Paris, 23-25 rue de Pont Neuf 🧭 Map
Great hotel with pool in the center, modern. The rooms are large, the price is reasonable (compared to other fives)
Wonderful hotel with kind, attentive staff. The indoor pool was a nice break from hot days and the bar has amazing wine at fair prices. Rooms are top notch. We will definitely stay here again!

During my stay, the following basic defects continued every day:
Day 2: Bath mat not provided
Day 3: Bathrobe not provided
Day 4: No bathrobe again, no tissues replenished, tablet power failure made it unusable
All of these are unacceptable levels of behavior considering the price of the accommodation
However, the difference in treatment was so noticeable that it would not be surprising if everyone there felt that way. I do not think this can be dismissed as simply a "problem of individual customer service attitude
I also questioned the attitude that they only corrected it after we requested it every time. What was even more disappointing was that the behavior of one staff member was too unfriendly and unpleasant
I will state this as a fact, but while the staff member was smiling and kind to other Western guests, he clearly changed his attitude toward us Asians. I do not intend to conclude that it was racism

Hotel Atmospheres
Paris, 29-31, rue des Ecoles 🧭 Map
The room size is great, especially in the center of Paris, it is very comfortable to find such a large triple room. Both bathrooms are large, and there is a separate sauna
Very well situated to central Paris and near cafes, restaurants, and chemists
Clean, close to the subway station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the receptionist Miss Marjorie helped us a lot. If it weren't for her, we might not have gone to the Louvre. Miss Marjorie, thank you.
The hotel is located near the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Panthéon in Paris. In the university town, the scenic spots are basically within walking distance. The hotel spaces are large and small
The room has direct access to a small patio, which is smoker-friendly. The breakfast is very good, a paradise for meat eaters. Breakfast is full and not hungry for the whole day
Later I changed to a single room, the room is a bit small, but there is an unbeatable view outside the window! The small balcony is the best roof balcony in Paris

Wonderful hospitality, professional, friendly service. My friend and I appreciated the extras offered (storage of bags, complimentary afternoon tea, general helpfulness. We loved our balcony and modern facilities)
Excellent location, walk distance to many locations you planned to visit. Easy and close to train stations. Easy to airport. Great and diverse breakfast. Friendly staffs. Feel very comfortable.
I cannot say enough good about this hotel. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was immaculate and modern with all the toiletries and a hair dryer. The breakfast was worth every penny
When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel
I visited it 2 times and I would definitely come back here again. The location is great for exploring the city (near the Odeon metro station). And the room with a balcony has great views. The staff are friendly as well!
The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too

Facilities: Awesome
Health: good
Good environment
good service
It is very close to the Seine River and within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Flower Goddess, and Shuangsou Coffee Shop
One of the rare few perfect hotel stays I have had! Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Our room was a loft with two bedrooms, and it was the perfect size for the 3 of us
My daughter enjoyed her little twin bend in the alcove. I also made use of the day bed downstairs in the common area
Like everything else in Paris, the room was compact but very efficient and had all the necessary amenities. Staff was exemplary, no false notes
The entire front desk staff and concierge were very professional, kind and courteous throughout the week, and housekeeping left the room immaculate each day with nice little touches at turndown service whether it be little chocolates or fruits
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay, as a couple or small family, you won't be disappointed. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could, it's one of the very best we've experienced in Europe

Above all - the hotel staff is amazing, courteous and smiling (especially a receptionist named Belinda), the are very helpfull and can asist you with anything - directions, metro stations, tickets to shows, good restaurants
We felt very warm welcomed as we travel and we were allowed to enjoy some good wine and be provided with ice box at a time kinds of late in night. The room is tidy and clean, breakfast is very French and we enjoyed
The location is also great, very safe and close to many historical sites
You are paying for location and ambiance. With so much in walking distance it was easy to save money on taxi costs. The room and building are showing their age, but the hotel was charming overall
For context, the water is tap filled by a pitcher and is just a reusable bottle so that you have water by the bedside so the fact that one staff member wouldn't fill it up and made a big deal about it was ridiculous
We stayed here twice in 2015; found it extremely convenient, comfortable and clean. Great staff and a great little bar to grab a drink after a day in the City of Lights

Located near the center of Paris, it is convenient to go everywhere.
The location is very good. Right by the Seine. You can walk to most attractions. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit small. The bedding is clean. The water provided is in a paper box.
The location is very good! The room is very comfortable and the balcony makes me feel very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit simple but the environment is very good
The location is excellent. Breakfasts are meager, but tasty. The only downside is the smell in the hotel and the room is very specific.
Very nice and cosy room. Comfy bed. Convienient location. Sauna is nice add on.

The rooms are elegant and serene, the dining at Plénitude was world-class, and views from Le Tout-Paris rooftop bar just magical!
Perfect amenities, interior design, Dior spa and location right next to the newest luxury department store and the famous river. Great food and amazing views of the restaurants
The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the Seine and Eiffel Tower, and walking distance to Paris’ most iconic spots
I am still in awe that this was all arranged on such short notice. My wife is an avid collector of Cheval Blanc memorabilia, particularly hats from each location
location is convenient, overall decor and facilities are good. staffs are eager to help with questions asked.
The hotel is absolutely stunning! What a magical experience they gave us and our son at Christmas time :-) we still remember it even In June! :-)) we have never seen such a real Santa before 😊staff is brilliant! What an amazing hotel! The staff is very friendly and the room was just perfect! The room was not big but was cozy and the bathroom was really good and spacious! Room was cleaned and organized for us everyday so everything was spotless when we got back to the hotel!

We also absolutely loved the spa part of this hotel, which has a sauna, steam shower, and more. This felt so nice after the long travel days. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!
Location was ideal and we were able to walk to many places like the Notre Dame and great restaurants in Saint Germain, & also rode the nearby Lime bikes to Eiffel Tower and Louvre
Our room was great with a beautiful balcony with a view of Notre Dame and more, and the bathtub was so nice (which is apparently harder to find in Paris hotels)
We ultimately decided the 5th/6th arrondissement would be a great fit for us and we were SO glad we chose Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques

The location is good, but it makes people feel very unsafe, probably because it is in the city center
can easily walk to all tourist locations! Rooms were spacious and nice and clean - we got two connecting rooms and it was great! Only issue is our bathtub drain didn’t drain for some reason (not blocked but the drain needs to be at a certain angle for water to drain)
Found our place in Paris! This is a great value little hotel in an awesome spot near Rue-d-R in the 1st-arr so walking distance to seine and louvre and Tuileries and everything! Sonia at the front desk is amazing - great service and very funny too😉

The staff was always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or requests I had. Their service really made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris!
We ended up changing plans and booking here last minute (in October). The room was comfortable. The service was wonderful, especially Habib who helped me schedule transportation and was very friendly and accommodating.
Very convenient. Good location. It's just a little small. However, I am very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Very close to the attractions. It only takes a few minutes to walk there.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris this past April. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to many key attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient
Very good service attitude and good geographical environment
Excellent experience. Best value for money. Nice rooms. Nice and attentive service. My favorite neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, cinemas, etc.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room had every facility and was very clean. Staff at the hotel were always available whenever we needed anything or had a question
The location was amazing, metro station and buses were 3 to 4 minutes walk from the hotel and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel and I know for sure I will be back here
I wouldn’t read too much into the negative reviews because honestly, we had an amazing time and didn’t experience a single problem. Best part of our stay was the warm and friendly staff
We had a great stay at The Paris Art Hotel. The Hotel was in a great location, close to two metro stations, which made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful
Especially Amine helped us a lot because we booked the small room by mistake. He spent a lot of time to solve this problem and supported us to stay in the big room. I will definitely stay again on my next trip
-The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the dark, light-blocking curtains were perfect for a good night’s sleep. The room was modern and designed to meet all needs

Hôtel Quartier Latin
Paris, 9, rue des Ecoles 🧭 Map
The staff were very helpful and friendly, which added to the positive experience. The hotel's strategic location is also a major advantage, being close to Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and several Metro stations
The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful, there is always someone at the front desk so if you have questions or an issue they are there and they speak English
A metro is a block away and there is a lovely bistro across the street from the hotel. The desk person was very helpful in giving me directions to go to Versailles
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Quartier Latin. The room was clean and pleasant, and it came with a lovely balcony that offered a nice view, which was a definite plus
Only thing I will say is that I have stayed here before and they used to include breakfast…now you have to pay. A little pricey for not Including breakfast
This lovely small hotel couldn't have been in a better location for my visit to Paris. It is an 11 minute walk to Notre Dame and the B RER train station

This spring I stayed here for 6 nights. It has become like a home away from home. I love the decor in the lobby. It feels like a living room in someone's home. This time I had a room with a street view window
It was nice to be able to open it and let in some fresh air. A real tiled bathroom with a tub. My room had a safe, an important detail in a big city. The continental breakfast is delicious and generous
If you let yourselves get lost by walking in any direction from Rue du Platre until you hit that great cafe, wine shop or insanely huge Grand Hotel. Tell Marie Helene I said hello!!! Amuse-vous bien!!
Fantastic location in a trendy Parisian suburb. The room was clean and had everything one could need, except a small fridge. All of the staff were lovely and the desk is manned 24/7 which we liked
A special shoutout to the night concierge, Salin, who was extremely helpful when it came to arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. I would certainly stay here again when next in Paris
Staff is friendly and tolerant of my bad command of the French language. Self-service laundry just a few steps down the street. Convenient to all manner of shopping, night life, cafes, bars and restaurants

The hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved it. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. We spent some time in the cafe and had a few meals there and really enjoyed the service and the food was very good
The front desk was always available with great suggestions for local restaurants and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the c train which will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles
The rooms are all renovated, comfortable and very classy, excellent location (5min walk to Notre dame cathedral, 20min walking to Louvre), a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants around and the most friendly staff
Charming boutique hotel with a view of Notre Dame and within walking distance of Notre Dame. The hotel personnel were professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delightful!
Very centrally located, close to attractions, in a hidden alley, a quiet hotel in a busy area, decorated in Spanish soft furnishings and color styles, it's a bright spot
The staff was continually helpful and kind. For any major city, the room is quite big and for being SO central to the busiest districts it was remarkably quiet (but do not expect zero city noise either)

Paris, 29 Rue Jacob 🧭 Map
It was a decent price for the area and had excellent customer service. Close to a lot of attractions, food, and the subway. Also had a small but decent fitness center. I would stay here again.
My husband and I have been travelling to Paris for a number of years and have stayed in many hotels in the Saint Germain area. I have to say this is the best hotel we have stayed in
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again in a second and couldn't recommend it more
The hotel looks exactly like the photos: meticulously renovated and every single detail thought out from the fruit in the rooms, to the daily turn down service to the responsiveness by the front desk and the bell person
The room itself (Deluxe Double Room) was lovely and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences you would expect, and more! Heated bathroom floor! The largest and plushest bath towels of any hotel I've even stayed in anywhere in the world - and I'm not exaggerating! Two large screen TV's
Breakfast was delicious, and our room was stunning—tastefully decorated with extreme attention to detail. From the decor to the bedding and even the Le Labo soaps, every element made the experience feel truly luxurious

Great central spot with loads of food/bar options around. Room was extremely noisy, could hear people on the street and bars until the early hours of the morning (2-5am)
Decent size bathroom, great shower with amazing pressure. Would recommend only if you wanted a central spot/solo traveller
Hotel Saint-Andre des Arts was such a great location for us to stay it was in walking distance to everything we needed to meet up with tour groups etc. The Staff were incredibly helpful & nothing to much trouble
All the staff was so wonderful, kind and friendly, they helped me with any requests I had. The manager Silvy was so kind and also all of the staff. My next vacation in Paris will be only in this hotel for sure
The lovely lady who booked us in when we arrived what a credit to your business her name escapes me at the moment she was there when we checked out as well. Thank you for an amazing few days in Paris

Excellent stay
Very clean, very central, staff super helpful, amazing place to stay
The rooms are small as is most Parisian hotels but is so full of character being in a 17th century building as I was told by the manager, and had everything you need to be comfortable
It was walkable to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and room had windows that looked onto the street below. Valerie was kind and helpful with our stay
First of all the location in the Latin quarter is really good. Close to the Pantheon, Jardin du Luxembourg, and the Notre Dame. Lots of very good cafes and restaurants nearby
Small touches like the different sizes of slippers and the L'Occitane toiletries really shows they've put some thought into it. Service too is really friendly and helpful
Excellent service and the owner was almost always present. She welcomed us and helped us with some guidance. Warm and friendly staff. Beautiful location,

Hôtel Duo
Paris, 11 Rue Du Temple 🧭 Map
We loved our stay at Hotel Duo. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Additionally, it is very centrally located to Le Marais. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We will stay here again.
The hotel is a typical small but sophisticated one. It was renovated from an old house in the city center. The facilities are very new and the cleaning is good. The subway entrance is right downstairs
The staff at Hotel Duo are amazing! They truly went out of their way to make sure our stay went well. They booked tickets, offered restaurant options, and provided assistance when needed
The rooms are quite tiny, but it is Paris! The bathroom was modernized. The location is just a 10 minute walk to the Notre Dame and near tons of great restaurants and bars
Bar in hotel was shut down during our stay but with so many options nearby it wasn't an issue. Most restaurants nearby dont begin breakfast until 730am just fyi

Paris, 15 Rue Jacob 🧭 Map
It's a small hotel, so you avoid the hustle and bustle of a large tourist hotel chain. Our room was nice sized (again, remember this is Paris), had all the amenities you'd expect, and was very clean
My wife and stayed at this hotel for six nights recently. Overall, our stay was lovely -- location, staff, and accommodations were wonderful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and updated
We had breakfast most mornings, which provided nice options and the quality of food items you'd expect in Europe. Location was great, with many things within walking distance yet not on a busy street
Only downside was some noise from people walking home from the bars at night, but this is to be expected in a metro area and the disruption was minimal
But unfortunately the room and general state of the hotel were dissapointing; the furniture looks low quality, the interior design feels very cold, the common areas could use some maintenance, the room smelled of smoke, & the bathroom made noises all night
For 500 a night there are definitely better choices and I would not classify this place as a boutique hotel
