(Coffee and mini breakfast food available in the lobby! And, of course, a taxi was there just when we needed it. Everything done quickly, with courtesy and a smile. The room was beautiful. When we get back to Paris, we'll be back to the Napoleon.

Beautiful view from our room of the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly, specially the front desk woman who showed us to our room. She was very kind, personable and helpful. For the most part our stay was flawless with the exception of our bedding. There were several hairs on the sheets that were not ours. The front desk was accommodating by bringing us new sheets but could not remake...

A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much. The tiny Eiffel Tower can only be seen from the tiny window in the room. If you choose this hotel just to see the Eiffel Tower, don't choose it. But overall, this is a great hotel.

Really old hotel, the “basic” room is ultra small, not worth the price you pay, bathroom is really old. Good location.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely, elegant Parisian hotel for four days. The service was outstanding as was the location. The staff truly cared about making our stay the best possible. I needed to see a doctor for a minor but troublesome issue and the concierge arranged for a doctor to visit me at the hotel. Amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Paris.
