Paris, 19, Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte 🧭 Map
I loved the hotel. Modern room and adequate space compared to the rest of hotels in Paris. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I haven’t tried the food as I wanted to explore different restaurants daily but everything was really nice and definitely will visit again
I’m not used to having the bathroom to have no lock on doors. The sink tub seems to take up more space and there aren’t enough space left to put up my things. The breakfast was great! Lots of option to choose from. Erica gave great service as well.
Front desk people are excellent and Customer service was good. Breakfast was great. Room has some problem. No closed door for shower and water were all over the floor after taking shower. Toilet door belongs to napoleon’s time and waking up everyone while closing and opening. Room maintenance person never check liquid or shampoo level. I had to ask them to give us some.
Disappointed in our stay here. The photos and reviews had made it look so nice. We got to our room and it was a step nicer than a motel. Room was not very clean. The room and bathroom were outdated. It was surprising given how nice and modern the hotel lobby was. We are not sure how this was a 4 star hotel. The location is also far from most of the main attractions. It is not walking distance. We...
We had a fabulous stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. Close to metro station which will take you anywhere in the city. We visited the VIP lounge daily and Emma was there every morning and was extremely helpful with recommendations and was so accommodating. Fernando in the evening also was amazing. Great attitude, so cheerful and personable. We had some great cocktails, coffee and conversations in the...
We stayed here for 2 nights, and our experience was incredible. Good location, the staff was amazing, and food was excellent. We had a medical emergency with our son on the last day & the staff was very helpful in organizing appropriate care (including a translator), and extending our stay in our room. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for service.

This hotel surpassed my expectations and will always look for a Hyatt to stay at everywhere I travel. I stayed one of the suites and the views of the Eifel Tower were spectacular especially at night when it was all lit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices. The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on. You get what you pay for...
We absolutely love this hotel. The breakfast is amazing. The assortment of cheeses charcuterie are top-notch. I especially love the beet juice very healthy. We were able to get bumped up to the 33rd floor. Our view was incredible and super quiet. Anyone who stays here or visits must go to the sky window bar as the sun is going down the view of the Eiffel Tower as it lights up is spectacular. I highly...
The hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The family room (booked 2 connecting rooms) was perfect for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING! The bus and metro stops were very close walking distance. I'll be staying here every time I visit Paris.
Great location: close to Metro and convention centre, there is one supermarket that you can find anything you want Room: very clean, nice bed Breakfast: a lot of choice of eggs, fruit, salmon is great! At last, staff was very helpful. I forgot my wallet at hotel safe then I went back to hotel but the room already occupied. Staff help me to manage get my wallet back within short period. Very professional...
Huge business hotel located close to the metro and RER station. Rooms were on the small side but nicely furnished and pretty well designed so that everything was quite handy. We stayed in a family room which was really two standard rooms connected together. It fitted us just fine (2 adults 3 kids) but might be a bit tight for families with teenage kids. The rooftop bar has a spectacular view of the...
The hotel is in a great location as it is walking distance to several shops, cafes, restaurants and the train station. There is a bar on the top floor that has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.

I had a wonderful week long stay at the Le Meridien Etoile Hotel. The room was spotless and recently remodeled, offering a fresh and modern feel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to both the metro and RER stations. One of the highlights was the delightful breakfast service - a great way to start the day. They offered fresh veggies, fruits, a variety of cold and hot dishes, a Juice bar, milk...
A charming hotel that is part of the Marriott brand located directly across from the Congress Center. The hotel features an extensive breakfast buffet, be sure to enjoy it if it is part of your room rate, plus a small restaurant for lunch and dinner. Within a short walk are many local restaurants and shops. I've stayed at this property before and would stay here again should the occasion warrant.
I recently stayed at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris for a week, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I especially appreciated the vibrant...
Excellent location. Small but reasonable gym. Spacious rooms for Paris. I stayed here more than once, about a week at a time. Once booked directly with the hotel and the following time with a third party online booking app. I got a better room when I booked directly. Close to metro and other public transport.
We had an incredible honeymoon experience! We never wanted to leave. The service was posh and impeccable. Used our points for breakfast and a wine service happy hour.
I recently stayed at Le Méridien in Paris and had an exceptional experience. As a Platinum member, I was delighted to receive a room upgrade to accommodate the whole family, and a lovely welcome gift. The complimentary breakfast was high quality, and I thoroughly enjoyed the lounge access. The concierge was efficient in booking taxis, and the room cleaning service was impeccable. Overall, the service...

A busy city centre hotel, with lots of tourists and often queues for check-in and breakfast. But my room was spacious, with good amenities (fridge and safe), plenty of towels and a great view of the city. Perfectly clean, with good service from the staff, and a really good range of food at breakfast. I'd stay again if in Paris.
Cozy rooms. Neat and clean. Bath and toilet separate, but no peg/hook in toilet. No wash besin there, too. Use and come to the bathroom to wash hands. Quite an issue. Both are very small, too. Else room is smart. Staff at reception and in restaurant is very helpful and courteous. The language is a problem as the cooks at the live counter (we tried omelet) don't understand what we want and cook something...
I recently stayed at NOVOTEL HOTEL in Paris and had an overall pleasant experience. Here are some key points from my stay: **Check-In/Check-Out:** The check-in process was smooth and quick. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Check-out was equally seamless. **Room Condition and Cleanliness:** The room was well-maintained and very clean upon...
The higher-leveled floors offer great views. We had a good view of the River Seine. The hotel is located within walking distance of a shopping center and various grab-n-go eateries. A currency exchange place is also close to the hotel. I have edited my review to generously mention the hotel staff. Thank you for providing us with a comfortable stay that began with an awesome check-in/check-out, Room...
It is a nice hotel that is well located in Paris, but that isn't what makes it special. I actually left my wedding ring in the room as I departed. I wrote to them, and Margot and team got to work. Found the ring and sent it to me. AMAZING!!! Thank you, Margot!
Pretty descent rooms. My issue was with the toilets. It was too compact and the enclosures were not closing properly which lead to water seepage everywhere. They had a great breakfast spread. Excellent service too.

Loved staying at Pullman. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!
Lovely hotel. Great front & bar staff. Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel. Awesome location adjacent to Eiffel Tower, with balcony views of the tower and River Seine and Metro within short distance. Felt a little out of the way from the other tourist spots...
The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive. The rooms were okay. They were simple and comfortable. The real value is the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was easy to get from the hotel to all of the sites in Paris and beyond. It...
I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, making the location absolutely perfect. We had the best time at this hotel. The view and location were perfect. The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. In particular Najma was fantastic during the breakfast hour - my coffee seemed a bit off but she was very quick to fix the situation and continued to help us during our meal, even delivering our omelettes instead of us standing to wait for them. An extra bonus were the gluten...
We loved every minute of our family stay. The front desk made a mistake with our room but then quickly changed and compensated which we appreciated. The views fantastic and breakfast in the room was delicious. This hotel is always busy so book in advance. Will stay again!
The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The location could have not been better. We loved our stay at Pullman.

This is a nice clean hotel centrally located in Paris. My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Europe June 2006. We had a very nice room and the hotel staff were pleasant . This was the last place we stayed before our return to the United States and even though it wasn't my favorite hotel on our trip it was still quite nice.
Amazing hotel. It is also walking distance to the metro with two stops near by. I really like the rooms very quiet and spacious. I highly recommend staying here. Lots of food options near by the hotel as well and a small grocery store just around the corner for snacks. The noise coming from outside was not bad at all I hardly noticed.
The hotel staff was friendly and even upgraded my room to have a great city view. The area has some nice restaurants and is close by to the catacombs. It is a bit further south from the center of Paris. The rooms are not as modern as some other hotels but overall fairly clean and nice. The restaurant staff and bartenders were also extremely helpful and nice. I ran into a couple of major issues though...
Great 10 night stay. We stayed in a junior suite 1536 and room was perfect. Aircon great, cool and quiet. Decor modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Free mini bar too. The food in restaurant is good. Gym is also fully stocked with free weights and machines only a rowing machine is missing. We had a great stay. Many thanks
The hotel is nice and clean. The room was nicely sized, which was a welcome surprise. The room was also clean. Didn’t dine at the restaurant as it was a bit pricey. Hotel is close to 2 metro stops, 1 being about 1.5 blocks so we could easily access and use to see the sights. Overall it was worth the $$$ spent for the time at the hotel however I gave 3 stars because when we checked in we were told a...

Everything was good. Great location, next to the Eiffel tower, services. The air conditioning worked very well, which is rare in European hotels. Only on the last day they didn't clean our room, even though I had asked the reception in advance.
The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel. The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff.
This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city.
Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant. However, even though the location was perfect for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions the room was lacking and dirty. There were stains on the wall, door was cracked, and there was oblivious water damage for the tub leaking...
The hotel was a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to many other touristic attraction. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice. The room with the Eiffel Tower view was nice, but unfortunately, we can only see the top of the tower from the room. Overall very satisfied with the hotel!
Our visit from 6/20 to 6/25/24 was delightful. The room was ready for check-in when we arrived at 2:00 PM. The room size was perfect for the two of us, and the location was ideal. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.
Generally most of the things were fine - good location, very welcoming and professional staff, good breakfast, and (as usual with Mercure) good bed. But: no ventilation. None. It was still "winter" (in fact: quite warm outside) - and therefore: absolutely no ventilation. Some rooms (looking to courtyard) have windows which can be opened. Rooms with external view: no opening windows. Hotel needs to...
Opposite my room, there was a service room, which made so much noise every freakin day in the morning around, sounding like moving huge furniture and banging the doors. Excellent hotel well placed and connected to all places in Paris. Close to metro. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with many options. Family rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.
Very nice hotel with great service. We have been there for a business trip and the accommodation was great. Big meeting rooms and very good fresh cooked food for lunch. The hotel is very supportive and even a disabled key note speaker could be on stage as the hotel provided a wheelchair ramp.
Good hotel, decent rooms, good location, but the service is just excellent! Not something you come across in France that often. Staff is super helpful and friendly and all smiles all the time! Breakfast is very good and again, the staff at the breakfast are just super nice!

I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
My experience at the Westin was truly exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming, making me feel right at home. From check-in to departure, their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding. The hotel’s great location in the heart of the Vendôme district adds to its charm, making it an ideal choice for those planning a shopping trip,...
I stayed three nights at the Westin Vendome. Our room was very nice and comfortable for two people. The shower was great compared to other hotels in Europe. Good water pressure and temperature. Despite having a lot of people in the hotel, our room and hallway was quiet. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get around the city. The hotel and neighborhood felt safe. I would stay here again.
This is one of the OKest hotels I've ever stayed at. If you go there then it will be OK too. Many other reviews mention the location and staff, they're both great. I had a tower view room with a balcony. It was OK. The bathroom was OK. We booked a rate that included breakfast. Breakfast was OK too. The room cost over 700€ for one night. Maybe I'm getting old but I'd expect something a bit more impressive...

Great location. My room was clean, though there were some minor maintenance issues. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean and large rooms. Even studio room is of decent size and very accessible and convenient for metro or bus. Lot of bakeries around. Eiffel Tower is accessible by walk for about 15 min. They don’t clean the rooms daily but once in 3 days. Staff is helpful. The access to the main entrance shuts after 8 pm and would need your key card to access it.
We visited as a family of four. We loved the apartment, having a kitchenette was great. The location was excellent for nightly visits to the Eiffel Tower and close to the RER, Metro stations, shopping and groceries. It’s a great hotel. I visited this place with my family (2 kids) and it was a great place. We were on a high floor and had a great view of the city. They had a very apartment-like room style, with a small kitchen, which was very convenient for cooking when we didn’t want to go to a restaurant. It was comfy. The only reason I give 4 stars is that the service was not very good.
Perfect location. Safe and quiet at night. Close to metro and train stations. Just a few minutes walk to a major shopping area. Well located hotel with typical small rooms for Paris. Overall it's OK to stay there, but the rooms need some refurbishment (plugs not correctly installed, cover of switches falling down, windows with bad noise insulation,...) Unfortunately also no gym is available. Next time I think try another hotel.
This is a nice hotel, handy for sightseeing. Comfortable bed, though the window into the bathroom with a roller blind on it was so odd!
All-in-all I was satisfied with this hotel due to the great location in the heart of the 6th area in Paris close to my friends and some sites. The room was big for Paris, clean and comfortable and as I booked an early-bird reservation I got a great deal. However, the breakfast was quite lacking with no fresh vegetables at all which was very surprising to me and other guests as they are not expensive...
The location of the hotel is ideal. It is 2 minutes, if that, to the M4 station. The hotel is a tourist class, so you cant expect luxury, but it focuses on what is important. Its a tourist hotel, so you are just sleeping and showering there anyways...

Ok. Location is the big winner here. Sits on top of a metro, with easy walking access to the AMAZING Marais district. Beautiful classic building. Rooms are fine - big enough, clean, tidy, but not necessarily luxurious. Buffet breakfast good. Travelling with a family? Do it.
The location and the cleanliness are the biggest asset of the hotel. The staff at the reception is overall kind. The rooms are quite classic, and the bed really comfortable. What made me quite upset is the fact that breakfast is really messy and they have not gluten-free or lactose-free areas, which is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
We had a great 2 night stay here while visiting Paris. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful and friendly. The hotel is just steps away from the Republic metro station and is in a safe walkable area. We would definitely return. My only complaint would be with the shower. It lets water all over the bathroom floor. It looks great, but is not feasible.
We stayed an amazing four nights at this hotel. We were upgraded to a Premium King with Sofa Bed (301). Fantastic, spacious room with beautiful view of the plaza. Location is convenient both for walking and for public transit. Housekeeping did a thorough job every day. They brought us a welcome platter of macarons for our anniversary, and comped us four drinks since our room was about 20 minutes late...
We had an amazing stay at the Crowne Plaza with our family of 5. Convenient location 50m from the metro station, wonderful staff, and the room for 5 was spacious, cool and dark- exactly what you are looking for when trying to adjust to the new time zone. The buffet breakfast in the morning was lovely with so many options, delicious pastries, eggs made to order and again, lovely staff who really went...
I stayed here on a business trip along with other colleagues. The staff in the hotel were all friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room was nice and big and very clean. TV was even of a good size which is a something I miss in a lot of the hotels I stay in. There was a small shop in the lobby where you could buy alcohol, soft drinks, snacks and even things like deodorant etc if you had forgotten...

Like the President/Imperial in London this is my go to place in Paris,(see my review on the President). A great hotel in the Marais district of Paris. Steps away from the Metro, cafes, and a super market. Rooms have kitchenettes and perfect for any stay in Paris. The Metro will have you at the museums or historic places in minutes. After a long day eat in or eat out nearby. For me perfect.
This hotel has probably needed a renovation since the late 90s. I hope it never changes. I’ve never been somewhere that so lives up to its promise—an affordable hotel in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. They overcompensate in areas that cost nothing (e.g. very attentive service) and skimp in areas with costs (e.g. replacing the carpet). The hotel was very accommodating in switching me out...
Hotel is well placed, but rooms felt tired and our bathroom was musty as the extraction fan wasn't working. Not a four-star hotel. Breakfast was decent, but is in a dingy basement area.
Inconsistent, rooms vary substantially but none are "unliveable", I've stayed here 2x and seen 5 rooms overall for what it's worth. Location is great, and amenities are adequate. Breakfast served is excellent and Swedish buffet style. Cleanliness could be better, rooms are never dirty and there is cleaning done daily, but obviously things are a little bit on the older side (this also has its art deco...
Very comfortable. This is a very pleasant hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. The hotel offers an amazing breakfast for 20 euros which is a bargain given the buffet on offer. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. What kind of sleep can you have if the pillow does not suit? The hotel is close to St Sebastian Froissart metro station and within walking distance of the Picasso Museum. Sleep...
This is a romantic spot in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of Marais. Larger than average rooms for Paris, at reasonable prices. I love the staff here. You are appreciated as a guest and friend when staying here. Morning buffet is good. The Garden bar is lovely. Location is perfect and steps away from metro. City hall and Notre Dame are walkable. But the real draw is the Marais promenade on...

We read a number of reviews about the location of this hotel that indicated there are around it was not safe. We chose it to be close to the venue we were attending a concert at. We took advice and paid attention to our surroundings, left our important documents in our room, and traveled in our small group of 3 people. We had ZERO trouble with safety at this location. We walked the half block to the...
The room I was in didn’t have a bar fridge or cupboard place to put clothes or bags . The bathroom had a nice big shower and the room was clean so that was nice. The interior is designed more like a club with neon colors. The location is great though - close to metro and some cool restaurants close by .
Stayed here for one night for business. The rooms are clean, breakfast was okay. But rooms can be noisy, I woke up a few times of people were passing by in the hallway. The Neighborhood is not that special. Its rather a 3 star then a 4 star hotel.
The double-bedded room is too small for two persons, but location is good and easily accessible to metro.
Check in was simple, hotel very well located within 30 seconds from metro exit. Room facilities basic but not bad for price we paid. Only marked down because shower and bath had poor water temperature. It was either too cold for a nice bath or when having a shower, would burst out scalding water a few seconds every 1 minute, making it a very uncomfortable affair...

A nice hotel conveniently located next to the Gare de Lyon train station. It was hard however to get a good sleep and the breakfast was not good. The staff was very friendly helpful with a single exception of an older receptionist lady; she seemed happy to get rid of me by asking to charge extra for bathrobes missing in one of the two rooms I got (useful for the pool as there is no place to leave...
Hotel is great! Staff is friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Hotel is suitable for families with a baby, they provide baby-bed and have changing table in common restroom. Location is a bit noisy and busy, but in the hotel you feel nice and room is quiet. Also location is very convenient if you travel through Gare de Lyon.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was great. However, it would have been nice to receive refreshing water upon arrival. The quality of the sofa bed mattress was quite inadequate, which could be improved. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we enjoyed. Although I expected the waiters to be a bit more...
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great since we needed to get a train at the Gare de Lyon early the next morning. It is a matter of feet away from the train station. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room and facility were clean and the room was very comfortable. There are things to do in the station from restaurants to shopping, and there are additional shops and restaurants...
Hotel was wonderful. Breakfast had tons of choice! We never had time to use the pool , but next time! Staff where all lovely! Smooth check in and check out! Great location...lots of restaurants, wine bars and Bakery's in the area. Metro is right there but we didn't use it. We walked or used the Bolt app. Then my husband left his wallet behind...I called hotel and they located it straight away. We...
Fantastic family rooms! Excellent location. Great breakfast and a nice pool. Shame not more choices for evening meal (particularly for veggies and children) but many other options within a few minutes.
