Best Western Au Trocadero

Anika, we were guest at the hotel and you treated use like we were some low class scammers when I told you we were pick pocketed after I showed you the card and then went to park when we were pick pocketed at the garage you recommended. No one from the states is trying to pull any tricks for a hotel stay I can assure you of that. When my other card declined as my payment didn’t post yet as it’s set on the states time and you were condescending when it declined as you were trying to prove some kind of point by holding it up machine instead of asking for another card which we had no problem handing to you with your rude demeanor. It was likely people you knew that stole my husband phone and my credit card.

Everyone else that worked there were lovely and had etiquette. That’s why my rating is 3 as they did a great job.

Ideally located close to the Eiffel tower and steps from the Metro (subway) rooms although small are very clean and serviced every day. Breakfast is continental and small so easy to skip and go elsewhere. Staff are nice and helpful. We had a cheap room so no view of anything but like I said steps from the tower so worth it.
