I know this hotel well, staying regularly every year in their studios, which are impeccable, but I'd like to draw attention to two significant flaws: 1/ Weak Wi-Fi: Their Wi-Fi has been poor for years, and nothing has been done to improve it. 2/ The restaurant is closed on Sundays: an absurdity in a 4-star hotel!!

Our room had a shower over the bath which you couldn’t get under rendering it useless as a shower. Also there was no ‘rubber’ strip under the shower screen so the floor got soaked. The garage was unavailable so had to park in road. It was ok and saved €50!

The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. Mercure is a great hotel with excellent staff. They are friendly and professional. Parking fee of EU28/day is a high but reasonable. Slight downside is construction noise opposite during July 2024

This was a great hotel to stay in for our quick trip to Lyon. It is a great location that is walkable to lots of sitesa and shopping. It is in an area with a lot of one way streets and pedestrian only roads so it was very difficult for the Uber to get to the hotel. If possible easy drop of point was only 2 blocks away. I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful; especially Ali, who was incredibly kind and helped us a lot during our stay. The hospitality was excellent. The Location is perfect, near train station and less than a minute walk to tram station. Clean place to stay with very good breakfast and Cozy yard. All in all, It offers a fair accommodations for the price. I would surely choose it again next time.

The location is perfect, very close to the main station and lot of activities and well connected to the city center. The room is very nice, super clean and comfortable (especially the bed and the pillows) and it has all the necessary. The breakfast is good with a good variety and quality and the staff has benne very kind and polite. It is a perfect 3 stars hotel with a good quality-price.

Great location- the hotel is quite clean but rooms are very tiny you can't even be 2 in a double room. And there was an isolation problem with our windows- in February- the air in the room was so cold and the humidity get us sick the last morning.the direction hasn't done anything to apologize. It's such a pity because the location is cool, and the design of the rooms are ok :) .

The breakfast was tasty and varied. I had a pain au chocolat, coffee, and juice. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sonia, and Rabi who were very cheerful.

Nearly Perrache station (also Flixbus station) , helpful stuff, quite clean rooms , you can go sightseeing places by walk to hotel. Have to choose it ;)
