A lovely hotel. Fantastic location. Guest focused service. Luxurious room and bath, with a wonderful river view. Breakfast offerings were expansive, diverse, and delicious. Did not have the opportunity to take advantage of the spa. Brigitte is a gracious and delightful host. Oh, and very dog friendly.

Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.

Great location. Best point of the hotel is the bedding really outstanding , rooms are comfortable, Julia at the front desk is really nice and welcoming.
I definitely don t give 5 stars because of the WiFi not working and the water pressure is really weak .. you cannot enjoy a good relaxing shower after a good day

Lovely stay! I would highly recommend staying here. Orleans was a great stop and this was the most perfectly located hotel close to all the shops, restaurants, river etc. It was so lovely to be across the street from the river. I would definitely stay here again. thank you@

this hotel is located perfect to get around the city right on the river. some of the rooms have view of the river It was actually built in the early 1400s which makes it historical ibeen re-renovated again in 2014. 30 rooms and three suites 11 our room was small We had a standard room. They have larger rooms. I’m sure .Very artist decorated the bathroom had no door on it so that was a little peculiar The bed was very comfortable. The sheets are nice and towels were very nice room was spotless. The only reason I didn’t give 5 star was because . you’re in a four star hotel they gave you soap no other toiletries I did get body lotion when I asked for it they did not have. shower caps that was disappointing. The breakfast was good. The front desk was very helpful.

Great location and lovely hotel. We changed room since the first we got was adjacent to another room and too loud due to the door between the rooms. The second room was great. Lively area around the hotel with lots of restaurants. Great staff.
