Paris, 10 rue Bernard Buffet 🧭 Map
It's my first time to stay ibis hotel and it was so good experience.
First of all room is quite cozy helpful you can have deep sleep
Second of all all crews are so friendly. You don't need to get burden to ask them anytime
Lastly breakfast is so good helpful to begin your journey with full energy
I am here with a group now. I can tell you that the staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are quite normal. The food is good. The location is very good due to a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, close to metro.
Good location, close to the metro and you can reach the center of Paris quick.
Room cleaning is amazing, thank you so much to my room attendant (hope she or he found my small note and gratitude).
Had some problems with the room upon arrival and nobody was ready to help to resolve it. Room request was not satisfied.
It was a surprise that no safebox and kettle in the room.
Didn’t feel myself valuable...
I had to make an urgent reservation at the hotel, and Mr. Vicente was an excellent help. He provided all the information and assisted with my booking. The room was small but very clean and well-equipped. The next day, I also ate at the self-service restaurant, and the food was good.
Rooms are tiny, no space to store your clothes really, so don't go more than a day or so. Mattress kept slipping off the bed. Two items went missing after room service. The door to the room broke. Our friends couldn't get hot water in their room. The entrance is strange, quite hidden, especially if arriving on foot.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are close to all public transport so...
Location is good 2 blocks from line 13 and very new neighbourhood with a great park next to it. Rooms are super small with non working air conditioning (at least out). Hotel was full of teenagers and retired people traveling in groups, not high speciations as it was a last time booking for us.

The rooms are VERY small. No closets. They only gave us 2 bath towels but no washcloths or hand towels. We asked for them but they didn’t have them. The bathroom was so a small it was barely big enough for one person to turn around. You better hope you do not drop something in the shower. The one major plus this hotel had was location and if you paid for the room with a view that’s exactly what you...
Hotel is very comfortable and really good located, about 20 min by walk from Eiffel Tower and close to the subway as well. The best thing it is pet friendly so we were able to enjoy with our dog.
I would have liked to have a kettle in the room but you can find a coffee machine at reception anyway.
I will come back for sure 😊
Thanks for a nice stay during our Paris trip. The front desk staff was very helpful anytime we had questions. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated having the vending machines and water fountain in the lobby. The paid locker to store our luggage on the last day was helpful too.
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, our experience with the room was less impressive. The room we stayed in was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos, making it feel quite cramped. Additionally, there was no proper wardrobe, which made organizing our belongings a bit challenging.

Clean rooms, good amount of space given the location and city. Great elevators, caters to families and kids in the foyer and bar with games.
I was in the Eiffel Tower view room, which gives a view of almost the top half of the tower. Looked great when it sparkled around 10pm in July.
Small bathroom, but I've had smaller in Japan.
Would like to have tissues in the bathroom. Not a fan of the European...
This hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
The hotel rooms have rather small bathrooms, almost like the size of an airplane lavatory, which can feel a bit cramped.
From previous reviews on Google Maps, I learned that cleaning staff sometimes enter rooms for cleaning on their own. To avoid this, we hung the...

Had a great three nights stay. Rooms are cozy, a little bit small but for only sleeping in that's quite enough. The hotel was quite well located for my plans for my stay and the staff is overall great.
We read the reviews before our stay like many do. I must say we spent our week saying things like “nothing wrong with this room” “this room is VERY clean” “Breakfast and amount of options are wonderful”, “location could not have been better”. On top of that-the staff were amazing and totally love the hip decor.
Highly recommend this hotel. 💖
Stayed for one night, next door to the Arena which was perfect for the concert we went to. Great location, opposite the metro so very easy to access everywhere. Great breakfast, lots of options and fresh orange juice. Room was clean, a little small but fine.
Strange smell of vinegar when the cleaners were cleaning in the hallways. Outside bar area looks wonderful, although we didn't have time to try...
Bercy is a fantastic area and this Ibis easily had really welcoming staff that made staying here and absolute pleasure. Reception were great people and made staying here fun. Decent sized rooms, breakfast could've been better but overall this was a really good stay
I kind of liked it, I stayed 4 days, only to go explore Paris, if is a touristic short trip at a “low” cost mode and you’re not staying the whole day at the hotel is worth it to stay here.
check in was for 2pm but they allowed me to do it at 9am what it was wonderful, service was ok, staff could have been nicer.
Breakfast was wonderful, it was a positive surprise, croissants, pain au chocolate, cheese...
The good: Good breakfast, walkable to Gare de Lyon and BlablaBus & FlixBus station, and 5min away from metro station that takes you to the Eiffel Tower/Arc de Triomphe (40min away).
The bad: Bathroom have a natural bad smell (I’ve been to 3 different rooms and smelled the same) & no AC!
Breakfast includes: Cereals, milks, natural orange juice, coffee, thé, breads, jellys, butter, croissants, pain...

The bed is very weak and small. You can improve on that. The room is a perfect size for solo travelling. The location is in a walking distance from the train, but it is a bit far with the luggage.
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and everything was great. You can see that is an old building, but the rooms were clean, the lighting was good as well. The shower was delicious, warm and with a great flow of water. At the front desk everyone was so nice and helpful. The guy and the girl that served us at the bar, both in the morning and afternoon were also very nice and he made good mojito and aperol...
Service was wonderful, all employees were friendly and helpful, the bartenders knew how to mix a good cocktail, the room was clean and the shower was god's gift to man. The breakfast was great with multiple options and at the end of my stay the checkout was quick and easy
15 minutes walk from the metro. We went to watch the football at the stadium round the corner from the hotel. The bar was still open and very busy after twelve o'clock when we arrived back. The breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. The room was a standard Ibis room.
A bit far from the Subway, but the hotel is still nice. The hotel's restaurant serves okayish food, but the servers were very nice, especially the one named Moise. He was really helpful
Standard hotel at the rim of Paris city centre. The room was clean, however, quite small. Unfortunately, there is no safe available in my room.
The breakfast served was OK. However, the area where it was served was extremely crowded.
The nearest railway station is Gentelly, about 10 min fot walk from the hotel. From here it is only 10 minutes, or 5 stations to the St. Michel city centre with Notre...

Stayed here for 4 nights last year. Hotel is clean and price is reasonable. But the room size is too small. You can't walk around the bed and you might hurt your legs hitting on something. The pictures published on their official website just makes the room look bigger than it actually is. Also the water doesn't drain from the bathroom floors. Wifi wasn't so great. However it's close to a Metro station...
Comfortable bed, location on RER station. Very nice new restaurant but meal and breakfast is very average. Small kebab vendors around. Hotel is under reconstruction and room pictures are from new reconstructed rooms! We got old one and it is not correct approach for hotel management. Close surrounding (crossroad) of the hotel is under construction works. Wifi could be better.
I can say that it has been a great experience, i really suggest to people who desire to live a good holiday without spending a lot of money. Staff members kindly receive customers since the first moment you get into the hotel
Great location! Close to metro lines and nearby shops. Breakfasts were alright, could have used more options and the wifi wasn't very good. But overall a great experience.

Overall is very good. I had a little issue with my travel plan and had to stay working in the hotel after my checkout. Sen, the barman, accommodated me well in finding a good environment for me to work from there…even though he had to go through a little bit of questions from his colleagues! Client first, right?
Excellent service! I am delighted with my stay. It is nicely located, a 2-minute walk from the metro station and local amnities. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was well-served and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel.
I recently stayed for three nights at the IBIS Paris Montmartre and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to access public transport and explore key sights in the area.
The room was quite small, which is typical for Paris, but it was comfortable and clean. The front staff were excellent—always friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining...
The hotel looks nice, there are many vending machines where they sell from water and snacks to whole meals.
The rooms are clean, you get a towel, shower gel in the bathroom and a soap.
The sink is in the bedroom by the window, there's a tv and a small chair, the beds and that's pretty much it.
Small room, not gonna lie but it's worth it for the price.
The beds are comfy, the shower is nice.
The location...
Pros: Good location, decent price, well decorated, clean
Cons: Smallish room (twin room but could barely space out the beds). window was locked shut and heating/air con barely blowing out anything + no fan in bathroom lead to very muggy/hot/smelly room. Asked for window opening which someone came to do but locked again once closed so would need to ask for someone to come open window every time.
Overall...
Location is good for the price you pay for. Its away from the main attractions but was good for the night and has stations, restaurants locally. Bad bits are there is a very dark looking graveyard from the rooms window, staying with kids was not the best as rooms were small too. Service was not great when i asked for a room change. Staff didnt seem bothered to help. Probably wont stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this Ibis hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the city which means it’s within zone 1-3 circles. All the tourist places are within 30 min from the hotel. Plus the botanical garden is even closer. There are multiple bus stations and metro stations within 3min of walk. There are also many multicultural cuisines available like Chinese, Japanese, etc.
The hotel is pretty good...
Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms were nice too. Front desk would get busy in the mornings as one person is manning the desk, the guests and the phones.
Clean room, peaceful environment, adequate space in the rooms, super comfortable bed, really cool TV wall, amazing room service. When I first read about this hotel, the reviews were horrible. I paid for this hotel in advance and there was no refund policy. So I really got scared and lost all my hopes for this place. But as soon as I checked in this hotel, I realised that all those reviews were fake...

Cool hotel at accessible location. Big public parking next door. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Not too excited about bathroom. Showerhead blocked entirely by scaling. Nice restaurant upstairs with very good Napoli style pizza !
Birthday dinner at the ground floor restaurant (French cuisine, as opposed to Italian on the 8th floor restaurant with terrace overlooking Paris).
They totally forgot my birthday which was written on their chart… our table was not ideally place but fine.
The food was delicious though heavy price for the amount offered. Even the dessert of caramel chouquettes were just 3 on top of a balled up paper...
The location is great for exhibitions. The room cost €162 a night which was ok for the location. The room was clean but lacked all the basic things. Lovely quirky hotel. Location is fine, bit far from central, but only about 20min cab ride to central Paris. Rooms were great, spacious, all that you need. Both the restaurant and 8th floor roof terrace restaurant were great, food fantastic, would definitely stay again
I have stayed there during EquipHotel. It is really cool place. This hotel isn’t ordinary. Everything is well prepared and thought off. From little details to staff. Our showerhead was broken and water leaked all over the bathroom, but the bed was really nice and it was quiet.
Nice and comfortable hotel, receptionists are kind and helpful. A little problem with hot water but nothing you cannot handle.
Clean Rooms.
Good breakfast, nice rooms. Little bit far from metro. But there are couple of supermarkets close to the hotel. In general everything was good.
Clean , updated rooms, toilet button was broken, but still managed it . Good location for the metro, and RER , reception truly can be improved, very , very clean rooms ! Beds were the best ! Walked in the first night and it smelled pritty bad - very dissapppointing at the windows on the first floors - could not open them . Big minus for me .
The price of facilities and services, especially in complaint no. Trip I used the hotel to sleep to go, and it would be a good idea.
The room is free you can a minimum of narrow in.......
The staff has been there, the grumpy people who would like to can respond in kind, as many people do.
Breakfast is also bread several have to the other is no big deal. Vegetable-based, but there is a little lonely...

Joke is part of the Astotel group of which there is a further 16 in Paris. A guest of one is a guest of all which means one can pop into any of them after 2 pm for coffee and cakes or fruit at no cost. Good fun and good value
Very cute hotel, nicely located near Montmartre. Amazing breakfast, good variety of food, and great coffee.
The staff was all very helpful.
The room was spacious enough and clean. Will definitely be back.
The hotel was nice, but not amazing. the service was nice. Staff was very friendly, especially Alexis. The location was good to, close to busses and metro. The room was nice, its just that it had high ceilings and you could see the thick layer of dust on the pillars, which wasn't nice. The hotel lobby and halls also have a funky smell, so that was not nice. Other than that, it was good.
location was great, 5mins to station and bus stops as well as lots of food and drinks options nearby. service was amazing. complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. highly recommend.
I stayed there for 4 nights. I really like this small but charming hotel. My room was indeed cosy, bright and clean. Great location to everywhere. Very good breakfast. Staff very friendly. Free water, juice, snacks and fruits. Better than the usual 3 * hotels.
Awesome hotel with very friendly staff. As soon as we checked in they made us feel very comfortable and at home, recommending sights on the map and making sure we knew about the complementary breakfast and free drinks at any of the other Astotel hotels

I enjoyed my one night stay, room was clean and comfortable. The price and quality are well balanced. Anyway I found some ladybugs in the room even if I didn't open the window so I guess they were staying there for a while, it wasn't really disturbing for me but it wasn't also the thing I liked about the room. The hotel is convenient for Gare du Nord & is situated next to Gare du Est. It had a comfortable bed, but the room was tired & poorly presented. The breakfast was simple but often overcrowded and lacked the quality I’d associated with Ibis Styles. The staff were very pleasant and our room was well serviced each day.
rooms were clean, staff were nice, however the eater does not go down the shower properly !!! I was showering as normal and the entire shower filled up with water and leaked all over the entire room. We've stayed in this hotel many times over the last 10 years or so, and it has become our favorite Parisian home away from home. My mother is there for extended stays a couple of times a year and I usually join her for two or three weeks at a time. The hotel is beautifully situated on a canal in the northeastern part of Paris, which gives it an unexpected waterfront atmosphere, and there are many good...
Excellent friendly bar staff who gave me plenty of tips over the 5 days I was staying, excellent staff. On our last evening they put on a Halloween show for the children with a 6ft screen, treats and sweets on every table, cushions on the floor for the younger children and a Halloween punch for the kids and the staff all dressed up, fantastic gesture from the staff

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the rooms. Clean towels everyday and the room was warm. Only drawback no English speaking channels on the TV. Nice & clean hotel, 5min walk from the subway. Rooms are of decent size. Breakfasts are OK, but there's little variety - no vegetables, and scrambled eggs look and smell like mashed potatoes... but bread is great. All in all, a good place to stay overnight.
The advantages :

The rooms were very small with the shower next to the bed , no privacy, but it was clean with tea making , good thing you can link your netflix to the tv. Near the metro so good location.and it was quiet at night .
Tiny rooms. Unimpressive views on lower of 4 floors. 4th floor rooms had lovely views of Boulevard Montmartre, if situated at the front, and of Sacré Couer, if at the rear.
Reception staff were mostly helpful.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of offerings.
Very much a 3 star hotel. Pluses were breakfasts and location. Room was comfortable and operable. Staff were good. Minuses were that the lift to reception on the first floor was inoperable which meant lugging suitcases up 30 to 40 stairs as there is no porterage. Room was small which is normal in Europe but there was NO smoke alarm on the ceiling. Not Good. Given the initial entry it is at present...
First of all, I would like to say, that it's the best place to stay in Paris. Wonderful location, we could walk everywhere, and if not, the metro was right next to the hotel, the connection from the public place is great. The rooms are small, but we definitely had enough space. By the way, I really want to praise that our room was really cozy and clean. As most write, the sound from the side of the...
This is a perfect Paris hotel. Small room, but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who speak English perfectly. Location is wonderful to get the feel of Paris, right off Passage Jofery. Just lovely.

loved the breakfast here. woke up early to hog and head out on foot to explore paris on my 3rd visit here. located very close to the underground tube station.
This is a no-frills modern hotel, brand new, done in rather good taste and with a very nice and helpful staff. On the 6th floor, where my room was, the sound insulation was good, although the street outside is very noisy, with 4 car lanes and a tramway. I would have given 5 stars if the bed had been larger and more comfortable.
The staff was great, the breakfast was interestingly European, lots of choices on the coffee/beverage machine. Remember this is a 3-star hotel and by American standards the rooms are small the bathrooms are small.
there is not an air conditioner that you can turn on but they will give you a fan. the room does not come with a refrigerator and the only ice maker in the whole hotel is about the size...
Brilliant location next to Ballard metro stop. We were two adults and six year old. Rooms very clean, shower powerful! Breakfast great. No complaints. Great hotel for short break in Paris.
Nice staff, quick service, clean room with a great sort/bath. This hotel simply does what it says on the tin. The beds could be a bit softer and I had no access to enable the air con. Although it's October, it was quite hot in the room. Still, for the attractive price I couldn't expect more.
This is a fantastic hotel definitely deserving of more than 3 stars. Location wise it's right across the street from a Metro stop and a connection to surface train line 2. There are a multitude of restaurants, cafes and to-go food options, as well as a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.
The hotel itself has very modern and clean rooms that are a bit more spacious than other hotels...

We had a wonderful stay – everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. On top of that, the hotel surprised us on my 50th birthday with balloons and chocolates, which made the experience extra special. Thank you for the lovely gesture! We’ll definitely be back.
Rooms are small, not much in the accoutrements dept come with this room. Paper cups, no water, biscuits or coffee, but it is free in the reception area after 10:30 when they are done with breakfast Clean room. Serviceable. Centrally located, great neighborhood, nice restaurants, bars etc...in the neighborhood within walking distance. Inexpensive. Watch out for low ceilings in the hallways, lower than...
Good Hotel, friendly staff, helpful. Nice breakfast-buffet, but he breakfastroom is small for so many guests.
The airco didn't work. It wasn't to warm when we were there and we could open our window. But in summer, this would have been to hot! Staff did apologize for this when I said our airco didn't work.
Hotel is very close to metro! No parking at the hotel but there is an Indigo garage not far....
Absolutely fantastic value for money! If you’re visiting Paris to explore the city rather than stay in your hotel room all day, ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opéra 9ème is the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable—close to metro stations, top attractions, and amazing restaurants.
The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making check-in and overall service smooth...

Thank you so very much!!!
Great hotel for a short stay, has all the basic amenities you would expect from an Ibis. Rooms are pretty small but found them very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
