Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!
The hotel was okay overall. The best part was definitely the breakfast, which was very good. However, the rooms were small, the air conditioning didn’t work, and some areas didn’t feel properly cleaned. There was also a strong urine smell in the stairwell leading into the hotel.
The hotel quite far from the center city but it’s come with less expensive price. No amenities in the rooms even coffee, kettle etc. However, The service of staffs is good.
I went to France with my daughters, they love breakfast and bed in the hotel, service was great and friendly. Easy to find and easy to travel to centre of city.
Good location but the rooms were very basic and outdated. Airconditioning barely working.
The customer service crews are friendly and helpful. It is indeed wonderful stay there for 2 nites, although the room is a bit small.

It's all good and convenient. I really enjoyed my trip and the stay there.
The receptionist at the front desk of the hotel is very warm and patient, and the hotel room is relatively large for one person! Very clean! Compared with ibis, the price is also relatively reasonable, and it is cost-effective! The guest room will be cleaned all the time. The shower room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Recommended!
I chose this hotel mostly because of the location . It was close to Eiffel Tower just 25 mins walk . However be very careful with the shops around the area as Prices are made for tourists . If you look up carrefour you can find one that is very close by foot . The price at the hotel is quite high for the items . I wanted to get the breakfast menu and saw there are 2 . 1 for the on the go that was ...
The hotel was clean and located in safe environment with lots of good restaurants near Eiffel Tower. Recommend to choose if you stay in Paris.
We love the location, it is convenient to subway, Monoprix, eateries. Loved the location of the hotel situated! The service is excellent, the staffs are helpful. Only one thing we found the room is alittle bit small but still acceptable for us.
Nice location, helpful front desk workers. Taxi stand just opposite the hotel, very convenient.

Good locations for quick visit to Percy when using FlixBus which this hotel is near to.

Good hotel near subway station
Service at the reception is warm and friendly. Staff at the breakfast area is attentive and friendly as well.

Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Every day, they serve a fresh breakfast – the pastries are warm and freshly baked. I’ve never felt so relaxed! Everything is very clean and the service is excellent. The welcome was warm and friendly. The large lounge is beautifully decorated – like from another...
Rooms were very clean, they had enough space for storing luggage and the bed and water pressure in the shower were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and always available. Breakfast was nice as well, with many different options to choose from (only some more savory options like hummus would have been great). The location was relatively bad, with some scary areas around and it takes...
The hotel itself is amazing, clean and pretty rooms with a good bathroom and enough storage space for 2 people. Service was very friendly and helpful. There is a bar that looked nice and the reception is open 24/7. Breakfast was very good, many options and available for a long time. Only issue is the location: it's a 10-20 minute walk to the surrounding metro stations and the area is quite scary, especially...
Rooms are small, clean, decent beds and nice bathroom. We had a broken side table that they fixed promptly when informed. Air conditioner did not keep the room very cool. We stayed in mid June and we had hot days. At times I couldn't tell if it was any cooler with the windows open or shut. Others that I stayed with who had no air conditioning in their rooms said their rooms were almost unbearable...
The location was ok, which is near the paris nord. However, the facilities are poor. Our toilet door could not be locked, and nothing was done by the staff.
We made a trip for two nights, good place for short stays, good breakfast and dinner! Rooms a bit small, a bit dirty, missing toothbrushes, slippers, but otherwise good place.

The room was not soundproof at all — I could hear the person next door coughing. I could also hear the sound of the subway or trains passing by.
The air conditioning is very awful so if you're easily hot you should bring your own fan, but the rest is very nice. The breakfast is nice. The receptionist is nice.
The location of the hotel is nice. The cleanliness of the room is okay, but you can tell that the place is a bit worn.
Easy access to metro. Just in front of the hotel. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets around the hotel.
Good location free minibar and free to leave your luggage next time will stay again

Close to the metro with easy access info the centre of paris and only 20 minutes from the airport
Cleanliness is OK and location is good. Do not have kettle but you can get hot water from receptionist. Breakfast OK but boring, exactly same for 4 days.
It was my first time staying in Alesia so I enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and its cafés, painted murals, and restaurants. It felt like a real neighbourhood with real people living their lives. It also gave me the opportunity for experiencing long walks instead of only relying on the metro. The hotel rooms are very very small and I was lucky enough to find a hotel attendant that could understand...

Very basic hotel. But clean and had no issues. Hotel does overlook cemetery and they rooms get very hot in the evening . Whilst the temperature adjusted . Still warm. The good thing is cheap and does the job for quick visits to Paris . It’s very close most things . We had great time . Thanks
Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Hotel has a great cooling system. Breakfast was the only thing I expected more from, however, I absolutely recommend booking this hotel.
The Hotel is situated in an excellent location with the Metro nearby giving swift access to the City Centre. The numerous restaurants nearby provide a wide choice at reasonable prices. The room we had was basic but spotlessly clean. The staff at Reception were very helpful and Phillipe ? the bar tender on the night we used the bar was brilliant at his job and a credit to the Hotel. The hotel was well located and staff were friendly. We ordered a double room with a single bed and the room was tiny. There was no space to move or store our belongings/cases. Also, not kettle so impossible to make a hot drink in the room. Would not return due to room size.
The location was great and it was the perfect place for sightseeing. I also felt it was good value for money, so I'm very satisfied.
Definitely meets the standard expectation for an Ibis - you're paying less for a bare-bones room in a great location. Our first room had bad air conditioning, but the maintenance team was quick and efficient in working to diagnose our problem and, when that fix didn't work, getting us a different room. Downstairs amenities included a vending machine, coffee machine, and water filling station, although...

The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's a bit far from the subway, a 12-minute walk. It's convenient for visiting the exhibition next door, but I wouldn't recommend heading to the center to see the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay, as the journey...
Ok this hotel actually fits the vibe of a quick business trip or a weekend getaway! The rooms are actually styled well and comfortable and the hotel itself has good amenities for the purpose. Staff seem friendly enough, just the location wasn’t that great! But it’s fit for purpose
The room is small but has a nice design. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. There is **** to see. The terrace has a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Overall a nice place to stay.
I had a great stay at Mama Shelter Paris West. The rooms were very comfortable, the temperature and ventilation were just right, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Nice and comfortable hotel, receptionists are kind and helpful. A little problem with hot water but nothing you cannot handle. Clean Rooms.
Good breakfast, nice rooms. Little bit far from metro. But there are couple of supermarkets close to the hotel. In general everything was good.
Clean , updated rooms, toilet button was broken, but still managed it . Good location for the metro, and RER , reception truly can be improved, very , very clean rooms ! Beds were the best ! Walked in the first night and it smelled pritty bad - very dissapppointing at the windows on the first floors - could not open them . Big minus for me .

Hotel was ok, but was surprised at having a bath with no grab handle for getting in and out, plus it was chipped and cracked, and very dark in bathroom, otherwise room ok. Fire alarm kept going off at breakfast from toaster. Staff friendly.
Arrived late to the hotel, quick easy check in. We had booked 2 rooms and rooms were next door to each other which was convenient. I had booked an accessible room but I was given standard rooms. I didn't complain as it was only for 1 night. Although they didn't acknowledge this. Breakfast room was small compared to the amount of rooms, so breakfast was busy. The hotel is convenient for Gare du Nord & is situated next to Gare du Est. It had a comfortable bed, but the room was tired & poorly presented. The breakfast was simple but often overcrowded and lacked the quality I’d associated with Ibis Styles. The staff were very pleasant and our room was well serviced each day.
I stayed in March so the room temperature was just right, the shower worked without any problems, I could watch YouTube on the TV, and the hotel is above a metro station so it was convenient to get around. There is no refrigerator or kettle in the room so it may not be suitable for long stays. When I stayed three years ago, I was able to bring coffee and other drinks freely from the first floor to...

Very budget friendly due to being in the 19th arrondisment, but has a great location in proximity to metro and being located in a very cute and charming area (as well as being along the canal). I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the rooms. Clean towels everyday and the room was warm. Only drawback no English speaking channels on the TV. The staff were very helpful. Having rented a car it was great having an underground secure car park. The self service breakfast was ample.
Nice & clean hotel, 5min walk from the subway. Rooms are of decent size. Breakfasts are OK, but there's little variety - no vegetables, and scrambled eggs look and smell like mashed potatoes... but bread is great. All in all, a good place to stay overnight.
The advantages : * Value for money : I found the price really reasonable taking the general accommodation prices in Paris into account, and I'm confident that I got a good deal for what I paid. * The bed was comfortable. We woke up feeling really well rested in the morning. * The room wasn't as small as some other reviewers noted. I found it just okay for two people. * Breakfast was okay even if a...
The approach road to the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The receptionists were kind and friendly. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic. It was not so great. We booked 2 rooms, one was in first floor and other one was in seventh floor. The room in first floor was ok, except that there was no condition in it. athe location is great and the air con is super coool! will comr again!
The room is relatively small, and it is difficult to walk after opening the suitcase; the chair in front of the table is pulled out and blocks the way. But other aspects are not bad, and the location is very good, so these are not problems. In addition, when taking a shower, be sure to turn the shower head inward, otherwise it will leak easily😓
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lilou is one of their best receptionists. She want above and beyond. I felt like o was dealing with the manager as she was that good! The entire staff is polite and the breakfast offers good variety. I will definitely return
The good thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the subway. However, the hygiene is not very good. The pillows smell of sweat. The first night, they gave us the wrong room, and we entered someone else’s room accidentally. Then they assigned us another room without AC. The second night, we got a new room with AC, which was broken the next night. Overall, the room is very mediocre...
The hotel is generally good, the room has an independent door outside, which is very safe. The hygiene is also very good, the breakfast is also OK, and the location is very convenient, very close to Metro Line 8, and within walking distance of the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette.
The hotel has gone downhill a bit. We asked for a few rooms we already knew and they put us in one without a view. We had to insist and they found us one. The toilet was blocked and the shower was clogged as well. The hairdryer was not working.

Hotel staff spoke good English, but the room itself was quite small, I was by myself but you might struggle with 2 people.

Decent option for a short stay, but for the price point there are better options out there. Our room was clean and comfortable enough but pretty bare and dated. The design of the shower in our bathroom was completely ridiculous and awkward….only an extremely short person could use it without discomfort. Made no sense.
Ibis took a good care for us, as I was travelling with my parents who needs wheelchair, their wheelchair friendly rooms are pretty well designed for elders. Front desk staff is friendly helping us to keep our medicines in fridge at reception. Hot coffee / tea / chocolate is also provided as complimentary 😉 Breakfast section is nice, Rabia helped us for breakfast 👍

We stayed in the 7th floor apartment. The AC works well, kitchen is well equipped and beds are adequate. The toilet is separate from the shower room- which is nice when you are a group of 6, however the toilet room is so small and no fan. Website photos are very accurate for this room. comfortable hotel, close to two metro stops that can take you easily to the main attractions of Paris. Personnel exceptionally kind and helpful
Well, when you pay 200€ per night, you surely expect more. The Ibis Hotel Chain needs to work on their pricing system, and they need to refurbish their rooms in order to cope up with the competition. However, their breakfast is excellent 👌, and their service is not bad, the staff are very friendly.
The room was ok and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can make a bad comment was breakfast: the absence of any veggie - fresh or preserved - during the breakfast, and baguette would be well expected instead of toast bread.
Great place to stay if you are going to ANR, which is next door. Well situated for Asian restaurants in Paris, which is an asset for me but not if you want French food. The house is quite spacious and the location is OK, but there is a section of uphill road that is tiring. The elevator is very small, and you need to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the 6th floor. There is no free water in the lobby, and you can only buy drinks from the minibar in the room
The room was much cleaner than I expected, and there were many skin care samples in the bathroom. The front desk staff was also very enthusiastic and taught me two French words, hello and thank you. But the pronunciation of thank you was not quite right every time. It felt like home!!!
