“Very clean, excellent service, great location, and full amenities. Truly impressed!”
Very comfortable room with great view, nice food in the hotel, staff are v welcoming
Loved it. Professional welcome and rooms were immaculate with incredible views from the room. I hope I can stay here again in the future
Prices fluctuate a lot so make sure you grab the rooms when the prices are low. Don't skip breakfast.
We spent seven nights there. Despite the construction at the front entrance during our stay, the hotel offers a great location, with one of the main train stations just steps away. Our room on a high floor provided stunning city views, and we enjoyed visiting the highest skybar in Paris. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We especially appreciated the staff's prompt response to our requests...
The location was just perfect to travel at the Paris Monparnasse station.  There are quite a lot of great restaurants around and it’s literally 3 mins to the train station by walk.  The room was pretty decent with good size.  Highly recommend for those who takes the train from the Paris Monparnasee station.

Strategic location. Staff were friendly. The lobby was big and spacious to welcome you. We went in June, so they handed Evian mineral water as complimentary at the lobby. Not sure if it in normal season too. Elevator access was fast. We were in Eiffel Tower view, it was nice to see the tower lit at night from our room.
The hotel put us in the wrong room first, but solved swiftly.
Location is great with metro station linked from the hotel via the mall. All is sheltered and air-conditioned. However, room keeping is not up to standard, dirty glasses and towels not cleaned after the next day. Asked for a wine bottle opener and was requested for 10 euros for delivery fee! Else have to go down to ground floor to take
Other services slowed without reception For example: asking for extra water and asking for take the luggage
During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card...
Choosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc...

We stayed 3 nights in a superior family room and 3 nights in a double room, due to personal circumstances. Family room #1003 - very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Nice view of Siene river. Only issue was toilet was separate, well away from washroom and the toilet cubicle didn’t have a sink! Double room #3017 - good. AC not powerful enough but being in autumn, wasn’t an issue. Both rooms had...
I recently spent 3 wonderful nights at this hotel, and I must say, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is within walking distance to the iconic Eiffel Tower, and it's perfectly situated for exploring the city's main attractions. The surrounding area is bustling with life, offering plenty of shopping and dining options to suit all tastes. The hotel's room was comfortable and well-appointed...
Overall the hotel was clean and it is in a good location. It was adequate for a 3 night stay. However, the bathroom was very tight to move around in. Just to get in the shower was a tight squeeze to get the door open. The shower itself was tiny as well. I felt like I was showering in my RV. There were also some tiny little ants in the sink and in the bathroom floor. The staff were pilot but didn't...
Good afternoon, my name is Shaun Blake. I took my Niece Paris for her first time and my God I was blown away with how amazing the Novotel was. The location is amazing, literally 6 mins walk to the effiel tower. Javal train station is literally 2 min walk which makes it so convenient to get to places. Let’s start with the staff, every single staff member was friendly and welcoming - no issue was too...
I have traveled to Paris several times for business and stayed at different hotels with mixed experiences. This trip, however, was special because I was traveling with my family, and I wanted to make sure they had a positive experience. My wife and I spent a week going back and forth reading countless hotel reviews, which were very mixed for this property. The day before our flight, I finally pulled...

Located in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the hotel is close to buses and the metro, and is easily accessible by the RER from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, and the staff are friendly...
Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated. I’ve booked a room with “Paris view” but it was disappointing (wrong side). The gym is nice, the machines modern but there’s too many cardio machines and not enough weights and workout equipments (but...
The room was nice, spacious and clean. I saw many tour groups staying here, which means it's pretty good. The breakfast was also very rich. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is very convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied.
Really best service and friendly staff
The room is spacious and well-equipped. Metro Line 6 is nearby, making travel convenient. It is very convenient to go to the 13th District, Chinatown 2, and the 5th and 6th District Latin Quarter.
It's right near the subway, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I heard from a nearby restaurant owner that the area is very safe, full of locals, and very quiet at night. If you get a high floor, you can almost see the whole of Paris.

The good thing is the location is within walking distance to many landmarks, which is convenient for people who like to walk. The bad things are: -The staff is quite disorganized. This hotel is really not worth the price except for its good location
The room is old, but the location is great. You can walk to Place Vendôme, Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, and Arc de Triomphe.
I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
I stayed here during the Christmas season, but the traffic around the Louvre was so bad and noisy that I wouldn't recommend it at this time of year. (Not the hotel rating, but the surrounding environment)

Great Value & Convenient Stay in Paris I had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel during my visit to Paris. As is common in Paris, the rooms were quite small, but reasonably comfortable and functional. Hygiene standards were acceptable overall...
Hotel really nice and beside Eiffel Tower. Perfect area to see Paris! Service great and breakfast good. My family will comeback soon!
The hotel room has the bare minimum a guest would need expect but no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Otherwise, the 1 night there was good. Step outside for a good view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel also allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out 👍🏻
The room was clean. Near by Seine river and Effiel Tower. Once walk out from the hotel, you will see the Effiel Tower right away. Convenient location. You can plan the boat trip, visit to the Effiel Tower and walk around the neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants! A valuable deal considering the room price and location.
Cozy hotel with a convenient location. Minutes walk to eiffel tower and some rooms with the eiffel tower view.
Fantastic choice for those wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower—it’s just a short walk away! The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. A great option for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

The staff and location are fantastic, and I’m so glad I chose this place for my trip. It truly made it memorable! Thank you Diana & Jane.
The location of Mercure TGV is excellent. Its close to the train station and walking distance to many attractions. This hotel however is let down by its front desk experience and breakfast. The floating front desk is not user friendly. Not all of the front desk staff were unfriendly but the ones that were not busy were. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Comfortable beds (and particularly good pillows), but overall the rooms are basic, dated, and worn. In particular, the bathrooms need completely replacing. Rude housekeeping staff.
Excellent service. Great location. The staff is always helping you with anything you need. The spa is GREAT, very relaxing. Nice rooms, enough space and very clean.
Room was average at best, spacious enough though. Breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and hotel is in walking distance of a nearby pharmacie, grocery store and restaurant. The direct view of the Eiffel Tower largely makes up for any lack of quality in the hotel though, you can see it from the very front of the hotel!
It was a nice stay for three of us in the triple room. Loved that we got the drinks refilled every morning and the hotel was very near to montparnasse station and Gaite - we could walk to most places we needed to get to and some of the best eats in Paris are close by. There was no aircon in the room so they had to give us a fan.

Everything’s fine, only the luggage storage is limited only to 12 hours at day time
Very new hotel equiped with ipad to control everything. The best one is the strating time of breakfast from 06:30 a.m. so that we could sufficient time to finish our breakfast before heading metro staion to Nord station for immigration process to UK.
The layout of the bed is landscape and could not straighten my legs have to shift. The room is controlled by smart system. You just need to use iPad to control air conditioning and lights and even night mode
Everything was great! The hotel is clean, the location is nice and most importantly it is safe, it is easy to reach places to visit. Also, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
looked different from pictures,… estate is on the slightly older side and rooms are not as sizeable as imagined. lifts are tough to operate, requires holding the door open before you can step in, and it’s really cramped too (2 pax + 2 luggages). to get to the lift there is a small flight of stairs. room doors are light and not too sound proof. however, hotel is good location from major train station...

The hotel was quite nice. Not the best service, but still ok 👌🏼
Location was great, near to metro . Room was clean and spacious . Amenties was normal just like any European hotel standard , don’t expect slipper , toiletries etc. towel is kind of thin . Telephone wasn’t working to call Recep 😜。if you need iron your cloth you need to go a an ironing room, which is very small and iron was not hot . Overall is a nice hotel to stay a few days.
Location is great. Near train station and a lot of restaurant nearby. Room is nice and comfort. However, the staff service need to improve. There is no shower gel in my room and housekeeper did not realize that. I called front desk 3 times in 2 hours to get the shower gel. Housekeeper clean my room very late until I came back to my room in evening, My room still was not clean up.
Had really good experience here with friendly staff and spotless room. Location was the best but close enough to the nearby Metro station, will come back if I visit Paris again.
The hotel is located very close to the nearby train station which is easy to access and there are many restaurants nearby
If you want to discover Montmartre or a big fan of Amélie, thé location is definitely the best. It’s also easy to get to other districts in Paris since the bus and metro station is close.  Staff was always so helpful and they even kept my butter, which l bought, in their fridge after l checked out ;)

The transportation is very convenient ~ The hotel is also good ~ I will come again next time ~ Facilities: complete, very clean, the environment is also very good, and the service is also very good. I can recommend friends to come next time. A different experience.
The hotel is very good. I got sick during this business trip. The hotel helped me call a doctor to my home, communicated with me about my illness many times, helped me buy and deliver medicine. The hotel in the center of Paris is relatively clean and convenient. Although the room size is average, it is still cost-effective in Paris. The front desk service attitude is also very good.

fantastic location, excellent and friendly staff, relaxing pool area for a swim in between sightseeing. room was clean, bed was comfortable and all together for Paris standards spacious and well equipped. negative: the room is quite dark (I didn't mind, I'd rather have a dark room than noisy street) and the walls are very thin. you can hear people walking down the hall, talking in other rooms etc...
Nice hotel and very well located. The swimming pool is also very nice. The design of the rooms is a bit already old and they should make some renovations. Another thing to notice there was a weird smell in the kitchen area during our stay for all the 5 days.

I was booked into a room with queen size bed as a single traveller and was happy with it - enough tea and coffee to last me, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room….everything was there. Well located hotel with typical small rooms for Paris. Overall it's OK to stay there, but the rooms need some refurbishment (plugs not correctly installed, cover of switches falling down, windows with bad noise insulation,...) Unfortunately also no gym is available. Next time I think try another hotel.
This is a nice hotel, handy for sightseeing. Comfortable bed, though the window into the bathroom with a roller blind on it was so odd!
All-in-all I was satisfied with this hotel due to the great location in the heart of the 6th area in Paris close to my friends and some sites. The room was big for Paris, clean and comfortable and as I booked an early-bird reservation I got a great deal. However, the breakfast was quite lacking with no fresh vegetables at all which was very surprising to me and other guests as they are not expensive...
The location of the hotel is ideal. It is 2 minutes, if that, to the M4 station. The hotel is a tourist class, so you cant expect luxury, but it focuses on what is important. Its a tourist hotel, so you are just sleeping and showering there anyways...
