“Very clean, excellent service, great location, and full amenities. Truly impressed!”
Very comfortable room with great view, nice food in the hotel, staff are v welcoming
Loved it. Professional welcome and rooms were immaculate with incredible views from the room. I hope I can stay here again in the future
Prices fluctuate a lot so make sure you grab the rooms when the prices are low. Don't skip breakfast.
We spent seven nights there. Despite the construction at the front entrance during our stay, the hotel offers a great location, with one of the main train stations just steps away. Our room on a high floor provided stunning city views, and we enjoyed visiting the highest skybar in Paris. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We especially appreciated the staff's prompt response to our requests...
The location was just perfect to travel at the Paris Monparnasse station.  There are quite a lot of great restaurants around and it’s literally 3 mins to the train station by walk.  The room was pretty decent with good size.  Highly recommend for those who takes the train from the Paris Monparnasee station.

Strategic location. Staff were friendly. The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too. Elevator access was fast. We were in Eiffel Tower view, it was nice to see the tower lit at night from our room.
The hotel put us in the wrong room first, but solved swiftly.
Location is great with metro station linked from the hotel via the mall. All is sheltered and air-conditioned. However, room keeping is not up to standard, dirty glasses and towels not cleaned after the next day. Asked for a wine bottle opener and was requested for 10 euros for delivery fee! Else have to go down to ground floor to take
Other services slowed without reception For example: asking for extra water and asking for take the luggage
During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card...
Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc...

"THE FRONT DESK STAFF WERE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE AND DID NOT PROVIDE REPLIES. WHICH COULD BE IMPROVED TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE MORE WELCOMING. HOWEVER, THE GENTLMAN HANDLING THE LUGGAGE ROOM AND THE SECURITY TEAM WERE EXCELLENT, OFFERING GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM"
had such a great stay at Novotel! The rooms were clean, modern, and really comfortable – exactly what you need after a long day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming.
The hotel room is very dated , seriously need an updated , carpet is dirty with lots of stains. Housekeeping opened our door to tell us leave at 11:00am while we were not ready  , the check out  time is 12:00pm.  Front desk people are nice , location is unbeatable.
Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel. That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but...
Great location, spacious, nice amenities, gym is good, friendly staffs!
A bit small as bathroom, but very good services, location and very clean also. Raccomended if you visit Paris, just located near the Eiffel Tower (walking distance) and one of the Statue of Liberty, on the Sein River. Beautiful, central and convenient. Will be back for sure.

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant . This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice.
Amazing hotel. It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of food options near by the hotel as well and a small grocery store just around the corner for snacks. The noise coming from outside was not bad at all I hardly noticed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice. I ran into a couple of major issues though...
Great 10 night stay. We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. Aircon great, cool and quiet. Decor modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Free mini bar too. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing. We had a great stay. Many thanks
The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a...
Very clean, good fitness center and comfortable beds. A lot of good restaurants right outside the hotel and two train stations within walking distance.

So worth the money spent!!! AMAZING!!! Nice view, high level & cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit!

The good thing is the location is within walking distance to many landmarks, which is convenient for people who like to walk. The bad things are: -The staff is quite disorganized. I had to report it twice before they fixed...
This hotel is really not worth the price except for its good location
The room is old, but the location is great. You can walk to Place Vendôme, Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, and Arc de Triomphe.
I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
I stayed here during the Christmas season, but the traffic around the Louvre was so bad and noisy that I wouldn't recommend it at this time of year. (Not the hotel rating, but the surrounding environment)
Next to the jardin des Tuilleries, musées du louvre, des Arts Decoratifs, Jeu de Pomme, L’Orangerie, close tô café Angelina and many ordens good restaurantes and cafés. Near many importante streets with a barista of good and trendy shops . Very good, breakfast is rich and the restaurant marvelous. Very comfortable bed and pillows, huge bathroom,

The transportation is very convenient ~ The hotel is also good ~ I will come again next time ~ Facilities: complete, very clean, the environment is also very good, and the service is also very good. I can recommend friends to come next time. A different experience.
The hotel is very good. I got sick during this business trip. The hotel helped me call a doctor to my home, communicated with me about my illness many times, helped me buy and deliver medicine. I like the hotel, especially thanks to Macy, the guest relations service supervisor. Thank him, he is an excellent employee, cared about the guests' health many times, helped me communicate with the doctor,...
The hotel in the center of Paris is relatively clean and convenient. Although the room size is average, it is still cost-effective in Paris. The front desk service attitude is also very good.
Good for short stays and great service. Very near tourist spots
Very good service. Perfect located near Garniers opera. Room: nice and spacious, but the window didnt give much light/view, in a corner of a small yard.

Great Value & Convenient Stay in Paris I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel during my visit to Paris. As is common in Paris, the rooms were quite small, but reasonably comfortable and functional. Hygiene standards were acceptable overall...
Hotel really nice and beside Eiffel Tower. Perfect area to see Paris! Service great and breakfast good. My family will comeback soon!
The hotel room has the bare minimum a guest would need expect but no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Otherwise, the 1 night there was good. Step outside for a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out 👍🏻
The room was clean. Near by Seine river and Effiel Tower. Once walk out from the hotel, you will see the Effiel Tower right away. Convenient location. You can plan the boat trip, visit to the Effiel Tower and walk around the neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants! A valuable deal considering the room price and location.
Cozy hotel with a convenient location. Minutes walk to eiffel tower and some rooms with the eiffel tower view.
Fantastic choice for those wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower—it’s just a short walk away! The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A great option for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

The staff and location are fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose this place for my trip. It truly made it memorable! Thank you Diana & Jane.
The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast. The floating front desk is not user friendly. Not all of the front desk staff were unfriendly but the ones that were not busy were. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.

Everything’s fine, only the luggage storage is limited only to 12 hours at day time
Very new hotel equiped with ipad to control everything. The best one is the strating time of breakfast from 06:30 a.m. so that we could sufficient time to finish our breakfast before heading metro staion to Nord station for immigration process to UK.
The layout of the bed is landscape and could not straighten my legs have to shift. The room is controlled by smart system. You just need to use iPad to control air conditioning and lights and even night mode
Everything was great! The hotel is clean, the location is nice and most importantly it is safe, it is easy to reach places to visit. Also, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
looked different from pictures,… estate is on the slightly older side and rooms are not as sizeable as imagined. lifts are tough to operate, requires holding the door open before you can step in, and it’s really cramped too (2 pax + 2 luggages). to get to the lift there is a small flight of stairs. room doors are light and not too sound proof. however, hotel is good location from major train station...

The hotel was quite nice. Not the best service, but still ok 👌🏼
Location was great, near to metro . Room was clean and spacious . Amenties was normal just like any European hotel standard , don’t expect slipper , toiletries etc. towel is kind of thin . Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot . Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days.
Location is great. Near train station and a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is nice and comfort. However, the staff service need to improve. There is no shower gel in my room and housekeeper did not realize that. I called front desk 3 times in 2 hours to get the shower gel. Housekeeper clean my room very late until I came back to my room in evening, My room still was not clean up.
Had really good experience here with friendly staff and spotless room. Location was the best but close enough to the nearby Metro station, will come back if I visit Paris again.
The hotel is located very close to the nearby train station which is easy to access and there are many restaurants nearby
If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Paris.
The rooms look good, they do look like they have been refurbished, not sure if they did, the service is okay when you arrive, concierge help with the bags, smooth check in, reception are okay, not overly friendly but also not aggressive, I prefer if they were friendly however, never had any greeting from them when passing by, the concierge are a hit or miss, some are helpful and nice, some are busy...

There's everything nearby. Convenient. You can walk, take the bus, go to the subway, go to the supermarket, go to the department store... this is a hotel where you can do everything. It's the best. However, there are no amenities. There is only liquid soap. A single room without meals is a little expensive, but considering how comfortable and safe it is in Paris, I'll definitely stay here again...
Small and convenient, a relaxing corner in Paris. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a great atrium atmosphere. It turns out that you should stay in a French chain hotel in Paris.
The staff were very welcoming and in a prime location.
The best thing about the hotel is the location. Being beside Printemps and Galleries Lafayette makes it very accessible and convenient. The area is generally quite safe too. But I must say that the room is pretty small, so if you are travelling with large suitcases, it will probably be better for you to book two rooms.
It's convenient for going anywhere! The metro station is nearby and it's only a 5-minute walk to the Opera, so it was easy to access the Roissybus. I got takeout from Carrefour and Galeries Lafayette at Saint-Lazare Station and ate it in my hotel room, but there were no plates or cups, only paper cups. It's clean and convenient, so I think I'll come back!
