Pullman Paris Montparnasse, Paris1 / 50

Paris, 19, Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte 🧭 Map
This was our first visit to this hotel and we have been pleased with what we have experienced. Check in was good and our breakfasts have been very good especially the service offered by Saifon - nothing was too much trouble, she was very attentive and quick to see when we needed coffee replenishing. Her service made finding things easier. Thank you
Sarah, the Pullman Paris Montparnasse Concierge, literally saved our vacation! On New Years Eve in London I was notified by our tour operator that our preplanned tour had been cancelled. I struggled to book tours for our family without success and arrived on New Years Day in Paris exhausted from my efforts. I relayed this to Sarah, the Hotel Concierge, and she immediately set to work. She found us...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Paris, and I must say it was a remarkable experience from start to finish. The hotel offers easy access to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted me warmly and ensured that I had everything I needed. Check-out was...
The location is perfect—close to major attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The on-site dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The team went above and beyond to make my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. I can’t wait to...
I loved the hotel. Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again
I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things. The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from. Erica gave great service as well.

This hotel surpassed my expectations and will always look for a Hyatt to stay at everywhere I travel. I stayed one of the suites and the views of the Eifel Tower were spectacular especially at night when it was all lit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices. The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on. You get what you pay for...
We absolutely love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The assortment of cheeses charcuterie are top-notch. I especially love the beet juice very healthy. We were able to get bumped up to the 33rd floor. Our view was incredible and super quiet. Anyone who stays here or visits must go to the sky window bar as the sun is going down the view of the Eiffel Tower as it lights up is spectacular. I highly...
The hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The family room (booked 2 connecting rooms) was perfect for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING! The bus and metro stops were very close walking distance. I'll be staying here every time I visit Paris.
Great location: close to Metro and convention centre, there is one supermarket that you can find anything you want Room: very clean, nice bed Breakfast: a lot of choice of eggs, fruit, salmon is great! At last, staff was very helpful. I forgot my wallet at hotel safe then I went back to hotel but the room already occupied. Staff help me to manage get my wallet back within short period. Very professional...
Huge business hotel located close to the metro and RER station. Rooms were on the small side but nicely furnished and pretty well designed so that everything was quite handy. We stayed in a family room which was really two standard rooms connected together. It fitted us just fine (2 adults 3 kids) but might be a bit tight for families with teenage kids. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the...
The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. A special thanks to Marie at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her recommendations and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
Very satisfactory to stay here!! *There was a family room to stay with 2 kids. *There were department store, restaurants, grocery market and korean market near. *Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Quite far from the center of sightseeing but it was manageable to move. * River view is beautiful. * I didn’t like to bring tumbler, but the system to get the water from the 1st floor was effective. * There...
A busy city centre hotel, with lots of tourists and often queues for check-in and breakfast. But my room was spacious, with good amenities (fridge and safe), plenty of towels and a great view of the city. Perfectly clean, with good service from the staff, and a really good range of food at breakfast. I'd stay again if in Paris.
Cozy rooms. Neat and clean. Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. No wash besin there, too. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Quite an issue. Both are very small, too. Else room is smart. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous. The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something...
I recently stayed at NOVOTEL HOTEL in Paris and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key points from my stay: **Check-In/Check-Out:** The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless. **Room Condition and Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and very clean upon...
The higher-leveled floors offer great views. We had a good view of the River Seine. The hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping center and various grab-n-go eateries. A currency exchange place is also close to the hotel. I have edited my review to generously mention the hotel staff. Thank you for providing us with a comfortable stay that began with an awesome check-in/check-out, Room...

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant . This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice.
Amazing hotel. It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of food options near by the hotel as well and a small grocery store just around the corner for snacks. The noise coming from outside was not bad at all I hardly noticed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice. I ran into a couple of major issues though...
Great 10 night stay. We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. Aircon great, cool and quiet. Decor modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Free mini bar too. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing. We had a great stay. Many thanks
The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a...
Very clean, good fitness center and comfortable beds. A lot of good restaurants right outside the hotel and two train stations within walking distance.

Loved staying at Pullman. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!
Lovely hotel. Great front & bar staff. Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel. Awesome location adjacent to Eiffel Tower, with balcony views of the tower and River Seine and Metro within short distance. Felt a little out of the way from the other tourist spots...
The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive. The rooms were okay. They were simple and comfortable. The real value is the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was easy to get from the hotel to all of the sites in Paris and beyond. It...
I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, making the location absolutely perfect. We had the best time at this hotel. The view and location were perfect. The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. In particular Najma was fantastic during the breakfast hour - my coffee seemed a bit off but she was very quick to fix the situation and continued to help us during our meal, even delivering our omelettes instead of us standing to wait for them. An extra bonus were the gluten...
We loved every minute of our family stay. The front desk made a mistake with our room but then quickly changed and compensated which we appreciated. The views fantastic and breakfast in the room was delicious. This hotel is always busy so book in advance. Will stay again!
The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The location could have not been better. We loved our stay at Pullman.

Paris, 3 rue de Castiglione 🧭 Map
I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
My experience at the Westin was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. The hotel’s great location in the heart of the Vendôme district adds to its charm, making it an ideal choice for those planning a shopping trip,...
I stayed three nights at the Westin Vendome. Our room was very nice and comfortable for two people. The shower was great compared to other hotels in Europe. Good water pressure and temperature. Despite having a lot of people in the hotel, our room and hallway was quiet. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around the city. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.
This is one of the OKest hotels I've ever stayed at. If you go there then it will be OK too. Many other reviews mention the location and staff, they're both great. I had a tower view room with a balcony. It was OK. The bathroom was OK. We booked a rate that included breakfast. Breakfast was OK too. The room cost over 700€ for one night. Maybe I'm getting old but I'd expect something a bit more impressive...
The Westin Paris Review Pros: • The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated in Place Vendôme and within easy walking distance to major attractions like the Louvre and Champs-Élysées. The area is also filled with high-end fashion boutiques, making it ideal for shopping and sightseeing. • The bathroom was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy during...

Everything was good. Great location, next to the Eiffel tower, services. The air conditioning worked very well, which is rare in European hotels. Only on the last day they didn't clean our room, even though I had asked the reception in advance.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel. The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff.
This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city.
Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant. However, even though the location was perfect for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions the room was lacking and dirty. There were stains on the wall, door was cracked, and there was oblivious water damage for the tub leaking...
The hotel was a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to many other touristic attraction. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. The room with the Eiffel Tower view was nice, but unfortunately, we can only see the top of the tower from the room. Overall very satisfied with the hotel!
Our visit from 6/20 to 6/25/24 was delightful. The room was ready for check-in when we arrived at 2:00 PM. The room size was perfect for the two of us, and the location was ideal. The staff and location are fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose this place for my trip. It truly made it memorable! Thank you Diana & Jane.
The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast. The floating front desk is not user friendly. Not all of the front desk staff were unfriendly but the ones that were not busy were. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. Breakfast ends at 10:30. One of the...
Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.

As always, our stay at citizenM was great. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Above all, the staff are friendlier and more helpful than in any other hotel. Everything is very uncomplicated. The hotel is exceptional in its design. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the location is, as always, excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Room was nice, medium size. I had no cold water for my shower in the morning. People next to me checking out had no hot water. Buffet is subpar for this area. Watery eggs, cold bacon, coffee maker kept leaving chocolate in the bottom of the mug. NOT WORTH 24.99eu.
The hotel offers a convenient location near major train stations, with good cleanliness and comfortable beds. However, rooms may be smaller than expected. Amenities include free WiFi and room service, and the staff is generally helpful.
Stayed two nights. Very Good Location for new tourist especially if you are Asian (not limited to). Right opposite to Gare de L'est station and Gare du Nord is 10 mins walk. No need to be dependent on Taxis unless you really would prefer. Staff behaviour is good and courteous. Cleanliness is good. No Bed Bug Issues :-) Could have been better: Didn't get Early Check-in (not even an hour before)...
Stayed in the junior suite, quiet, wonderful room with the typical romantic french balcony overlooking the train station. We stayed here for one night and loved it! The rooms were very spacious and modern! The staff were very welcoming and the area around the hotel is very beautiful! Lots of theatre’s and great cafes just outside! I would definitely come back and stay longer! I regretted not booking this spot to begin with for my entire trip!
We had a pleasant stay and everyone is friendly. We had specific requests concerning our delayed luggage and they were able to execute efficiently. We loved the breakfast too!
Great location and still very quiet rooms towards a backyard. Very friendly stuff, nice breakfast selection. The room is functional, the bathroom, specially the shower, could use some maintenance once.
Location is everything with this hotel. Rooms are OK, basic but comfortable. Thought the bathroom could have been much better, some cracks in the floor and sink. Needed a refresh. Bar in the lobby was nice and the staff were friendly. Would probably stay again as it was central and affordable.
The location of the hotel is excellent, providing easy access to many of the city's main attractions. This made sightseeing very convenient and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we visit Paris.
The rooms look good, they do look like they have been refurbished, not sure if they did, the service is okay when you arrive, concierge help with the bags, smooth check in, reception are okay, not overly friendly but also not aggressive, I prefer if they were friendly however, never had any greeting from them when passing by, the concierge are a hit or miss, some are helpful and nice, some are busy...

The four stars were given for the room and location because the rooms were rather small, but well equipped. We liked the location while it’s close to the bustle of Champs Elysees it was tucked away off a quiet street, and Uber pickups...
This is a beautiful, quiet hotel in a perfect location. The interior decor is lovely and it is clean and understated. The service is impeccable. We will stay here again and highly recommend it.
The hotel overall is good. The service is great. However I got a room on the first floor, on the street side (despite asking for a quiet room). The windows are not sound proof. In addition, many trucks will start early morning to unload goods from 6:7am which is very disturbing. I was not able to sleep well in the past 2 nights. Except that, everything was perfect
I have stayed at Le Tsuba countless of time (4 times a year minimum) and I really enjoyed it - good location, recent build, good value for money, calm etc. but recently the service has gone down - pretty rude team (except Francesco), room not cleaned, hotel maintenance issue which may me believe its relatively “new” construction would get dated easily if they dont take care of it better. Somewhat dated hotel but currently they are renovating! Superb location! Also had a room with view! Was a great experience!
We visited in January 2020 just before Covid wrecked havov to the world. We decided to give St James Albany a try because my family wanted a hotel with a pool and we wanted to stay near the Louvre. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and tidy (Housekeeping did a good job). Breakfast was good too.
fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped. negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc...
Nice hotel and very well located. The swimming pool is also very nice. The design of the rooms is a bit already old and they should make some renovations. Another thing to notice there was a weird smell in the kitchen area during our stay for all the 5 days.

Well located hotel with typical small rooms for Paris. Overall it's OK to stay there, but the rooms need some refurbishment (plugs not correctly installed, cover of switches falling down, windows with bad noise insulation,...) Unfortunately also no gym is available. Next time I think try another hotel.
This is a nice hotel, handy for sightseeing. Comfortable bed, though the window into the bathroom with a roller blind on it was so odd!
All-in-all I was satisfied with this hotel due to the great location in the heart of the 6th area in Paris close to my friends and some sites. The room was big for Paris, clean and comfortable and as I booked an early-bird reservation I got a great deal. However, the breakfast was quite lacking with no fresh vegetables at all which was very surprising to me and other guests as they are not expensive...
The location of the hotel is ideal. It is 2 minutes, if that, to the M4 station. The hotel is a tourist class, so you cant expect luxury, but it focuses on what is important. Its a tourist hotel, so you are just sleeping and showering there anyways...

Room was 'cozy' but surprisingly versatile; clean and had everything I needed. Outside view was like a prison though; maybe paint the wall to make it anbit more interesting? Service was very helpful, attentive ans friendly. A bit hard to find at first but once used to it it's fine. Surrounded by restaurants amd the like, yet shielded from noise. Would be happy to come back.
Excellent hotel. They changed the name to Hotel boutique Leonardo Opera. Check my review there. In short: it was a perfect stay in Paris. Totally recommended!
good value for money, workers are very positive and always ready to help, the rooms are clean, they were cleaned every day. Overall I really liked it.
We felt very welcome from the minute we arrived. All the staff were very kind, accommodating and eager to make us feel at home quickly. Plus, everybody we met was happy to help us out in English as well. The room was tidy and clean and offered everything needed for a hotel stay during a city trip. Breakfast was tasty, well organized and tasted fresh everyday. Bonus points for all breakfast items being...
Very nice hotel with beautiful breakfast. I just didn't like the area around the hotel because it was quite dirty.
Hotel Prelude is great, it’s recently renovated and for the first time in Paris Centre my room looked like a new modern place to stay. A lot of Occitan products, even sewing set. Absolutely adore the breakfast. Receptionist and other staff were just great. One should know: no slippers, no bathrobe, no fridge in the room. A little bit more far away from places like Louvre and Palais Garnier then my...

Have stayed in this hotel twice, once in spring, and once in autumn. It is a lovely and quaint hotel. Very nice stay, and helpful and welcoming staff. Very well situated to central Paris and near cafes, restaurants, and chemists. Rooms are small but normal for Paris! They are also themed- we preferred the red room! Have a look on their site, and you can choose the room you would like. Only thing I...
Nice location, well appointed rooms, friendly staff. I'd certainly consider it on a future stay in Paris, especially since I love the Latin Quarter.
Fantastic location, you can walk to many tourist attractions and to several metro stops, outstanding breakfast. Rooms are small but very modern. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Staff at the front desk are very helpful.
Wonderful stay at Hotel Atmospheres. Traveling with family of 4 over winter holiday. Room was much larger than expected (especially for Paris). Plenty of room for 4 with large luggage. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from. Hotel is in a great location. We walked to all major historical sights and museums. Found many "local" restaurants within...
Great hotel, great "atmosphere" and friendly staff. Breakfast that came with our rooms package was amazing. A large variety of items to choose from. A little off the main path of Paris but a very short walk to the underground. I would recommend it.
Solid hotel and in a great location. Rooms are small but I'm sure that's normal in Paris. Staff is very helpful. There are some cool bars near the Notre dame cathedral worth checking out.

Excellent and really helpful staff who were extremely accommodating Spotless and cosy room in a trendy part of Paris and only a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. Perfect hotel for couples visiting Paris
The location is very good!! And the hotel is very clean Like in most of parís the rooms small. Also take in count the wall in the room between bathroom and the bed is glass… The stuff wasn’t very welcoming. The breakfast is not on a 4 stars hotel level but it ok. I got very disappointed about the “gym” a it’s more like a dungeon, even without AC.
Very nice hotel, located in the very center of Paris, near a multiple metro stations and bus stations as well. You can go by foot to the most of the main places in Paris from this hotel (Champes Elysses, Eiffel tower, Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette etc.) and it will take you no more than 35 minutes to the far locations. The rooms are very clean and well maintened. The breakfest is nice, small selection...
This was an exceptional experience. The Grand tulip met our expectations from all angles From the minute we got to the hotel we were met by professional staff who met all our requirements - very efficient delicious daily breakfast that has the option of being room served with the same rate! That was something ! Not only but also rooms had terraces - Where you can just chill and smoke... that was impressive...
Great stay, lovely staff, very clean and elegant. For being next to the Opera it also had the best rates.
Planning to visit Paris I recommend this hotel where our family stayed for a few nights. The hotel is wonderful. In the heart of Paris. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable, good linen. Breakfast is beyond praise, especially for Paris. The choice of a large hot sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs. Meals of different fish, prosciutto, cheeses, sausage etc. Good pastries, juices, milk, yogurt, etc. Coffee,tea...
