The hotel was fine and centrally located. The sushi restaurant was amazing. The service staff was super fine and accommodating. The room was a little worn although spacious enough to accommodate my family. The beds and bedding were not comfortable and the metal bed frame seemed more like a cot. The shower door leaked and the carpet was badly stained.
We stayed at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel and found the location to be very convenient. The hotel rooms are simple and basic, with separate entrances for the washroom and toilet from the room. Some rooms offer views of the Seine River, and a few have a partially obstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made for a nice stroll along the river. We...
Perfect location for visiting Paris and being near the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was delicious. The lobby and lobby staff were amazing. Room seemed a little dated - stained carpet and shower door needed to be resealed. We really didn’t like the toilet being in a totally different room from the rest of the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and our son said the pull out bed was comfortable. Lots of room...
We would like to express our gratitude to all staff in Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel, with remarks to Mr David, always attentive and kind and helpful. The hotel location is great near most attractions in the city. The view from our room was very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast options, the water fountain system, and the proximity to taxi, and public transport stations. Nice area to walk-around, many...
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. A special thanks to Marie at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her recommendations and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
Very satisfactory to stay here!! *There was a family room to stay with 2 kids. *There were department store, restaurants, grocery market and korean market near. *Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Quite far from the center of sightseeing but it was manageable to move. * River view is beautiful. * I didn’t like to bring tumbler, but the system to get the water from the 1st floor was effective. * There...

Nothing wrong with it except expensive
It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.
Very good location & helpful stuff.. rooms little small
We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that left nothing to be desired. A special thank you to Emma, Mehdi...
During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Fariba was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with genuine warmth and efficiency. Her knowledge of the area...
From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile—a small yet impactful gesture that sets the tone, especially given Parisian hospitality’s sometimes mixed reputation. The concierge went above and beyond by personally handing over my parcels and noting that she had been in touch via email—a thoughtful touch that truly humanizes...

We stayed here 2 nights and the service was, frankly, terrible - this included not providing us bottles of water that we specifically asked for and were very happy to pay for, as well as not cleaning the room and leaving the garbage bag in our room. The bellhop wouldn’t even help us with our luggage. We expected so much more from a prestigious hotel like Le Grand. The concierge team was incredible...
The best definition would be “to feel like a princess 👑 “ even better when Prince Charming is by your side. Breathtaking in Architekture and designs . Magnificent halls. (even a chic sheikh from the Emirates hold weddings there) and luxurious lounges restaurants and rooms.
Went for an event and the ball room is quite amazing, high ceiling, mirrors and a luxurious décoration that just put you in a pleasant mood. Plus the bar outside the Ball room seemed nice but I didn't test it, maybe next time.
We have stayed her many times and this hotel continues to deliver the highest quality of service. Cafe De La Pax should be on your itinerary for dinner and certainly for breakfast. Staff is exceptional.
The Intercontinental Paris is an incredibly upscale hotel and one of the finest in Paris. The hotel features a beautiful bar with excellent music that I thoroughly enjoyed. My room had a view of the Opéra Square, which was truly a delightful experience. I also want to express my gratitude to the reception staff, who helped me on my first day when all rooms were fully booked. Despite my exhaustion,...
The hotel is luxurious and elegant, located in the Opera area. Its location is excellent, close to shopping centers, especially Galeries Lafayette. The room design is classic, elegant, and comfortable. The staff at the reception, concierge, restaurants, and room service are very polite and always ready to help. I will definitely stay there again. The only downside was the check-out process, which took...

I begin this review knowing that I will not be able to adequately capture just how excellent our experience was before and during our week’s stay. We are blessed and travel extensively and exclusively to the best venues in the world. Without hesitation, I can say that this was far and away the best experience that we have had on any property. It began when Shirley from Reception actually greeted...
I visited the Georges for dinner. The service was outstanding. The chef kept surprising us after and before each course with his specialities. The food was succulent. I recommend totally.
The hotel has a good location close to various attractions in Paris. Overall, the entire hotel has a suitable mix of classic French charm and various modern installations. The reception at the hotel met all Four Seasons standards and we were greeted personally by the hotel manager. There are always wonderful flowers and art in the entrance area. The concierge team was excellent in fulfilling all...

I would like to share my wonderful experience at the Bar in Four Seasons George V. We visited as part of a bar tour for my friend’s birthday, and, of course, Four Seasons was at the top of our list. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hostess gave us the best table with a warm welcome, and every detail of the service was impeccable. The Four Seasons in Paris is undeniably a stunning and well-organized hotel, with an elegant atmosphere and impeccable attention to detail. Absolutely amazing experience yet again. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels all over the world so I can say with confidence that this hotel is the best in the world for me. I didn’t think that anything could be better than the time that we had stayed here for our honeymoon but upon returning for our anniversary the hotel managed to top even that. This hotel is really what makes the experience of the city...
I stay in hotels around d the world, 200 nights a year. Quite often in some of the best hotels available. Place Athenee is simply the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. The level of service and attention to detail I’ve never seen in Four Seasons, Ritz’s or some of the best hotels in London, NYC and Singapore.
It was my first trip to Paris and it was also my Birthday! If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would! My sister and I were met with the warmest welcome! Both of our rooms were beautiful! I really enjoyed my stay at Le Bristol Paris. The location is interesting and central, and the hotel itself is beautiful — both classic and bright, with a very comfortable, well-equipped room. While the building feels historic, everything is modern and functional. For example, there was a USB-C port by the bed, which is a nice detail. I was upgraded to a Prestige Room, which had a lovely balcony overlooking...
I chose this property for its great location and the most fabulous parisien breakfast.
A very few hotels are rated amongst the best in the world and Le Bristol is easily in that rare and select group. I love this hotel. Recently returning as back on my company approved list…. The service from the front desk - reception and concierge - among the best and most personal I have seen across all my travels, globally. Everything is super expensive, but.
We had a private event at the Bristol Hotel. - Location is great at the busy and sublime Faubourg St Honoré. - It was Christmas season so the hotel was wonderfully decorated - The service at the event was very good If you are wondering why it is 4/5 it is simply that the food at the event was average . We made a stop in Paris on the way to Strasbourg for work. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it was a holiday the day we were to check out and they were securing the city. We visited in January 2020 just before Covid wrecked havov to the world. We decided to give St James Albany a try because my family wanted a hotel with a pool and we wanted to stay near the Louvre. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy (Housekeeping did a good job). Breakfast was good too.
fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped. negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc...
Nice hotel and very well located. The swimming pool is also very nice. The design of the rooms is a bit already old and they should make some renovations. Another thing to notice there was a weird smell in the kitchen area during our stay for all the 5 days.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many main attractions, which is definitely a plus. However, the overall experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. Well, location and architecture are great. We lived dining at the Akira and the top floor rooms are of high standard. We left felling ripped off nevertheless when the hotel waiter told us that breakfast is included and then the charge 110€ for two coffees and orange juices. The hotel was lovely - especially the pool but when you are staying there as a guest it is very uncomfortable as you are constantly asked if you are a guest as the staff clearly find it difficult to work out who should be there with the general public able to access stairs and elevators. The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is excellent. I’m giving this hotel 4 stars because of an issue with one of the front desk staff members, who was disrespectful and may have even displayed a hint of discrimination. I noted ahead we would be early and the room was ready for us when we arrived. I cannot thank enough nor praise...
This is a decent hotel, but definitely 3 stars. The rooms are average, the service is average and the location is very touristy. They also asked us if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived. They didn’t mention it would be for a steep additional fee until I asked. We didn’t take the upgrade but it felt like a very unusual thing for a 5 star hotel to do.

Magical experience at an outstanding hotel. Came for anniversary trip and it exceeded our (already-high) expectations. Location is perfect and you feel like you're in the best version of Paris. Rooms were stylish and comfortable, staff had perfect balance of friendliness without being intrusive and breakfast was outstanding (a well-curated selection and everything delicious). They also took extra special...
Perfect stay from start to finish. The food and the service were impeccable (especially the scrambled eggs with truffle and French toast for breakfast). The facilities, especially the spa and bars are impressive. However, one of the most noteworthy things are the architecture and interior of the building. There is a perfect balance between Parisian charm and modern comfort.
Just stopped for late night drinks at their very nice bar. Very creative drinks in a nice atmosphere. Can't speak to the rooms because they are a little out of my price range but a beautiful looking hotel.
Fantastic location on the left bank. Service is outstanding, rooms are big and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the Bar with fantastic Bar tenders who make sublime cocktails. Love to come back in Lutetia hotel Paris
I took my daughter to Paris for long weekend break to celebrate her birthday. For us, it was this unbelievably luxurious hotel that absolutely made our time in the already wonderful city. The service was impeccable - from the warm welcome by each member of the hotel staff (‘mum, I feel like a celebrity!’) to the wait staff remembering how she liked her eggs and I liked my coffee the second morning...
Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for a week and each night was enjoyed. The room was immaculate, in room dining was delicious and the service was posh and accommodating throughout the entire staff. We did a few spa treatments which were wonderful and the spa amenities were perfect. Everything you expect from a palace hotel was here. We are grateful to have stayed here and would again. Thank you Hotel...

The last time spent in hotel by the last king of Punjab maharaja Duleep singh
History was made here. Maharaja Dilip Singh Ji took his last breath here . The True king of the Punjab took his last breath in Paris , where they took care of him and helped him in his epic battle to take take back Punjab. I am truly humbled.
This hotel wasn’t the best, the carpet wasnt cleaned I kept sneezing a lot because of the dust. I also ordered room service and the bread was burnt black. When we arrived the room wasn’t ready we were told to wait for an hour. They don’t give you any water in the afternoon like most hotels do. I am rating it a three because of the beautiful breakfast we had my husband and I enjoy this.
A beautiful and quiet boutique hotel in a very good location in Paris. A friend and Imwere staying in an apartment very nearby during a terrible heatwave. When we couldn’t stand the heat one more day we called the hotel to book a room. We were warmly welcomed and given a delightful room with a balcony and excellent air conditioning. In fact, the staff made a point of giving us a room with superior...
Do not be dazzled by the big doors, the staff are great, but this is a big old hotel, the heating system is out of control and too hot making desired sleep tough, not worth the money unless you really want to be two blocks from all the Champs Elysees action. But staff, superb.
Staff were friendly and greeted you, being sure to offer their assistance. The food was excellent, though the variety was lacking. The room itself was mostly clean, the couch in the room had a big stain on it. The A/C didn't work, and the room was like a furnace, which meant we had to sleep with the freezing wind coming through the windows to try and balance the temperature (as suggested by the hotel...
