Our stay was just WOW! The beautiful design and luxurious rooms were surprisingly spacious compared to the other hotels we had stayed at in Lyon. Arts Hotels Lyon doesn’t fail to disappoint. Our room was really comfortable and very romantic, ideal for our wedding anniversary. It is in the best part of the city, central but quiet and within walking distance of Bellecour and the old part of the city...

This place was super quirky but had a lot of good things going for it. The location is right in the center of the old city with a ton of classic Lyonnais restaurants in every direction, as well as plenty of patisseries, gift shops, and the marionettes museums. The building itself is VERY Lyon, with the classic stacked staircases look you'll see throughout the old city and its traboules. But the rooms...
Room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for touring Vieux Lyon.
Beautiful building. Gorgeous rooms, if not a little dark. Lovely indoor pool, but only really big enough for one person, or a couple to swim.
Restaurant experience review. Very beautifully presented and tasty food. Great staff service too.
Beautiful building, very unique and sexy rooms (albeit some may think they're slightly claustrophobic and in need of refreshing), great service, and the best location. Really, the location simply can't be beat. The downside is that many of the rooms badly need renovation, especially since some don't have a shower (!!!) and the spa could use some renovation as well. I was told that Raddison is going...
Really intriguing place to stay in for a weekend. Lots of small restaurants around and intact architecture to explore. I'm really impressed with the social atmosphere in Lyon. During the evening time the smell of amazing scents coming out from nearby boutiques, confectionery shops will make you feel relaxed and amazed. Worth coming over ?.

The location is fantastic on top of a hill overlooking Lyon. Staff are very courteous and professional, but hotel needs to be updated. Specially the pool and spa area. The tiles of the pool were literally chipped off. It looked dated. Room has a nice view to the garden, but it does not feel luxurious. I am not sure about five star , this hotel is at best 3 or 4 star. Housekeeping is definitely an issue...
Had an excellent massage from Jeanne. Perfectly relaxing and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Great: Staff, view, wellness area. Room is rather small for the price. You should be in decent shape as the hill is quite steep or you’ll have to Uber every time you want to go out.
Very nice hotel design, great staff. Bartender knew what he was doing, and was game for something interesting (eg. Tequila Old Fashioned). Rooms are as you would expect at a place like this, although I found there to be a little lack of drawer/storage space to unpack for a few days. Bathrooms have separate small rooms for shower and WC - a definite plus - and although there is the ubiquitous window...
We enjoyed four beautiful nights in this elegant, beautiful hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and well appointed, particularly the bathrooms. Service was personal, friendly, nothing was ever a problem. The views of the old town are fantastic, but be prepared for the walk, Uber or scooter ride up and down the hill each day if you’re planning to stay here to explore Lyon over several days.

we were able to get into our room a little bit earlier than the check-in of 4 PM which was much appreciated. Our room had a spectacular view of the Rhone. Everyone from the front desk to the Bell person was very helpful. The room was very comfortable. However, it could have used a few more outlets, and the shower tub combination was not great as the tub was quite high to have to step into. otherwise...
Hotel is ideally located for exploring the city. Concierge was a great source of knowledge and advice on what to see and do. Staff overall were so helpful. Hotel is immaculately clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend highly
Really recommend this hotel. Perfect location in Lyon, Valet parking (€30/night). Lovely lobby and entrance, meeting 5 star expectations. Very friendly, capable and professional staff too! Location was as good as we could expect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, complimentary minibar (water, soft drinks and nuts) more than made-up for this. I will stay here again on our next trip to Lyon.
Location of this hotel is not bad. Parking also exists and they have own places. The room is also fine and a team is friendly. For me always important that a mattress is comfortable, otherwise i cannot sleep and here the mattress was good.
Very dated room with many issues including: * Bathroom tiles broken, loose, with gaps/missing grouting or mould in the grouting. * All the furniture was scuffed and chipped. * Massive stain on the carpet in the room. * Peeling paint throughout. * Enamel peeling on the bath. However, the bed was amazing as was the location and the view. Overall a bit surprised for a 5* hotel.
We stayed for one week 3 rooms and we loved the location, staff and the breakfast. Valentine at the concierge was superb, with all suggestions in what to do and ready to help. Hotel is located in the perfect spot close to Old Town Lyon or across the River. Rooms are small but for Europe standards they are big, in my opinion. Breakfast is located on the top floor with amazing views of Lyon, and the...

Wonderful hotel in the central square of Lyon. Almost all the sights can be reached on foot. Friendly staff. Good soundproofing. Comfortable beds. In the photo the view from the room.
The room is spacious, close to the subway station, and the lobby is decorated with unique features
The view from the room was very beautiful. We booked two different room types, one with a red theme and one with a blue theme. They were both gorgeous. The bathroom was large and the breakfast was delicious.
The service attitude is good, and the location is good, but the facilities in the hotel room are too old. The TV automatically turns off after turning it on. I called the service staff, and after watching it for two minutes and leaving, it automatically turns off again. The cabinet under the TV, the door on the left falls down when the door is opened. Beautiful hotel on top of hill over looking Lyon. Great amenities in the hotel and breakfast was excellent. We were nicely greeted by staff and staff was extremely helpful friendly and accommodating during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
The Hotel is stunning but, be aware there are 235 steps to get down to the old town. Both my husband and I had serious back surgeries last year and this was a real issue for us. The staff were very helpful. We had a drink in the bar and could have bought 3 bottles of wine in a local shop for the price of one glass of wine.
We decided to leave Chamonix early and head to Lyon. The best decision we could make. Villa Florentine made everything so wonderful the beautiful rooms, excellent beds, quiet, and the marvelous staff. We arrived later in the evening and the staff immediately helped with reservations for dinners, for the evening and the following night. The meals were excellent and the restaurants what we had requested...
Stayed two nights. The room was very quiet, the view from the room was great giving a look over the city. The employees where very happy to help and jump in anytime we needed anything. They even called us to make sure we were able to eat despite our late arrival on day 1. Do not hesitate this hotel is wonderful. One of the best in Lyon!
My husband and I loved our stay at Villa Florentine. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were helped with our bags all the time and greeted every time we passed the reception. The room was clean and we had a great view.
The hotel is located on a hill, giving it a great view of Lyon. The rooms are very nice and cleaned often. The staff are extremely courteous and always willing to help with any questions you may have. Booked a night there for the Light Festival in Lyon. Wasn’t disappointed at all. The room was quite large and there was even a small balcony which I believe can be nice to enjoy the view and warm weather in the summer. I only had a business dinner at ZUCCA Restaurant of Marriott Hotel Cité International, but it was an outstanding experience. The dinner was exquisite, perfectly paired with excellent wine, and the dessert was both delicate and delicious. The waiters were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Highly recommended!
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room/ bathroom is big enough but the cleaning could have been a whole lot better unfortunately. It's not giving the 4-star vibes you're paying for. The welcome is always warm and professional. The rooms are very nice — not ultra-luxurious, but definitely comfortable and pleasant. What truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing spa with diverse facilities, and the huge outdoor pool, which is a real luxury in the center of Lyon, especially in summer when there are few alternatives in the city. One point to note: the requirement for men to wear...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Birthday Stay! My wife, my cat, and I stayed at Hôtel Lyon Métropole for my birthday and loved it. The hotel decorated our room beautifully, and it looked even better than the photos online. Staff were very friendly and helped us park when the garage was full. The sauna and pool area was super clean and relaxing. We’ll definitely come back when we’re in Lyon!
My girlfriend and I stayed in this hotel for one night. The experience was very nice. Everything was clean and we felt welcome. We loved the spa area, especially the outdoor pool and saunas, only the hot tub was quite cold. I also appreciate that there is a women only section. What was very unfortunate though is that there were not really vegan options for breakfast. It was very hard to find something...
We did enjoy our stay here. Mainly because it was a heatwave in Lyon and spending two nights here beats being in our hot apartment with no AC. Though they could do with some improvements. Positives: Rooms were cool but not cold and very spacious. My toddler loved the pool and they had a baby pool area. I always love a gym so that was a plus There was free babysitting service. Negatives: Not much...
Great place with comfortable rooms and amazing pools. Was the perfect stop over on the way to the South of France. It’s made clear that if you don’t book the spa access the pools are not included so there should be no surprises on that.
Biggest City SPA in Europe. It has an Olympic sized outdoor pool. Food is very good. Breakfast is great. Balconies are humongous. Very good rooms and bathrooms. WiFi is not working in the rooms only downstairs I don’t know why. There is a nice hairdresser inside the hotel. If you have children there is a very good kids club in the SPA areas. The staff were amazing especially Valerie on reception, she was very helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for trains, trams to go and explore the city. Breakfast was excellent and again staff very friendly. Would recommend
Welcoming front desk and quick to check in. The room we stayed in did let the rating down though and so I wouldn't say this was a four star hotel unfortunately. A separate toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard was barely big enough for a grown man. The coffee making facilities were very basic too.
An excellent experience during our stay - our room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room. The breakfast was excellent, very varied, and good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location, we were able to walk almost everywhere during our stay in Lyon.
Stayed here for a night before my transit to France. The hotel is convenient near the main train station. Although there was smell of **** outside the building, the room was clean and big. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. There is a small fan and you have to open the windows. This may be a problem for those staying in summer or are sensitive to noise. The problem continued throughout the night.
Convenient location just next to the train station. Helpful staff Spacious room Air conditioning is good in summer But the complimentary tea bags expired on the day we checked in
Good sized room and lovely bathroom. The location near the station was really good so easy to get to the old town by metro. Only point off was the air-conditioning. Even at full blast set at lowest level it has limited affect.
It was a pleasant stay. Awesome for a family. Rooms are large. One bedroom can accomodate 2 adults & 2 kids. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms which made showering efficient.
The hotel is in a prime location, right next to Lyon Train Station, a 2-minute walk from the station. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, clean and hygienic. The front desk service is enthusiastic. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the old town
We stayed for 6 nights. The location is excellent being essentially at the centre of Lyon transport- the Rhinexpress tram from the airport stops about 50m from the hotel, and the Part Dieu SNCF station is next door. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Everyone who works there is really helpful, and everyone speaks English, which is a huge plus for me. My only issue was the air conditioning, or serious lack of it. The hotel room was a good size, everything worked and it was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. It was about a 10minute walk to Vieux lyon which suited us fine to be away from the crowds. We alos appreciated the welcome drink.
Everyone was amazing. The front desk was super helpful. They made dinner reservations for us, checked us in quickly and friendly. Cleaners and breakfast service also amazing. Door man super helpful too. Great stay!
The Hotel staff was very kind and helpful with bags, restaurant recommendations, a taxi service to the countryside. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. The hotel is located next to park area and with direct bus access to the city centre. There is a play area in the ground floor for kids, and gym available in the hotel. A star was taken as air conditioning was not functioning properly.
Excellent customer service!! The hotel went out of its way to accommodate my special request. Much appreciated. Very clean room, and the room service food was delicious and service was prompt. And, I love the little thoughtful touches in the room (eg space in mini bar for personal use, chocolates on my bed, aromatherapy to help with sleep).

I recently stayed at the hotel in Lyon for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was charming, with a lovely special vibe that added character to the space. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location was very convenient, situated close to the metro, which made it easy to explore the...
This was my first time here and the hotel staff were very accommodating and professional. I had a wonderful stay and a great breakfast in the morning.
Excellent accommodation, great food and service.
Great location if you come for a seminar by train to Lyon Perrache. Take the exit Court Savoie or Rue Carnot and the hotel is only a few meters on the left. Reception is at the same level then the train station exits. Very handy. Train and metro 4 stations. Very nice decor as this is an old château. Breakfast OK but not amazing for 19 euros. Good facility for a c. 150 PEOPLE. Helpful staff
Nice hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. The parking underneath is a subject for prior booking! We have got no place to park. Unfortunately the personnel could not make us a breakfast to takeaway for an early checkout, which I though is a standard around the world.
Very comfortable and quiet on weekends. Beautiful interior, nice view and friendly personal. Breakfast is frensh and good, coffee delicious. Beds are cosy and excellent sleep.

Awesome hotel. Air conditioning worked well which was needed with the heat in June. We had a balcony room and it was absolutely stunning. Free snacks and drinks a real bonus. Late check out was great! Bed was super comfortable and the linen was nice. Staff were lovely. Fantastic location. 10/10
An incredible location, right on the Lafayette bridge which connects each of the city's sections, very walkable! We booked a second story balcony room, it had luxurious high ceilings with double french windows that actually open, which was great for the nights where A/C wasn't needed (the A/C worked great otherwise, and the windows are completely soundproof). The view from the balcony was amazing,...
If I could give this hotel a 3.5 stars I would. Pros: location is great, staff was wonderfully friendly and attentive. Every request we had was catered to and they kept the rooms very clean. Cons: giving 3 stars because the experience of actually staying in the room was average. It was a nice big room, but they made the bathroom so uncomfortably small and I’m not sure why. They had so much space to...
In a quiet yet central part of town, Okko’s location offers access to the old town, the buzzing area of bars and restaurants between the two rivers, and the area around the central train station where you can find Galleria Lafayette and Les Halles de Paul Bocuse market. The walk by the river at the doorsteps of the hotel is amazing, great for a morning run, walking dogs, and with a good selection of...
Great walkability and location. Rooms are standard, definitely nothing fancy. Biggest problem is the shower floods out the floor of the entire bathroom so that there’s standing water around the toilet. Told the front desk staff, and they said “it’s just the design”
Very nice hotel, perfect to visit Lyon due to its central position. The room are clean and tidy and the personnel is young and super gentle. Breakfast ok. There’s also an aperitif included in the price (with drinks on your charge though) but we didn’t have time to try it. One negative point: the bathroom of the basic room has the walls made out of opaque glass, making the light go through and it was...

早餐品種豐富。酒店附近也有小超市,google map搜一下就到從老城裡麪找******甚至可以買到方便麪(這次旅行時間太長了,居然有點想念)員工都是專業的。 另外感受到雅高集團在法國的優勢
Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly Highly recommend
The location is great, in the heart of downtown Lyon, surrounded by lively places, very close to all attractions, within walking distance. The room facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable. The hygiene is good! The service is warm and meticulous. The hotel's breakfast is great and of high quality, and it is equipped with a freshly squeezed orange juice machine!
Carpet is smelly, the showerhead is too low (around 1m, designed only for children?) and not able to adjust the height. A staff opened my door in the morning without knocking at the door. Dont come.
Good location. Poor Air-conditioning. They provided us a fan when we asked though, so not really much to complain about. Would recommend.
The room is small but clean. The front desk service is friendly and the English communication is smooth. The transportation is very convenient and there are many attractions around. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel to choose from.

Very good location, close to Halle’s Bocuse and 20min walk to Old Lyon
Close to the city center, 10 minutes walk, convenient for shopping
Our family has stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel is always good. The staff is welcoming and professional. The hotel is beautiful and clean. It smells good when you walk into the hotel. The breakfast is delicious. The location is very good.
Very good location that is not noisy even though is near to train station.
Mercure is a great hotel with excellent staff. They are friendly and professional. Parking fee of EU28/day is a high but reasonable. Slight downside is construction noise opposite during July 2024
There are better hotels in this network, for example in Munich!!!! There is clearly a mismatch between price and quality! If the price were more reasonable, it would be a solid four, but it would be a minus 4.

The food and service in the restaurant was very good
The hotel I stayed at during the French exhibition is not too far from the exhibition. Sanitation: It is still relatively clean and tidy. Facility: After all, it is new, opened in 24 years. Environment: It is still relatively OK, I will consider staying here again next time.
I was disappointed because even when I said I was celebrating a special date, they didn't do anything... not a letter, nothing. I requested and paid for early check in, they assured me that the room would be ready at 11am and it was only at 12pm that I got the room. I asked for a dental kit, in addition to the absurd cost of €6.50 (when in most hotels it is completely free) they also told me that if...
The hotel is average, nothing special. After all, it is a chain hotel, and the service is self-service. For breakfast in Europe, don't even think about the hot stalls. The fruit is worth mentioning.
Newly renovated, no odor in the room, a little smell in the corridor, comfortable room, modern decoration, very fashionable, staff took the initiative to arrange a baby bed, delicious breakfast, met the staff after check-out, the staff took the initiative to greet, very enthusiastic, but recommend booking a room, more favorable
