Service:very slow for a lot of things. Attitude is good but you need to wait very very long time to solve an issue, to Check in, because I think it’s simply under staff? Room is ok and big and view is good, however, rather strong smelt of detergent or deodorant. Location : park next to hotel is great I had dinner, presentation was fabulous, but fish was not fresh to my standards. Worthwhile staying...
Platinum Elite status and didn’t feel appreciated while staying at this location. The female front desk lady was nice and helpful when we first arrived. The room was not ready so she assisted us with our bags. We came back around 3pm and the gentleman who checked us in gave us a room that was not made. We went back to the lobby and got another room. Our room received 2 water on the first day,...
We stay here at least once a year and love it. The staff are great and helpful and patient with my lack of French. They are always kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are comfortable and big. The restaurant is excellent, both the food and the service. I would definitely give it 5 stars. It is between a river and a lake and the parks are wonderful to walk in any time--especially...
Booked a night there for the Light Festival in Lyon. Wasn’t disappointed at all. The room was quite large and there was even a small balcony which I believe can be nice to enjoy the view and warm weather in the summer. The TV in the room had lots of local and international channel to watch, however we couldn’t manage to link our Netflix account to the TV. It appears that the TV wasn’t connected to...
I only had a business dinner at ZUCCA Restaurant of Marriott Hotel Cité International, but it was an outstanding experience. The dinner was exquisite, perfectly paired with excellent wine, and the dessert was both delicate and delicious. The waiters were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room/ bathroom is big enough but the cleaning could have been a whole lot better unfortunately. It's not giving the 4-star vibes you're paying for. Last night there were incredibly noisy party people next to us and a lot of guests had complained apparently. We were told at the reception that they were aware of the noise and they said sorry for the inconvenience...

The welcome is always warm and professional. The rooms are very nice — not ultra-luxurious, but definitely comfortable and pleasant. What truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing spa with diverse facilities, and the huge outdoor pool, which is a real luxury in the center of Lyon, especially in summer when there are few alternatives in the city. One point to note: the requirement for men to wear...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Birthday Stay! My wife, my cat, and I stayed at Hôtel Lyon Métropole for my birthday and loved it. The hotel decorated our room beautifully, and it looked even better than the photos online. Staff were very friendly and helped us park when the garage was full. The sauna and pool area was super clean and relaxing. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Lyon!
My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for one night. The experience was very nice. Everything was clean and we felt welcome. We loved the spa area, especially the outdoor pool and saunas, only the hot tub was quite cold. I also appreciate that there is a women only section. What was very unfortunate though is that there were not really vegan options for breakfast. It was very hard to find something...
We did enjoy our stay here. Mainly because it was a heatwave in Lyon and spending two nights here beats being in our hot apartment with no AC. Though they could do with some improvements. Positives: Rooms were cool but not cold and very spacious. My toddler loved the pool and they had a baby pool area. I always love a gym so that was a plus There was free babysitting service. Negatives: Not much...
Great place with comfortable rooms and amazing pools. Was the perfect stop over on the way to the South of France. It’s made clear that if you don’t book the spa access the pools are not included so there should be no surprises on that.
Biggest City SPA in Europe. It has an Olympic sized outdoor pool. Food is very good. Breakfast is great. Balconies are humongous. Very good rooms and bathrooms. WiFi is not working in the rooms only downstairs I don’t know why. There is a nice hairdresser inside the hotel. If you have children there is a very good kids club in the SPA areas. You can also play squash and table tennis there. We had an...

Our stay was just WOW! The beautiful design and luxurious rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to the other hotels we had stayed at in Lyon. Arts Hotels Lyon doesn’t fail to disappoint. Our room was really comfortable and very romantic, ideal for our wedding anniversary. Me and my family was there for the second time and we was again impressive from the service from there rooms and from the breakfast the Employees are very kind. From my side a highly recommend. Love greetings from Germany
The staff were amazing especially Valerie on reception, she was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for trains, trams to go and explore the city. Breakfast was excellent and again staff very friendly. Would recommend
Welcoming front desk and quick to check in. The room we stayed in did let the rating down though and so I wouldn't say this was a four star hotel unfortunately. A separate toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard was barely big enough for a grown man. The coffee making facilities were very basic too.
An excellent experience during our stay - our room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room. The breakfast was excellent, very varied, and good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our stay in Lyon.
Stayed here for a night before my transit to France. The hotel is convenient near the main train station. Although there was smell of **** outside the building, the room was clean and big. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. There is a small fan and you have to open the windows. This may be a problem for those staying in summer or are sensitive to noise. Overall it was a comfortable...
It's the second time I went to this hotel, and i am quite happy with my stay. Location is great, there is a lot of outdoor restaurants nearby. The breakfast in the restaurant is nice and quite a lot of choices. Room are well decorated clean and comfortable. This place was super quirky but had a lot of good things going for it. The location is right in the center of the old city with a ton of classic Lyonnais restaurants in every direction, as well as plenty of patisseries, gift shops, and the marionettes museums. The building itself is VERY Lyon, with the classic stacked staircases look you'll see throughout the old city and its traboules. But the rooms...
Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for touring Vieux Lyon.
Beautiful building. Gorgeous rooms, if not a little dark. Lovely indoor pool, but only really big enough for one person, or a couple to swim.
Restaurant experience review. Very beautifully presented and tasty food. Great staff service too.
Beautiful building, very unique and sexy rooms (albeit some may think they're slightly claustrophobic and in need of refreshing), great service, and the best location. Really, the location simply can't be beat. The downside is that many of the rooms badly need renovation, especially since some don't have a shower (!!!) and the spa could use some renovation as well. I was told that Raddison is going...
Really intriguing place to stay in for a weekend. Lots of small restaurants around and intact architecture to explore. I'm really impressed with the social atmosphere in Lyon. During the evening time the smell of amazing scents coming out from nearby boutiques, confectionery shops will make you feel relaxed and amazed. Worth coming over ?.

卫生:Very clean and perfect. 环境:It is close to the station. It is very convenient if you use the station. 服务:They were very kind. They gave me tourist information and a map. 设施:Unfortunately, there was a problem with the electricity on the day of the visit, and the lights kept going on and off, which was very inconvenient. The problem continued throughout the night.
Convenient location just next to the train station. Helpful staff Spacious room Air conditioning is good in summer But the complimentary tea bags expired on the day we checked in
Good sized room and lovely bathroom. The location near the station was really good so easy to get to the old town by metro. Only point off was the air-conditioning. Even at full blast set at lowest level it has limited affect.
It was a pleasant stay. Awesome for a family. Rooms are large. One bedroom can accomodate 2 adults & 2 kids. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms which made showering efficient.
The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Lyon Train Station, a 2-minute walk from the station. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and hygienic. The front desk service is enthusiastic. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old town
We stayed for 6 nights. The location is excellent being essentially at the centre of Lyon transport- the Rhinexpress tram from the airport stops about 50m from the hotel, and the Part Dieu SNCF station is next door. Trams are outside and on the other side of the SNCF station, and the metro is there as well. There is a huge Westfield shopping centre beside the SNCF. The rooms were excellent, except...

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay. The entire front desk team was welcoming and very friendly. They took very good care of me. The hotel room was modern, large and had great amenities. Location was close to everything and walkable to great restaurants and bars. I’d recommend staying here again.
The best hotel in my month long trip. The spacious room actually looks better than the photos on the website. A small boutique hotel right in the centre of Lyon, within walking distance to most places for food and shopping. Bed is comfortable, the bathrooms come with nuxe toiletries. Room bar is complimentary. Staff at front desk is friendly and helpful. What a change from some of the other hotels...
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts is in a prime location for all the best of Lyon has to offer. We were greeted warmly and provided the best service our entire stay. Room was very comfortable and a great view of the city. The breakfast they provided was also so impressive and I already miss it! Thank you we will be back!
The room is lovely and spacious. Best is the location, right in t he middle of the city, making it really walkable. Lots of eateries and shopping around the hotel. Unfortunately, I was not given the free upgrade; nonetheless, the room I had in the corner was really nice.
This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Lyon. The hotel is right in the middle of great shopping and cafes with easy walking to the old city and many other attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms are well appointed, spacious with several closets, and comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast offers variety and self service so you can get a quick start to your adventures...
Staff were super friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Rooms were clean although bathroom was quite small. Nice and warm in the cold weather. Express breakfast was reasonable value for money, being much cheaper than the buffet breakfast.

Great location! The staff were friendly. The room was clean and tidy. However, there was no kettle or hairdryer.
Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location with buses, trams and the train station close by so it's easy to get around. I also felt very safe walking around as a solo female traveller. The service from the reception staff was second to none. They are very friendly and polite. The double room was of a good size and clean. I want to mention that the housekeeping team were really efficient...
Small but clean rooms, worth it for the price we paid also the beds were really comfortable 🥰 The hotel was more like on a place out of the beautiful part out of the city
High-cost performance hotel, and reasonable price was good for us. A clean room and highly functional room was a better place that attract tourists.

The location is fantastic on top of a hill overlooking Lyon. Staff are very courteous and professional, but hotel needs to be updated. Specially the pool and spa area. The tiles of the pool were literally chipped off. It looked dated. Room has a nice view to the garden, but it does not feel luxurious. I am not sure about five star , this hotel is at best 3 or 4 star. Housekeeping is definitely an issue...

Great: Staff, view, wellness area. Room is rather small for the price. You should be in decent shape as the hill is quite steep or you’ll have to Uber every time you want to go out.
Very nice hotel design, great staff. Bartender knew what he was doing, and was game for something interesting (eg. Tequila Old Fashioned). Rooms are as you would expect at a place like this, although I found there to be a little lack of drawer/storage space to unpack for a few days. Bathrooms have separate small rooms for shower and WC - a definite plus - and although there is the ubiquitous window...
We enjoyed four beautiful nights in this elegant, beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed, particularly the bathrooms. Service was personal, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The views of the old town are fantastic, but be prepared for the walk, Uber or scooter ride up and down the hill each day if you’re planning to stay here to explore Lyon over several days.

For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Everyone who works there is really helpful, and everyone speaks English, which is a huge plus for me. My only issue was the air conditioning, or serious lack of it. The week we were in Lyon it was routinely 80-90 degrees F out and the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to even make a dent in the heat. If there had been AC I would give this place 5 stars...
The hotel room was a good size, everything worked and it was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. It was about a 10minute walk to Vieux lyon which suited us fine to be away from the crowds. We alos appreciated the welcome drink.
Everyone was amazing. The front desk was super helpful. They made dinner reservations for us, checked us in quickly and friendly. Cleaners and breakfast service also amazing. Door man super helpful too. Great stay!
The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful with bags, restaurant recommendations, a taxi service to the countryside. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The hotel bar staff was very nice even after I forgot to pay my bill on the way out. I was really impressed with the hotel as a whole. Highly recommend!
The Hotel Carlton Lyon was a perfect conclusion to a 10-day travel adventure in France and Switzerland. The advanced online check-in and my room being ready early, allowed me to settle in for a restful night before our flight home. The comfortable room and delicious breakfast was much appreciated.
Perfect location for visiting Lyon! We stayed here just one night but loved how centrally located it was. The staff were all very nice and helpful, and the valet parking was a great service to have as well when parking in a city. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Lyon!

For its value it is excellent, the food was generally good, room was very basic but had what you need, staff was kind and the hotel had a very modern feel.
The hotel is really hip and nicely decorated. The restaurant Karlito was heaven sent! A great Italian. When we entered the hotel thought the restaurant, we decided to cancel our reservation in the center and eat there. And was the right choice. Finally we got some good charcuterie board and good wine ( believe it or not we had a hard time to find them in Lyon during the Christmas exceptional time)...
Small, but cozy rooms. Nice atmosphere, friendly people. The toilet in the room is not sound-or odorproof, so it‘s good every room has a small balcony.
With a strike taking place for Iberia, my travel plans were delayed and I lost most of y reservations. So instead of staying Vieux Lyon (old town) the only available decent hotel was MOB in the more modern Confluence area. This hotel is good for crashing and I noticed some work groups utilizing the spaces downstairs. It's modern and has what you need but it's small and confined and far from the best...

Good hotel Rooms good Breakfast Restaurant is small with not much varieties .. Friendly reception staff .
A nice Best Western Hotel located on a secondary street close to the Rhone and the Wilson bridge. The receptionists are very hospitable. My room on the 7th floor was very nice, good size and well decorated room with a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of products. The location is ideal and the welcome is warm. However, the room is cramped and lacks comfort, with a stuffy atmosphere. It would be nice to have a tea and coffee maker available for added convenience.
It's a typical French value-for-money hotel. There aren't any amenities, and you'd be grateful for just a towel... I recommend it only to those who are focused on the price. Don't expect much from the room.

Nice and comfortable - lovely and friendly service from the receptionists. The sheets were not extremely soft but the towels were lovely: the yardstick to judge a hotel by, in my opinion. Really good central location too, surrounded by the old town and lots of pubs, bars, restaurants.
It was great stay, location clean but no refrigerator in the room. Even though the area is busy, the room was quiet. Simple room and good service as well.
