For its value it is excellent, the food was generally good, room was very basic but had what you need,staff was kind and the hotel had a very modern feel.

The hotel is really hip and nicely decorated. The restaurant Karlito was heaven sent! A great Italian. When we entered the hotel thought the restaurant, we decided to cancel our reservation in the center and eat there. And was the right choice. Finally we got some good charcuterie board and good wine ( believe it or not we had a hard time to find them in Lyon during the Christmas exceptional time)...

Small, but cozy rooms. Nice atmosphere, friendly people. The toilet in the room is not sound-or odorproof, so it‘s good every room has a small balcony.

With a strike taking place for Iberia, my travel plans were delayed and I lost most of y reservations. So instead of staying Vieux Lyon (old town) the only available decent hotel was MOB in the more modern Confluence area. Nice a very well located hotel, the building has 3 different options of IBIS, we stayed at the Budget one and despite the bedroom is not huge it is comfy. The breakfast is good and all clean. Very Good option to stay with your family.

So clean ! I was very impressed and friendly bar service. Great location as well. We had some issues with the key card not working and had a hard time leaving the parking because the code didn't work. But other than that it was lovely.

It's an ibis hotel Beds comfortable (very),rooms small(quite)but clean,bathrooms functional. Stayed for just one night,just myself,with a very small suitcase(hand luggage):if your luggage is any bigger you will not fit in the room.... I have doughts that a couple+luggage can fit in the room,given its size.

A good hotel. I got value for money paid. My room was decent and big enough, staff polite and helpful. The position is very good as it's very close to Garibaldi underground station and within walking distance from the centre. If I will visit Lyon again I will book this Hotel.

Very basic hotel with only the bare minimum of facilities. Rooms have good beds but for instance coffee/hot water machine and fridge are missing. Breakfast has limited choice of products due to covid measures. Good access to public transport and 24/7 supermarket accross the street.

The place is nice, clean and well organized. The position is good, thanks to the presence of a Metro station just a minute walk far away from the hotel.

The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to everything., Bellacour, shopping district etc . The hotel is obviously an old hotel. The bathrooms are renovated and clean but the rest of the rooms are old. The good thing is that the floors are not carpeted. We stayed in the smallest room and it was really small. We stayed there for just one night and it was perfect: good service, amazing breakfast, and quiet rooms. It's the perfect mix between a classic old hotel and modern comfortable rooms. The pillows of the room are the best I've ever tried in a hotel. Plus, the breakfast was perfect in terms of variety, flavor, and quality. I will definitely book again here if I happen to be in Lyon.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, 5-7 min walking. One can reach the "old town" by takin the metro in the main station, it's a 10 min ride (approx 2€). There is a shopping mall in front of the train station and caffeterias in the station, that are good to get supplies. It's good option if you don't mind a quick train ride after finishing the touristic walking

The room was comfortable but you have to ring the reception to turn on your AC which is fine since they’re very responsive and available 24/7. Apart from that, it had all the essentials!

I do not understand the negative reviews of this place. This is a three star hotel, don't expect it to be the Ritz in London?? The woman on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient for the train station, you go in through the square archway in the middle of the building, friendly reception and our request for a quiet room was respected (top floor). It's not a fancy hotel but it's extremely clean, they have a well organized luggage storage room, and the rooms have small tea kettles. Just what we needed for a 1 night stop

Rooms recently modernised. The layout is a bit cramped for two. Eg only one chair, 1 slim pillow each, and 1 extra in a bag, not 2. So TV high enough on wall to give neck ache.

This hotel is in a busy area with a lot of traffic. There are good electric car chargers in the car park. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good. The room was newly refurbished. They made my dog welcome. I liked the bathroom.

Good hôtel near the train station for a low price. Do not expect a 4* hotel, but regarding price/quality they do deliver. They are quick to confirm reservation despite late arrival and the departure process is lightning fast. Room is decent and clean, and as long as you bring earplugs like for any hotel like this you will have a good night sleep.

The staff are the real stars here. Front desk staff always smiling, professional and welcoming. Staff at breakfast friendly and the maintenance man who seemed to be busy was also happy and smiling. Th rooms are very quiet, beds comfy, close to tram, restaurants and nice little pool that was perfect to cool down in at the end of a long day.

We were informed that the table wasn't cleared after breakfast the day before yesterday. Honestly, we weren't aware that guests are expected to clean up after themselves, especially at a 100 euro per night hotel. There weren't any signs explaining the breakfast policy, and unfortunately, the staff member who spoke to us only communicated in French, making it difficult to understand the procedures

The internet is very complicated, we had to re-verify our email addresses every time we entered the hotel to be able to reconnect. On the iPhone we had to 'forget' the network first to be able to reconnect. We travel a lot and never encountered such a bad connection experience. Once connected the internet was fine.
