What a delightful hotel. I loved the location, the friendliness, the breakfast and free coffee. And staff were so helpful! They were so welcoming and took time to get to know the needs of the guests. I’m an annual visitor to Lyon and will certainly stay again.

Super convenient location near city center and Place Bellecour ! Cozy room with free coffee and tea at lobby. Friendly staff with 5 star services ! Recommend to stay when you are visiting Lyon .

The staff was so friendly (and fluent in English!) and the room was clean and cozy. It was a wonderful jumping off point for my days' adventures around the city. I immediately fell in love with the neighbourhood and was close enough to walk everywhere. The area felt safe enough to walk home from dinner after dark.

Excellent place to stay in Lyon. The location is central and easy to get to from the bus station. Close to a metro stop, shopping, restaurants, and the river. Easy walk from hotel to Old Town and Fourviere Hill, too.
The customer service was excellent. The front desk team is warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond for us several times during our stay. We arrived very early by bus and we were allowed into our room hours early (which is something I did not expect but I am very grateful).
I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon.

I booked this hotel based on positive reviews, but I was really disappointed. There were several hairs in my bed, and the decorative bedding sheets were dirty and clearly never washed. When I reported this to reception, they didn't offer to change the bed or do anything about it.
Additionally, the room was extremely dark, making it difficult to tell whether it was morning or night.
This hotel is definitely not worth the price. It deserves 1 star for its great location.

Excellent little hotel in the city centre. Very friendly staff, renovated rooms. The rooms are small, but bedding and towals of good quality. Very close to a parking, lots of shops and restaurants around.

The internet is very complicated, we had to re-verify our email addresses every time we entered the hotel to be able to reconnect. On the iPhone we had to 'forget' the network first to be able to reconnect. We travel a lot and never encountered such a bad connection experience. Once connected the internet was fine.

It’s ok but not great you get what you pay for: small room, soft mattress (bad back every morning!) no point getting the breakfast there is a very good boulangerie down the road when you will spend half the money for a great French breakfast. Cleaning is not great either ( hair in bathroom and on door handle!!!!!) but the location is amazing. Can’t beat the rates for a location that central! I don’t think I’ll come back but again if you are on a budget you won’t find cheaper in the hyper center.
