didn't like the answer, so here is the review i promised. will never use your platform again. I reccomend hotels.com, customer service is superb.
Also the directions for arriving by car could be greatly improved if there was an explanation that you need to go to Reception to gain access as there is no intercom and that the car park is under the building (as opposed to what looked like the car park behind the building). Also clarity over the pricing would be good as the website implies it is free when it was far from free.
