only downstairs I don’t know why. There is a nice hairdresser inside the hotel
Service wasn’t terrible but expected better for what we paid. Men, to use the pool you MUST have speedos on (or shorts with the same length and tightness) and board shorts (what I wore) aren’t allowed
Great place with comfortable rooms and amazing pools. Was the perfect stop over on the way to the South of France
I liked the hotel and the staff were nice. I just could never understand how a hotel's pool needs extra payment. Location is ok as it is close to a bus stop, however, pretty far from the centre
My toddler loved the pool and they had a baby pool area. I always love a gym so that was a plus There was free babysitting service. Negatives: Not much info was given at reception of where things are

Even walked us to show us the section of the hotel our room would be located. We had a balcony with views of the courtyard. The only downside was the toilet area was very very small (but really not that big of a deal)
Lovely hotel is a central location. There is a main metro & train station less than a few min walk away and a team stop outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and the rooms are modern and very comfortable
The central location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the hospitality were great. The breakfast was very rich and wonderful. Not having a minibar in the room was a problem in winter, but it could be in summer
Our stay in the hotel was great. It is very close to the train station and public transport. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff are extremely nice and friendly.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, room was packed and felt understaffed, a lot of stuff just wasn't getting replenished for longer period of time. That being said, everything was tasty! Would book again!
Small TV in the corner of the room with a few English channels (mainly BBC News). We had the breakfast which was ok (the eggs were not good at all. The location of the hotel was good

Quick stay was nice enough but the restaurant advertised on the menu available until mid night where in reality it was only 10:30pm resulting in extremely limited room service options.

We stayed one night and everything was good! Bathroom was clean, bed was good and close to the centre. The only difficulty we had was that we could not find the exit and the entrance of the parking garage
Very kind and proactive people to solve any problem. Air conditioning was not running in our room and we were changed in 10 minutes to other room. Hotel well connect with public transport (very useful to visit all city).
The hotel is nice and clean, pretty close to the centre of Lyon. It's about 15/20 minutes walking and there is a metro really close. We would say that this hotel is good for short stays
My room was decent and big enough, staff polite and helpful. The position is very good as it's very close to Garibaldi underground station and within walking distance from the centre
The place is nice, clean and well organized. The position is good, thanks to the presence of a Metro station just a minute walk far away from the hotel.
But when we asked the hotel employee, he showed us the was. It took us almost 30minutes to find the exit after parking the car

I'm just sorry that I did not get the chance to use their spa and exercise room. Both me and my wife can't wait to return to Lyon and stay at this marvelous place
Beautiful building, very unique and sexy rooms (albeit some may think they're slightly claustrophobic and in need of refreshing), great service, and the best location. Really, the location simply can't be beat
We loved our room and loved all the attention and service. The whole experience was out of this world and when we return to Lyon, we will be staying at Cour des Loges
The downside is that many of the rooms badly need renovation, especially since some don't have a shower (!!!) and the spa could use some renovation as well. I was told that Raddison is going to renovate soon
I'd be interested in staying again, but only after that happens, only if the room has a shower, and only if the price is comparable to a 4-star hotel, as that's what this hotel actually should be called
The location is right in the center of the old city with a ton of classic Lyonnais restaurants in every direction, as well as plenty of patisseries, gift shops, and the marionettes museums

The service was great and the employees nice and helpful. The Room was clean and the breakfast offered a great variety of food
Very central location with great public transport connectivity. Airport tram is a minute away too. There is a huge mall 5 minutes from the hotel so if you want shopping it is very convenient
Considering I was in a 9th floor suite, this was rather unacceptable. Since I only stayed one night, I did not complain about it. It is worth mentioning that said shower was also a bit of a death trap
Surprisingly, the room which is steps from the train station and overlooks multiple train platforms, was quiet and always cleaned to perfection. Other hotels could take a lesson from the staff here
Second time going, 2 years apart. Excellent location (right in front of airport shuttle, next to Part-Dieu train station). Excellent city views if you're high up
Only downside this time around: the shower needs to be fixed, as both showerheads were operating at once (one wouldn't stop dripping overhead, which was rather unpleasant)

I can only recommend, I will add one small minus, the room I occupied (single for one person) was small but good enough to spend only nights. Good luck to the entire hotel team during their difficult times
Professional, welcoming and helpful from the first call until I left. In addition to simple and pleasant amenities such as a gym, we can see the smiles of the teams through the mask
Very good hotel (stayed 6/7 times). Good breakfast. Clean room. Welcome. I recommend closing your eyes (having slept in other highly rated hotels in Lyon).
The hotel is located very far from the station, the staff is friendly and helpful and they try their best to help you
If I have to return to Lyon, I will not hesitate to return
See you soon ? (special dedication to Miss M 🤣)

Perfectly located if you want a stunning view of Lyon, to see the Park with zoo and greenhouses, explore the centre by foot, as well as see the basilica on the hill and the Roman ruins at LUGDUNUM
You have a magnificant view from the room. It is very convient since it is so close to the downtown. I found the room spacial. You can get free baby bed.

Pool was interesting, but a bit odd. The rooms are small and furniture is outdated
Stayed there a couple of nights. Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small. Yes breakfast is served next to the pool, but not an issue. Good location.
It is a series of small interconnected pools, you don't really swim, more glide from one to the other, still it was more fun for the uniqueness, and on a hot summer day a nice experience
The staff is wonderful, they service and helpfulness went above and beyond expectations when we had a problem with our trip and they let us borrow one of their laptops to get it fixed, and then helped us fix it, truly delightful staff
I stayed 3 nights in total. Super helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Location is the best you can get. Highly recommend it.
In a nicely maintained historic hotel that dates from 1855, with some of the old world charm still found in its décor and architecture

Small but clean rooms, worth it for the price we paid also the beds were really comfortable 🥰 The hotel was more like on a place out of the beautiful part out of the city
Accommodations are everything one expects from a hotel, check-in was quick and efficient and the room was comfortable enough with most common appliances. It's located near the train station, so it's ideal when in transit
Small but clean rooms, worth it for the price we paid also the beds were really comfortable 🥰 The hotel was more like on a place out of the beautiful part out of the city, but the metro station was very close
Close to the train station, clean, slightly cheaper than others around, functional, had some features I missed in more-stars hotels, such as tight curtains letting you sleep in pitch black or a window that actually opens, so you get fresh air too
Kettle, tea, coffee in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful; since my train was early, in the evening they suggested me a breakfast pack that was ready in the morning
There is parking at this hotel which is underground, when we were here something of some sort was under construction taking multiple spaces. We had to park in a part of the car park so the car didn't get dirty

The location is fantastic on top of a hill overlooking Lyon. Staff are very courteous and professional, but hotel needs to be updated. Specially the pool and spa area. The tiles of the pool were literally chipped off
We enjoyed four beautiful nights in this elegant, beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed, particularly the bathrooms. Service was personal, friendly, nothing was ever a problem
The views of the old town are fantastic, but be prepared for the walk, Uber or scooter ride up and down the hill each day if you’re planning to stay here to explore Lyon over several days
Room has a nice view to the garden, but it does not feel luxurious. I am not sure about five star , this hotel is at best 3 or 4 star. Housekeeping is definitely an issue too
Great: Staff, view, wellness area. Room is rather small for the price. You should be in decent shape as the hill is quite steep or you’ll have to Uber every time you want to go out.
It's up the large hill with the cathedral and the tip-of-the-Eiffel tower, which means that to get into the main part of the city you either hike down (or God forbid up) a long and very steep hill, or get used to taking the funicular

I would stay here again if ever visiting the area
For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Everyone who works there is really helpful, and everyone speaks English, which is a huge plus for me. My only issue was the air conditioning, or serious lack of it
Everyone was amazing. The front desk was super helpful. They made dinner reservations for us, checked us in quickly and friendly. Cleaners and breakfast service also amazing. Door man super helpful too. Great stay!
Wonderful hotel in the midst of the Presqu'ile. The location is great with so many places nearby of note for shopping, sightseeing, and eating. I want to give special thanks to Belen who was so friendly and inviting
She handled any requests with professionalism and aplomb. I also want to thank two of the other gentlemen at the front desk maybe in their mid to late 20's that were very helpful and professional as well
The staff really made us feel welcome and they treated us well. The hotel itself is beautiful and in great shape. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would like to return if I'm back in Lyon

My room on the 7th floor was very nice, good size and well decorated room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of products. The hotel is calm and yet close to the heart of the city
Great location especially for business travel. Room was very clean and comfortable even though a little small. Front desk receptionists were exceptionally wonderful throughout one-week’s stay
Nice hotel, cozy. There is hotel parking. There is no view from the windows, but the embankment is 50m away. There are coffee shops nearby. Across the river is the center. Comfortable.
The location is perfect for walking - everything you want to get to is about a 15 minute walk, which can help with settling your stomach after a nice dinner at Monsieur P or a bouchon
My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while touring Lyon. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite room with a balcony that overlooked the river and Notre Dame
Great hotel, awesome location and impecable staff. Special thanks to Julien, at the reception desk, always super thoughtful. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the Lyon city center. Very helpful and friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend Collège Hôtel for a change of pace at a relatively low price
Our room had a shower over the bath which you couldn’t get under rendering it useless as a shower. Also there was no ‘rubber’ strip under the shower screen so the floor got soaked
A quirky hotel, not luxurious but comfortable. Good breakfast with nice tea (unusual in France). Helpful and friendly staff. We will return if we visit Lyon again.
Good hotel in a great location with strong hipster vibes. The rooms are bright and functional and quiet. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again!
Rooms are a little too small, but the location and service are great. I especially liked the water dispenser offering chilled, filtered water and sparkling water. Arriving by bike, I appreciated the secure cycle storage.
We had a very nice stay at the College Hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a big private outdoor space, which we enjoyed. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and convenient

Because there is not even space to open a suitcase. Obviously the towels etc were clean but there were hairs stuck on the sheets and pillows. Room service should have checked these. I slept with a T-shirt over my pillow
The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to everything. , Bellacour, shopping district etc. The hotel is obviously an old hotel. The bathrooms are renovated and clean but the rest of the rooms are old
I love this hotel! Just got back from having a fabulous three night stay there. I upgraded to the magnolia suite and was so happy I did. Amazing views of the city right in the center of where you want to be
The pillows of the room are the best I've ever tried in a hotel. Plus, the breakfast was perfect in terms of variety, flavor, and quality. I will definitely book again here if I happen to be in Lyon
Clean hotel and my room had air con which I was very thankful for! Staff were very welcoming and helpful, providing suggestions for things to do and places to visit. Very well located.
We stayed there for just one night and it was perfect: good service, amazing breakfast, and quiet rooms. It's the perfect mix between a classic old hotel and modern comfortable rooms

This hotel is in a busy area with a lot of traffic. There are good electric car chargers in the car park. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was newly refurbished
Very convenient for the train station, you go in through the square archway in the middle of the building, friendly reception and our request for a quiet room was respected (top floor)
It's not a fancy hotel but it's extremely clean, they have a well organized luggage storage room, and the rooms have small tea kettles. Just what we needed for a 1 night stop
Simple hotel, but it is renovated and this is great. Location top with good breakfast also. If you want something nice and simple come here.
Rooms recently modernised. The layout is a bit cramped for two. Eg only one chair, 1 slim pillow each, and 1 extra in a bag, not 2. So TV high enough on wall to give neck ache.
This hotel is located in a good location, you can walk away from the hotel to the train station Gare de Lyon-Part-Dieu within a few minutes

Super friendly staff at the reception, very clean-quiet rooms. Good access to public transportation. The only negative point was about the breakfast: very limited options, and you could find them empty and not recharged.
The only reception ladies and gentlemen with their positive and helpful attitude made our stay not that miserable. Location actually is good , just right next to the mall and enjoyable walk to any parts of the town
Our room had the sofa configured as a bed for our toddler. Nice continental breakfast was included in our rate. Walkable to a lovely food market and several very enjoyable restaurants, plus a massive shopping mall
Great hotel, alot of construction in the area and hard to get to it. We arrived 8:30 pm and no where in this area to find dinner as everything closes early. Had to settle for a boring sandwich at the front desk
Music till 2 AM wasn’t helping to rest either. Smell from the bathroom was a cherry on top of the cake. Not talking about water pressure in the shower - felt like you can count each drop it is giving
Good that it was only one night! Freezing cold in the room , although the girl from reception was very helpful and brought us heater ( but unfortunately it is super small and didn’t help anyhow)
