The staff are all very nice. The facilities are old but for a European hotel, they are well equipped. Water pressure is also sufficient. The Perrier, juice and snacks in the room fridge are free. The location of the hotel is super good, right on the pedestrian street. What's especially considerate is that the two rooms are arranged together with a door in the middle, which is very good! David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

Our room had a shower over the bath which you couldn’t get under rendering it useless as a shower. Also there was no ‘rubber’ strip under the shower screen so the floor got soaked. The garage was unavailable so had to park in road. It was ok and saved €50!

This was a great hotel to stay in for our quick trip to Lyon. It is a great location that is walkable to lots of sitesa and shopping. It is in an area with a lot of one way streets and pedestrian only roads so it was very difficult for the Uber to get to the hotel. If possible easy drop of point was only 2 blocks away. Coty Hotel My room wasn't very clean throughout the week. The furniture were in poor condition. The desk was missing an office chair. I had a soft arm-chair that was far too low to work on my laptop. The bathroom smelled really bad, and the ventilation didn't work at all. There was mold all over the shower seals. All of this made my stay unpleasant. I will choose a different hotel in the future.

Beautiful hotel with some history to it. Unfortunately, the renovation of the rooms are very modern and they did not incorporate original elements. Within your room, it is like any comfortable premier inn, clean and comfortable but without character. However, once outside of your room, the architecture is much more interesting. There is a lovely restaurant and bar, also a small outdoor swimming pool...

Great Hotel in the heart of the City. Walking distance to most attractions and heaps of great restaurants and shops nearby.  Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.  Would recommend and stay here again!

The room was comfortable and perfect for our trip. It was not fancy- furniture was very economical. The room offered the correct needed items.

This hotel is very good in Lyon center.

The location was excellent as it was close to all parts of town and 3 minutes away from the closest metro station. The hotel employees are beyond amazing and make you feel home.

Everything is good and next to the commercial area.
