The hotel was fine and centrally located. The sushi restaurant was amazing. The service staff was super fine and accommodating. The room was a little worn although spacious enough to accommodate my family. The beds and bedding were not comfortable and the metal bed frame seemed more like a cot. The shower door leaked and the carpet was badly stained.

We stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel rooms are simple and basic, with separate entrances for the washroom and toilet from the room. Some rooms offer views of the Seine River, and a few have a partially obstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.

This is a decent hotel, but definitely 3 stars. The rooms are average, the service is average and the location is very touristy. They also asked us if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived. They didn’t mention it would be for a steep additional fee until I asked. We didn’t take the upgrade but it felt like a very unusual thing for a 5 star hotel to do.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The food and the service were impeccable (especially the scrambled eggs with truffle and French toast for breakfast). The facilities, especially the spa and bars are impressive. However, one of the most noteworthy things are the architecture and interior of the building. There is a perfect balance between Parisian charm and modern comfort.

Just stopped for late night drinks at their very nice bar. Very creative drinks in a nice atmosphere. Can't speak to the rooms because they are a little out of my price range but a beautiful looking hotel.

Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for a week and each night was enjoyed. The room was immaculate, in room dining was delicious and the service was posh and accommodating throughout the entire staff. History was made here. Maharaja Dilip Singh Ji took his last breath here . The True king of the Punjab took his last breath in Paris , where they took care of him and helped him in his epic battle to take take back Punjab. I am truly humbled.

This hotel wasn’t the best, the carpet wasnt cleaned I kept sneezing a lot because of the dust. I also ordered room service and the bread was burnt black. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready we were told to wait for an hour. They don’t give you any water in the afternoon like most hotels do. I am rating it a three because of the beautiful breakfast we had my husband and I enjoy this.

Do not be dazzled by the big doors, the staff are great, but this is a big old hotel, the heating system is out of control and too hot making desired sleep tough, not worth the money unless you really want to be two blocks from all the Champs Elysees action. But staff, superb.
