"THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE AND DID NOT PROVIDE REPLIES. WHICH COULD BE IMPROVED TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE MORE WELCOMING. HOWEVER, THE GENTLMAN HANDLING THE LUGGAGE ROOM AND THE SECURITY TEAM WERE EXCELLENT, OFFERING GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM"
had such a great stay at Novotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and really comfortable – exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming.
The hotel room is very dated , seriously need an updated , carpet is dirty with lots of stains. Housekeeping opened our door to tell us leave at 11:00am while we were not ready  , the check out  time is 12:00pm.  Front desk people are nice , location is unbeatable.
Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel. That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but...
Great location, spacious, nice amenities, gym is good, friendly staffs!
A bit small as bathroom, but very good services, location and very clean also. Raccomended if you visit Paris, just located near the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and one of the Statue of Liberty, on the Sein River. Beautiful, central and convenient. Will be back for sure.

Nothing wrong with it except expensive
It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day. The room was not particularly spacious, just average. The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.
Very good location & helpful stuff.. rooms little small
We had an unforgettable stay at L'Hôtel du Collectionneur Paris – the perfect choice for a city trip! The location is fantastic, with everything you need just a short walk away. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that left nothing to be desired. A special thank you to Emma, Mehdi...
During my stay at the Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing truly outstanding service. Among the staff, Fariba stood out as an exceptional professional who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Fariba was attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and handled every request with genuine warmth and efficiency. Her knowledge of the area...
From the moment I arrived, the experience at this hotel was exceptional. The front desk welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile—a small yet impactful gesture that sets the tone, especially given Parisian hospitality’s sometimes mixed reputation. The concierge went above and beyond by personally handing over my parcels and noting that she had been in touch via email—a thoughtful touch that truly humanizes...

Tiny Rooms, but Exceptional Service – Thanks to Emmula!" My stay at the InterContinental Paris had its pros and cons. The room was **extremely small**, especially for the price, which was disappointing. However, the **outstanding service**—particularly from **Emmula during breakfast**—completely changed my impression. He was **so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful**, going above and beyond...
The hotel is very characteristic of the Parisian court. The rooms are very high, the balcony view is very good, and the front desk staff is very good. However, after we got off the car, there was no slope at the entrance of the hotel lobby, and there was no staff to help with the luggage that's made us feel disappointed. After entering the restaurant at breakfast time, the service staff will take a...
Awesome location, next to lafayette, really good service.
We stayed here 2 nights and the service was, frankly, terrible - this included not providing us bottles of water that we specifically asked for and were very happy to pay for, as well as not cleaning the room and leaving the garbage bag in our room. The bellhop wouldn’t even help us with our luggage. We expected so much more from a prestigious hotel like Le Grand. The concierge team was incredible...

Absolutely amazing experience yet again. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels all over the world so I can say with confidence that this hotel is the best in the world for me. I didn’t think that anything could be better than the time that we had stayed here for our honeymoon but upon returning for our anniversary the hotel managed to top even that. This hotel is really what makes the experience of the city...
It was my first trip to Paris and it was also my Birthday! If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would! My sister and I were met with the warmest welcome! Both of our rooms were beautiful! The entire team at Plaza Athénée gave us five star quality, from the front door concierge, service, food, bar,...
Had the most beautiful, amazing 3 nights of unforgettable birthday celebration at this hotel. Me and my family always feel very welcome at Plaza Athénée. The hotel is very beautiful, luxurious and the personal are very friendly and helpful and the service is always impeccable. The room is very comfortable, the service is first-class, but some waiters are not very friendly to Chinese people
They provided complimentary cake and champagne as it was my birthday and catered to every request. Service was excellent
The Peninsula Paris is amazing. I have stayed in 7 Peninsula Hotels around the world, and the Peninsula Paris is the best experience. The luxurious facilities and excellent service of the hotel, as well as the upgrade to a larger room with an open view, made me feel unparalleled comfort and elegance. I really enjoyed my stay at Le Bristol Paris. The location is interesting and central, and the hotel itself is beautiful — both classic and bright, with a very comfortable, well-equipped room. While the building feels historic, everything is modern and functional. For example, there was a USB-C port by the bed, which is a nice detail. I was upgraded to a Prestige Room, which had a lovely balcony overlooking...
I chose this property for its great location and the most fabulous parisien breakfast.
I love this hotel. Recently returning as back on my company approved list…. The service from the front desk - reception and concierge - among the best and most personal I have seen across all my travels, globally. Everything is super expensive, but.
We had a private event at the Bristol Hotel. - Location is great at the busy and sublime Faubourg St Honoré. - It was Christmas season so the hotel was wonderfully decorated - The service at the event was very good If you are wondering why it is 4/5 it is simply that the food at the event was average . Not bad for sure but nothing special . I didn’t have the chance to see the rooms but the lobby and...
This is my favorite hotel in Paris. We are always treated like family. The hotel is cozy and homey and beautiful. Service is an 11/10. She left with a little toy. If I didn’t love the Bristol from my previous visits, this...
There are so many that it is difficult to mention everyone but I shall try because Aurelie Martin is doing such a wonderful job (and, we hear congratulations are in order due to an elevation in her title!). Magical experience at an outstanding hotel. Came for anniversary trip and it exceeded our (already-high) expectations. Location is perfect and you feel like you're in the best version of Paris. Perfect stay from start to finish. The food and the service were impeccable (especially the scrambled eggs with truffle and French toast for breakfast). The facilities, especially the spa and bars are impressive. However, one of the most noteworthy things are the architecture and interior of the building. There is a perfect balance between Parisian charm and modern comfort.
Just stopped for late night drinks at their very nice bar. Very creative drinks in a nice atmosphere. Can't speak to the rooms because they are a little out of my price range but a beautiful looking hotel.
Fantastic location on the left bank. Service is outstanding, rooms are big and very comfortable. We loved the breakfast and the Bar with fantastic Bar tenders who make sublime cocktails. Love to come back in Lutetia hotel Paris
I took my daughter to Paris for long weekend break to celebrate her birthday. For us, it was this unbelievably luxurious hotel that absolutely made our time in the already wonderful city. Very good and convenient hotel !! Near the shopping area and the key tourist attraction
This is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, and you can see the Arc de Triomphe right outside. The hotel is next to the Champs Elysees and there is a subway station nearby. The hotel is almost a hundred years old, but the interior decoration is very good. This is why I always choose to stay at this hotel.
The room facilities are old, the curtains are broken and can't be closed, and the waiter's facial expression is indifferent! The room facilities are old, the location is good, 100 meters walk from the Arc de Triomphe
satisfy! The Arc de Triomphe is a 3-minute walk away, very convenient!
Not just for this hotel but when choosing the room I would like to have the option of choosing the exact room on the site plan for the view and choose the level of the room.

A very gorgeous, quaint hotel with English-speaking and polite staff. The restaurant is very good, I even regret eating out too much. The tiny Eiffel Tower can only be seen from the tiny window in the room. If you choose this hotel just to see the Eiffel Tower, don't choose it. But overall, this is a great hotel.
Really old hotel, the “basic” room is ultra small, not worth the price you pay, bathroom is really old. Good location.
Great location!!! Great room with great view!!! Love it and definitely will go back in the future.
My husband and I stayed at this lovely, elegant Parisian hotel for four days. The service was outstanding as was the location. The staff truly cared about making our stay the best possible. I needed to see a doctor for a minor but troublesome issue and the concierge arranged for a doctor to visit me at the hotel. Amazing! I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Paris.
The presentation was well-organized and engaging, with clear visuals that effectively supported the main points. The pace was generally good, although there were a few opportunities to enhance audience engagement, perhaps through more interactive elements or slightly shorter slides. The room is a little bit, close to the road and very noisy, the faucet in the toilet is broken, the location is very convenient
There's everything nearby. Convenient. You can walk, take the bus, go to the subway, go to the supermarket, go to the department store... this is a hotel where you can do everything. It's the best. However, there are no amenities. There is only liquid soap. A single room without meals is a little expensive, but considering how comfortable and safe it is in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again...
Small and convenient, a relaxing corner in Paris. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a great atrium atmosphere. It turns out that you should stay in a French chain hotel in Paris.
The staff were very welcoming and in a prime location.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. Being beside Printemps and Galleries Lafayette makes it very accessible and convenient. The area is generally quite safe too. But I must say that the room is pretty small, so if you are travelling with large suitcases, it will probably be better for you to book two rooms.
It's convenient for going anywhere! The metro station is nearby and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Opera, so it was easy to access the Roissybus. I got takeout from Carrefour and Galeries Lafayette at Saint-Lazare Station and ate it in my hotel room, but there were no plates or cups, only paper cups. It's clean and convenient, so I think I'll come back!
