Wonderful hospitality, professional, friendly service. My friend and I appreciated the extras offered (storage of bags, complimentary afternoon tea, general helpfulness. We loved our balcony and modern facilities)
Excellent location, walk distance to many locations you planned to visit. Easy and close to train stations. Easy to airport. Great and diverse breakfast. Friendly staffs. Feel very comfortable.
I cannot say enough good about this hotel. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was immaculate and modern with all the toiletries and a hair dryer. The breakfast was worth every penny
When my husband hurt his ankle in one day the hotel provided the ice for him which made him much better. The breakfast is in best value! It is a must if you stay in the hotel
I visited it 2 times and I would definitely come back here again. The location is great for exploring the city (near the Odeon metro station). And the room with a balcony has great views. The staff are friendly as well!
The location is superb and close to the most of sightseeing points within the walking distance. also near to the metro and bus stations. The supermarkets are close to the hotel too

Located near the center of Paris, it is convenient to go everywhere.
The location is very good. Right by the Seine. You can walk to most attractions. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit small. The bedding is clean. The water provided is in a paper box.
The location is very good! The room is very comfortable and the balcony makes me feel very comfortable. The breakfast is a bit simple but the environment is very good
The location is excellent. Breakfasts are meager, but tasty. The only downside is the smell in the hotel and the room is very specific.
Very nice and cosy room. Comfy bed. Convienient location. Sauna is nice add on.
The Seine River, subway station and supermarket are just outside

The rooms are elegant and serene, the dining at Plénitude was world-class, and views from Le Tout-Paris rooftop bar just magical!
Perfect amenities, interior design, Dior spa and location right next to the newest luxury department store and the famous river. Great food and amazing views of the restaurants
The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of the Seine and Eiffel Tower, and walking distance to Paris’ most iconic spots
I am still in awe that this was all arranged on such short notice. My wife is an avid collector of Cheval Blanc memorabilia, particularly hats from each location
location is convenient, overall decor and facilities are good. staffs are eager to help with questions asked.
The hotel is absolutely stunning! What a magical experience they gave us and our son at Christmas time :-) we still remember it even In June! :-)) we have never seen such a real Santa before 😊staff is brilliant! Rooms are beautiful with so many things they give you sweets, really nice cosmetics, puzzle, crayons etc etc

Great central spot with loads of food/bar options around. Room was extremely noisy, could hear people on the street and bars until the early hours of the morning (2-5am)
Decent size bathroom, great shower with amazing pressure. Would recommend only if you wanted a central spot/solo traveller
Hotel Saint-Andre des Arts was such a great location for us to stay it was in walking distance to everything we needed to meet up with tour groups etc. The Staff were incredibly helpful & nothing to much trouble
All the staff was so wonderful, kind and friendly, they helped me with any requests I had. The manager Silvy was so kind and also all of the staff. My next vacation in Paris will be only in this hotel for sure
The lovely lady who booked us in when we arrived what a credit to your business her name escapes me at the moment she was there when we checked out as well. Thank you for an amazing few days in Paris
Very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Saint Germaine. Staff was kind, thoughtful, organized, and very helpful! Suites for families or rooms that sleep three are available.

What an amazing hotel! The staff is very friendly and the room was just perfect! The room was not big but was cozy and the bathroom was really good and spacious! Room was cleaned and organized for us everyday so everything was spotless when we got back to the hotel! The region is also very good, close to subway stations, bars and restaurants so it was easy to move around the city and also to grab a...
We also absolutely loved the spa part of this hotel, which has a sauna, steam shower, and more. This felt so nice after the long travel days. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!
Location was ideal and we were able to walk to many places like the Notre Dame and great restaurants in Saint Germain, & also rode the nearby Lime bikes to Eiffel Tower and Louvre
Our room was great with a beautiful balcony with a view of Notre Dame and more, and the bathtub was so nice (which is apparently harder to find in Paris hotels)
We ultimately decided the 5th/6th arrondissement would be a great fit for us and we were SO glad we chose Hotel & Spa Saint Jacques
Tom Woods A small hotel with a refined interior. Very comfortable rooms with wonderful beds. Sauna is magic. The best staff.

Excellent stay Very clean, very central, staff super helpful, amazing place to stay
Our room was very comfortable with air conditioning, nice linens, a small fridge, and electric kettle. Everything was sparkling clean and fresh. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel for the additional charge of 17€
We just loved the Hotel Saint Paul Rive Gauche. What luck to choose it blindly with an online reservation! The front desk staff (especially Ana and Stephanie) were most helpful and patient in fulfilling any requests
This hotel is thoroughly comfortable and charming with a perfect marriage of traditional Parisian style and modern amenities. The staff is warm and welcoming while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
They were all so kind and helpful in arranging for an appointment with an English speaking physician due to an unexpected medical emergency. Thank you again for your kindness and caring staff
Went out for breakfast as we preferred being outdoors to the basement dining room in hotel. The glass tables were lovely but provided no storage. But it’s all about location and service

Amazing 5* Boutique hotel! Love the domotics in the rooms. The staff is very helpful and most friendly. The restaurant is delicious and the Spa top Notch. Location cannot get any better in Paris Center.
Great location, one stayed here twice now! The staff is extremely helpful! Special shout out to Elio and Rafael for their kindness and exceptional support! The breakfast buffet is one of the bests I’ve had for a hotel
Booked through Staycation you can still enjoy the same services than a regular booking. Staff is personnally engaged and here to help
10/10 experience, will definitely stay here again!
After spending hours researching the different areas in Paris we finally decided on this hotel given its proximity to the river (and therefore to areas such as the Latin quarter) and its overall central location
It is extremely close to public transportation, making it very convenient to get around the city when you are tired of walking One thing to note is that there are a variety of room types that fall within a particular room category

Facilities: Awesome Health: good Good environment good service It is very close to the Seine River and within walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, Flower Goddess, and Shuangsou Coffee Shop
One of the rare few perfect hotel stays I have had! Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Our room was a loft with two bedrooms, and it was the perfect size for the 3 of us
My daughter enjoyed her little twin bend in the alcove. I also made use of the day bed downstairs in the common area
Like everything else in Paris, the room was compact but very efficient and had all the necessary amenities. Staff was exemplary, no false notes
The entire front desk staff and concierge were very professional, kind and courteous throughout the week, and housekeeping left the room immaculate each day with nice little touches at turndown service whether it be little chocolates or fruits
Highly recommend this hotel for your stay, as a couple or small family, you won't be disappointed. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could, it's one of the very best we've experienced in Europe

✅air conditioning ✅elevator ✅mini fridge in room ✅iron available at front desk ✅blow dryer in room We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and I highly recommend it. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed
There is only a shampoo/body wash combo dispenser on the wall so bring your own toiletries! The room key is an actual key that you have to give back to the front desk when you leave the hotel but it was not a big deal
The air conditioning was ice cold and easily controllable in the room. The elevator was small but fit 2 people and our bags. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced everyday without asking
One weird thing was the shower had no door or curtain and was basically open to wetting the bathroom floor
There was a spot above the tv where it looked like they had moved the tv and patched the wall but never painted over it. The faucet in the shower was broken - you couldn’t switch it from the shower head to the faucet

This spring I stayed here for 6 nights. It has become like a home away from home. I love the decor in the lobby. It feels like a living room in someone's home. This time I had a room with a street view window
It was nice to be able to open it and let in some fresh air. A real tiled bathroom with a tub. My room had a safe, an important detail in a big city. The continental breakfast is delicious and generous
If you let yourselves get lost by walking in any direction from Rue du Platre until you hit that great cafe, wine shop or insanely huge Grand Hotel. Tell Marie Helene I said hello!!! Amuse-vous bien!!
Fantastic location in a trendy Parisian suburb. The room was clean and had everything one could need, except a small fridge. All of the staff were lovely and the desk is manned 24/7 which we liked
A special shoutout to the night concierge, Salin, who was extremely helpful when it came to arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. I would certainly stay here again when next in Paris
Staff is friendly and tolerant of my bad command of the French language. Self-service laundry just a few steps down the street. Convenient to all manner of shopping, night life, cafes, bars and restaurants

The location is fantastic, you're well located without being right in the tourist centre, highly recommend a lot of the eateries within a couple mins walk. Breakfast is simple but of good quality
Staff was friendly & accommodating to our needs, and we appreciated the sitting room for a quick espresso before heading out! The room (Classic Double) had a smart layout and felt spacious enough—no cramped feel with two people and two suitcases
Super friendly, accommodating staff. Great location for sights, metro and restaurants. Paris size room, but expect that at most area hotels, all the amenities you need for a multi night stay
Last trip to Paris Nina and staff were exceptional with both their personalities and assistance. Very thoughtful was my wife’s impression. We had room 24 which was an excellent choice
Don't come here expecting high end hotel service, but at the price you pay the room and service is great. Cannot recommend this place enough and will be back soon
Construction across the street brought no sound issues for our 1 night. Overall, very pleased with our booking and would recommend!

Above all - the hotel staff is amazing, courteous and smiling (especially a receptionist named Belinda), the are very helpfull and can asist you with anything - directions, metro stations, tickets to shows, good restaurants
We felt very warm welcomed as we travel and we were allowed to enjoy some good wine and be provided with ice box at a time kinds of late in night. The room is tidy and clean, breakfast is very French and we enjoyed
The location is also great, very safe and close to many historical sites
You are paying for location and ambiance. With so much in walking distance it was easy to save money on taxi costs. The room and building are showing their age, but the hotel was charming overall
For context, the water is tap filled by a pitcher and is just a reusable bottle so that you have water by the bedside so the fact that one staff member wouldn't fill it up and made a big deal about it was ridiculous
We stayed here twice in 2015; found it extremely convenient, comfortable and clean. Great staff and a great little bar to grab a drink after a day in the City of Lights

The room size is great, especially in the center of Paris, it is very comfortable to find such a large triple room. Both bathrooms are large, and there is a separate sauna
Very well situated to central Paris and near cafes, restaurants, and chemists
Clean, close to the subway station, there are many restaurants nearby, and the receptionist Miss Marjorie helped us a lot. If it weren't for her, we might not have gone to the Louvre. Miss Marjorie, thank you.
The hotel is located near the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Panthéon in Paris. In the university town, the scenic spots are basically within walking distance. The hotel spaces are large and small
The room has direct access to a small patio, which is smoker-friendly. The breakfast is very good, a paradise for meat eaters. Breakfast is full and not hungry for the whole day
Later I changed to a single room, the room is a bit small, but there is an unbeatable view outside the window! The small balcony is the best roof balcony in Paris

The only bad thing I have to say is there is a thin man with brown hair, who works at night who was very rude to me both times I saw him and without cause. He probably shouldn’t be working with the public
The front staff were resourceful and always willing to help or advise us. We loved the location and easy accessibility to the River Seine and all activity leading from there
Tristan and Mariam were absolutely wonderful! They are both a huge asset to this hotel. There is a nice older gentleman who works at night and he is very friendly
We just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our little toddler. The owner and reception were super friendly to us and took care of our little one in case of any needs so well
I stayed at Hotel Crystal during my first trip to Paris for my birthday. It’s a cute little boutique hotel located right behind the famous Cafe de Flore
The rooms were clean and nice and the bed, linens and pillows were all very comfortable. The tub is deep, and there is a blow dryer in the room. Only a short walk to the Seine

central location 1min from metro and 5 min from RER B. Good bars and room had aircon and very quiete for sleep
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is a bit small but clean enough. However, I had little allergies from bedsheet in the morning. Room walls are a bit thin so you can here people talking from the hallway
Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Cluny museum, Luxemburg garden, Pantheon. Metro and RER station Is 50m from Hotel. Room was spacious for one person, cleaned every day, with very confortable bed
Had a truly wonderful stay at the Hotel Eugene, really lovely service and an excellent location. We stayed in a family room with our daughter, excellent facilities and very welcome air con
Hotel Is in a perfect location, in a quiet, mostly pedestrian street with lot of restaurants and shops. Most of main attractions are within walking distance
We enjoyed our stay at hotel Eugenie . The location was fantastic and the price super ! We did not know what to expect and we were quite surprised.

The hotel was absolutely perfect and we loved it. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. We spent some time in the cafe and had a few meals there and really enjoyed the service and the food was very good
The front desk was always available with great suggestions for local restaurants and shops. It’s a 5 minute walk to the c train which will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower and Versailles
The rooms are all renovated, comfortable and very classy, excellent location (5min walk to Notre dame cathedral, 20min walking to Louvre), a lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants around and the most friendly staff
Charming boutique hotel with a view of Notre Dame and within walking distance of Notre Dame. The hotel personnel were professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delightful!
Very centrally located, close to attractions, in a hidden alley, a quiet hotel in a busy area, decorated in Spanish soft furnishings and color styles, it's a bright spot
The staff was continually helpful and kind. For any major city, the room is quite big and for being SO central to the busiest districts it was remarkably quiet (but do not expect zero city noise either)

It was a decent price for the area and had excellent customer service. Close to a lot of attractions, food, and the subway. Also had a small but decent fitness center. I would stay here again.
My husband and I have been travelling to Paris for a number of years and have stayed in many hotels in the Saint Germain area. I have to say this is the best hotel we have stayed in
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The location was perfect and central to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again in a second and couldn't recommend it more
The hotel looks exactly like the photos: meticulously renovated and every single detail thought out from the fruit in the rooms, to the daily turn down service to the responsiveness by the front desk and the bell person
The room itself (Deluxe Double Room) was lovely and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences you would expect, and more! Heated bathroom floor! The largest and plushest bath towels of any hotel I've even stayed in anywhere in the world - and I'm not exaggerating! Two large screen TV's
Breakfast was delicious, and our room was stunning—tastefully decorated with extreme attention to detail. From the decor to the bedding and even the Le Labo soaps, every element made the experience feel truly luxurious

We loved our stay at Hotel Duo. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our entire stay. Additionally, it is very centrally located to Le Marais. Our rooms were cleaned daily. We will stay here again.
The hotel is a typical small but sophisticated one. It was renovated from an old house in the city center. The facilities are very new and the cleaning is good. The subway entrance is right downstairs
The staff at Hotel Duo are amazing! They truly went out of their way to make sure our stay went well. They booked tickets, offered restaurant options, and provided assistance when needed
The rooms are quite tiny, but it is Paris! The bathroom was modernized. The location is just a 10 minute walk to the Notre Dame and near tons of great restaurants and bars
Bar in hotel was shut down during our stay but with so many options nearby it wasn't an issue. Most restaurants nearby dont begin breakfast until 730am just fyi

It's a small hotel, so you avoid the hustle and bustle of a large tourist hotel chain. Our room was nice sized (again, remember this is Paris), had all the amenities you'd expect, and was very clean
My wife and stayed at this hotel for six nights recently. Overall, our stay was lovely -- location, staff, and accommodations were wonderful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and updated
We had breakfast most mornings, which provided nice options and the quality of food items you'd expect in Europe. Location was great, with many things within walking distance yet not on a busy street
Only downside was some noise from people walking home from the bars at night, but this is to be expected in a metro area and the disruption was minimal
But unfortunately the room and general state of the hotel were dissapointing; the furniture looks low quality, the interior design feels very cold, the common areas could use some maintenance, the room smelled of smoke, & the bathroom made noises all night
For 500 a night there are definitely better choices and I would not classify this place as a boutique hotel
