I know this hotel well, staying regularly every year in their studios, which are impeccable, but I'd like to draw attention to two significant flaws: 1/ Weak Wi-Fi: Their Wi-Fi has been poor for years, and nothing has been done to improve it. 2/ The restaurant is closed on Sundays: an absurdity in a 4-star hotel!!

Welcoming front desk and quick to check in. The room we stayed in did let the rating down though and so I wouldn't say this was a four star hotel unfortunately. A separate toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard was barely big enough for a grown man. The coffee making facilities were very basic too.

It's a remote and simple place, and it's hard to find a hotel. I can only trust the Ibis chain brand. The price is not cheap. It's a bit like a motel. It's just a place to stay. Fortunately, the environment is clean and sanitary.

Staff were lovely. Twin room very clean and comfortable. Walking dustance to Metro. Very quite at night. Would definitely recommend.

I didn't even have to show my passport, as soon as I walked into reception the staff recognized me from previous visits and checked me in straight away with a smile. It's a good feeling when that happens. A bountiful breakfast spread as always.

Friendly staff and very welcoming. Because they made a mistake in the reservations they offered us the breakfast and the parking. I recommend this place if you are visiting Lyon and you want an easy place to stay not far from the city centre.

Really happy with this hotel. The staff was super helpful and nice. The A/C did not work very well in one of our room but the staff found another room for us, which was super nice of them to do. Everything super clean, comfortable bed (no luxury though), blinders for windows, good fridge, good gym (super hot inside though). The hotel is right across from Lyon Perrache station, which was very convenient. Walking to the city centre needs passing an area with homeless tents, so it felt a bit sketchy. But the hotel itself was lovely, beautiful building, good breakfast, friendly English-speaking staff, and free luggage storage.

Lyon served as a connecting point for our trip to France, so the hotel's location was crucial. It's directly opposite Lyon Perrache TGV train station, just a one-minute walk away, and the metro, tram, and bus stops are all within 200 meters. Later in the trip, the family traveled back and forth to Annecy and explored Vieux Lyon. This "zero-transfer" experience significantly saved time. As for the living...
