Radisson Blu Hotel, Lyon

Super friendly staff at the reception, very clean-quiet rooms. Good access to public transportation.
The only negative point was about the breakfast: very limited options, and you could find them empty and not recharged.

Good that it was only one night! Freezing cold in the room , although the girl from reception was very helpful and brought us heater ( but unfortunately it is super small and didn’t help anyhow) .
Music till 2 AM wasn’t helping to rest either.
Smell from the bathroom was a cherry on top of the cake . Not talking about water pressure in the shower - felt like you can count each drop it is giving .
The only reception ladies and gentlemen with their positive and helpful attitude made our stay not that miserable.
Location actually is good , just right next to the mall and enjoyable walk to any parts of the town .
Beautiful view from the room ! The size of the room is quite small but manageable , in the end of the day we didn’t come to resign there - just to sleep and keep our belongings safe .
Breakfast - good variety , but waitresses need to be more attentive.

Radisson blu, as always, offers a reliable and pleasant stay, with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The rooms and service were excellent, and the breakfast selection was extensive. This time, I also enjoyed a fantastic view of the city of Lyon. The panoramic bar, with its great cocktails, was a highlight, and the peaceful sleep made the breakfast experience even better. Looking forward to staying here again.

Excellent place for a short stay when arriving at Lyon Part Dieu. Accessible by walking through the mall, with panoramic views from every room. The tower itself is a bit dated and the rooms are approaching need for refurbishment, but they were comfortable and the staff made up for any issues with their friendly, welcoming attitude. Our room had the sofa configured as a bed for our toddler. Nice continental breakfast was included in our rate. Walkable to a lovely food market and several very enjoyable restaurants, plus a massive shopping mall.

View and room are great. Parking is really difficult to find. No signs at all, while the road is closed. In the end you need to go on the bus/taxi lane (while officially not allowed). Therefore not 5stars

Great hotel, alot of construction in the area and hard to get to it. We arrived 8:30 pm and no where in this area to find dinner as everything closes early. Had to settle for a boring sandwich at the front desk. But the rooms were nice, breakfast was decent.

Very good hotel. Freshly refurbished room, nice view on the city.

The bar serves good cocktails (bit of a waiting time). Parking of the hotel was full… that shouldn’t happen, I had to park a bit far in the street.

Nice room, well decorated, very clean. Magnificent view from the room. The only negative point is the entrance of the building. The road / sidewalk to enter into the hotel is quite dirty. Certainly doesn't deserve to be the entering road for a four star hotel !

We stayed two nights in this hotel.

The check-in was not very smooth: there were many guests wanting to check in and it took quite a long time. The person who checked us in was not very friendly: no smile and not very enthusiastic. We did not feel very welcome.

Room is ok: beautiful view over the city. The bed is rather small (150 cm) and a bit hard.

Breakfast is good and is served in a very nice breakfast room. The lady who welcomes the guests at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
